Condiciones de venta promoción “Stock Express”
- Condiciones de venta estándares, consultar con
nuestro departamento comecial.
- Los pedidos únicamente tendrán validez si están confirmados
(firmados vía fax o e-mail)
- Los pedidos se enviarán por agencia con un plazo de salida de fabrica
de 3 dias laborables, el comprador se comprometera a revisar la
mercancia y en caso de incidencias reclamar en el albaran del transportista y
comunicárlo a jgorbe como máximo en 48 horas.
- El servicio de Stock Express tiene un limite de unidades.
- Garantía total en el servicio salvo rotura de stock.
Nota: la silleria solo esta disponible para España.

“Stock Express”
- Sales conditions for stock express promotions.
- Standard sales conditions, ask to our
sales department.
- We will send the orders with carriers, in 3
working days the orders will leave the factory.
- Customer takes on an obligation for checking
the merchandise and if there is an incident he has
to put a claim in the transport delivery note, and
tell J.Gorbe the claim in 48 hours at most.
- Orders will be only available if
they are confirmed.
(signed for the costumer by fax or mail).
- Stock express has a unit limit.
- Total guarantee in this service but
breaking-off of stock.

- Conditions de ventes habituelles, consulter notre
département commercial.
- Les commandes ne seront valides que si elles
sont confirmées (signées par fax ou mail)
- Les commandes partiront par transport rapide et
les réclamations devront être faites dans un
délai maximum de 48h. et si possible notées
sur le bordereau du transporteur.
- Les commandes partirond de l'usine dans un
délai maximum de 3 jours.
- Le service de stock express est limité
en quantité.
- Garantie totale du service sauf en cas de
rupture de stock.
