BY THE LAWS OF CANADA. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE CONTEST RULES AND
THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR AND/OR CONTEST JUDGES WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To enter the My Back to School Hacks “MyBTSHack” Contest (the “Contest”), an individual (herein
defined as an “Entrant”) must, at the time of Entry into the Contest, be a resident of Canada (excluding
Quebec) and have reached the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence.
Employees, representatives, agents, officers, and directors (including members of their Immediate
Families and any other person living in the same household of such person whether related or not) of
C.S.T. Consultants Inc., (“CST” or the "Sponsor"), its affiliates (including, without limitation, its parent,
sister and subsidiary companies), , advertising or promotional agencies and suppliers of materials or
services related to the Contest are not eligible to enter the Contest or to receive a Prize. For these
Official Rules, "Immediate Family" means mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse,
including common law spouse, regardless of where they reside.
The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest and the awarding of
the Prizes. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot
participate. The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to
participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and
other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Contest must be
truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to disqualify any Entrant, should such an Entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete,
inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
2. CONTEST AND ENTRY PERIODS (i.e. duration of the Contest)
The Contest starts at 00:01 (ET) on August 15, 2016 and closes at 23:59 (ET) on September 8, 2016 (the
"Contest Period"). All online Entries must be received by 23:59 (ET) on September 8, 2016 (the "Contest
Closing Date").
3. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All Entries must be received and recorded within the Contest Period. The
time stamp provided by either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, depending upon where the post
originated, will be used to govern all computer and time-related aspects of the Contest (including the
date and time an Entry was received) and, among other things, is the official timekeeping device for the
Contest.
A valid email address is required to participate in the Contest. Entrant must also have a valid personal
account on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. PRIVATE Instagram accounts must be made PUBLIC during
the Contest in order to qualify. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free computer
and internet access and a number of internet service providers and other companies offer free email
addresses. Social media accounts are also free and can be accessed at locations with free computer and
internet access.
To enter, use hashtag #MyBTSHack on Twitter or Instagram, or reply to a contest post on Facebook and
share your best Back to School life hack (advice to make it through that first week). Successful posts will
receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Limit one entry per individual.
4. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Competition Period. Each entry must be submitted by an
Individual himself or herself. Only one (1) social media account may be used to participate in the
Contest. Any person who is found to have created multiple accounts and or entered the Contest more
than once may be disqualified, and all entries received from such person during the Competition Period
may be disqualified and no prize will be awarded to such person. Entries generated by script, macro,
robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Entries must be written in English or French, must be reasonably related to the question of “What is your
best Back to School hack?”, and written in a manner that is sufficiently clear to be understood. Entrants
may, but are not required to, include a photograph with their entries. All components of an entry must
be the original work of the entrant; may not have won previous awards; may not have been used
publicly previously by any third party; must not infringe any third-party’s rights; must be suitable for
publication (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent); must not contain obscene or pornographic material;
may not contain defamatory statements; may not invade privacy, publicity or other rights of any person,
firm or entity; may not show the likeness of any third party without consent; may not in any other way
violate applicable laws and regulations; may not contain any reference to any third party trademarks,
names or third party logos; and may not contain any copyrighted works owned by third parties.
All Entries will be reviewed for content eligibility and compliance with these Official Contest Rules and
Regulations before being entered into the Contest. Entries containing false information, prohibited
material or inappropriate content, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may be
disqualified. The Sponsor makes the final determination as to what Entries are eligible to take part in this
Contest. An entry is not deemed to be eligible solely by virtue of having been posted on social media or
other media by the Sponsor. The Sponsor at all times retains its right to determine an entry’s eligibility.
Submission of an Entry grants the Sponsor and its agents the unconditional, irrevocable, worldwide right
to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation,
and without consideration to the entrant, whether or not such Entry is selected as a winning Entry.
BY SUBMITTING THE ORIGINAL ENTRY, THE ENTRANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE/SHE HAS
ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST NECESSARY TO GRANT THE SPONSOR THE NON-EXCLUSIVE
WORLDWIDE, IRREVOCABLE AND UNRESTRICTED RIGHT AND LICENSE TO ADAPT, PUBLISH, USE, EDIT,
AND/OR MODIFY SUCH ENTRY IN ANY WAY AND POST THE ORIGINAL ENTRY ON THE INTERNET OR USE
THE ORIGINAL ENTRY IN ANY OTHER WAY AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SPONSOR HARMLESS
FROM ANY CLAIMS TO THE CONTRARY.
5. PRIZES
There will be four (4) prizes (the “Prizes”) awarded, each consisting of a $100 gift card made payable to
the individual, qualifying contest winner. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and
are not transferable. The Sponsor will contact the winner to make arrangements for the awarding of the
prize within 30 days of the draw date (as set out in Rule 7 below)
6. CONTEST DRAWS
Four (4) random draws will be conducted at the Sponsor’s office located at 1600-2235 Sheppard Ave. E.
Toronto ON M2J 5B8 on the Draw Dates set out below, from all eligible entries received during the
Contest Period, up to and including the date immediately prior to the particular Draw Date. An individual
is not eligible to win more than one Prize.

7. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS
The selected Entrant will be contacted by direct message within 30 days after the draw date via the
eligible social media service used by the entrant to enter the Contest by a representative of the Sponsor
and will be asked to provide a telephone number where they can be reached in order to be given the
skill-testing question. To be eligible to win a Prize, the selected Entrant must first correctly answer,
without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skilltesting question.
The Sponsor will not be responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected Entrant to
receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive the selected Entrant’s response. Prior to being declared
a winner each selected Entrant, must complete and return the Sponsor’s Declaration, Release and
Discharge Form (the “Form”) releasing the Sponsor, Facebook Inc., Twitter, their respective parent,
related and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective
directors, officers, owners, partners, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, successors and
assigns (the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or the acceptance, possession,
use or misuse of any Prize. This Form must be received at the Sponsor’s office by mail at #MyBTSHack
1600-2235 Sheppard Ave. E. Toronto ON M2J 5B8 or by email to be provided to the potential winner in
a timely manner following the date that the selected Entrant was first contacted by the Sponsor.
If a selected entrant cannot be reached by direct message by the Sponsor within 3 days of the original
contact, or cannot be reached by telephone by the Sponsor within 3 attempts, fails to provide proof of
eligibility (if requested), release documents, or other required documentation in a timely manner
following the date that the selected Entrant was contacted , fails to correctly answer the skill-testing
question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules then the selected Entrant will be disqualified
without any liability to the Sponsor whatsoever (and the disqualified selected Entrant will have no claim
against the Sponsor with respect to the Contest, or anything related to the Contest) and another Entrant
will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entries (and subject to disqualification in the same
manner) and the process above will be repeated until such time as the Prize is awarded or until there are
no more eligible Entrants.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY
WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY
INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM A PRIZE,
INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE. FURTHER BY PARTICIPATING
IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL
BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF
ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO
PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING
ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST WEBSITE, OR B) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY
RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees do not assume any responsibility and are
not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry information and Entries that fail to
comply with these Official Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by an awarded Prize or the
Contest itself; (iii) any failure of the website during the Contest Period, including any problems, human
or technical, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions,
deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any
computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or Entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at
any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other
person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Contest, all
of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest. Entry material/data that has been
tampered with or altered is void.
9. GENERAL
By entering the Contest, Entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all
eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the
Sponsor, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this
Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator
errors. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that
provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the
validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be
invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their
terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Should a winner make any
false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to
Sponsor his/her Prize, or the cash value thereof. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the
Contest and/or Contest Website, violates the Official Contest Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER
INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE
THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND OR MODIFY
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other
causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
Contest, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any
part of it and disqualify any individual who is responsible for such action. If terminated, subject to the
permission of the Régie, the Contest Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the Winners from
among all eligible Entries received up to time of such action using the procedures outlined herein.
11. RULES GOVERN
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official
Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not
limited to: the Contest entry form, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms
and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, designs, promotional
materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned
by either Sponsor and/or their respective affiliates or authorized licensors. All rights are reserved.
Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted materials or intellectual property without the express
written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
13. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide
when you enter the Contest for the purposes of administering the Contest and Prize fulfillment. By
entering this Contest, you consent to being contacted by Sponsor and its authorized agents about this
Contest and your Entry. For information about our privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy available at
http://www.cst.org or contact CST's Chief Privacy Officer by mail at 1600-2235 Sheppard Avenue East,
Toronto ON M2J 5B8 or by e-mail at [email protected]. By accepting a Prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's
use of his/her name, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and
likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor may conduct relating to the Contest in any media or
format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web,
at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice.
14. FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND INSTAGRAM
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter
or Instagram. You are providing your information to C.S.T. Consultants Inc. and not to Facebook , Twitter
or Instagram. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are completely released of all liability from each entrant
in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to
Sponsor and not Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. TM Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan and the owl design

Les employés, représentants, mandataires, dirigeants et administrateurs (y compris les membres de leurs familles
immédiates et toute autre personne vivant dans le même ménage que cette personne, qu’ils aient des liens familiaux
ou non) de Consultants C.S.T. inc. (« CST » ou le « commanditaire »), de ses affiliés (y compris, mais sans s’y limiter
ses sociétés mères, sœurs ou filiales), de toutes agences publicitaires et promotionnelles et de tous fournisseurs de
matériel ou de services liés au concours ne sont pas admissibles à participer au concours ou à recevoir un prix. Dans
le cas des présents règlements officiels, « membre de la famille immédiate » signifie le père, la mère, la sœur, le
frère, le fils, la fille et l’époux ou l’épouse, en incluant le conjoint ou la conjointe de fait, indépendamment de
l’adresse où ils résident.
Les décisions du commanditaire sont définitives et obligatoires à tous les égards liés au présent concours et à l’octroi

2. PÉRIODE DU CONCOURS (la durée du concours)
Le concours commencera à 0 h 01, heure de l’Est (HE) le 15 août 2016 et sera clos à 23 h 59 (HE) le 8 septembre 2016
(la « période du concours »). Toutes les inscriptions en ligne doivent avoir eu lieu d’ici 23 h 59 (HE) le 8 septembre
2016 (la « date de clôture du concours »).
3. COMMENT S’INSCRIRE AU CONCOURS
AUCUNE OBLIGATION D’ACHAT. Toutes les inscriptions doivent être reçues et enregistrées durant la période du
concours. La référence temporelle fournie par Facebook, Twitter ou Instagram, selon le lieu d'origine de l'inscription,
sera utilisée pour régir tous les aspects informatiques et temporels du concours (y compris la date et l’heure
auxquelles l'inscription a été reçue) et est, entre autres, l’appareil officiel de chronométrage pour le concours.
Une adresse électronique valide est requise pour participer au concours. Le participant doit également avoir un
compte personnel valide sur Facebook, Twitter ou Instagram. Les comptes Instagram PRIVÉS doivent être modifiés
pour qu'ils soient PUBLICS pendant le concours afin qu'ils soient admissibles. De nombreuses bibliothèques publiques
ainsi que de nombreux commerces de détails et autres établissements offrent un accès gratuit à un ordinateur et à
l'Internet, et plusieurs fournisseurs de services Internet et d'autres entreprises offrent des adresses électroniques
gratuites. Les comptes de médias sociaux sont également gratuits et peuvent être utilisés aux endroits qui proposent
un accès gratuit à un ordinateur et à l'Internet.
Pour vous inscrire, utilisez le mot-clic #MyBTSHack sur Twitter ou Instagram, ou répondez à un message à propos du
concours sur Facebook et partagez votre meilleur truc pour la rentrée des classes (conseil pour survivre la première
semaine de la rentrée). Un message accepté sera équivalent à une (1) inscription au concours. Limite d'une seule
inscription par personne.
4. CONDITIONS POUR L'INSCRIPTION
Limite d'une (1) inscription par personne pendant la période du concours. Chaque inscription doit être soumise par la
personne elle-même. Un (1) seul compte de média social peut être utilisé pour participer au concours. Tout personne
trouvée coupable d'avoir créé plusieurs comptes et / ou d'avoir participé au concours plusieurs fois sera disqualifiée;
toutes les inscriptions reçues par cette personne pendant la période du concours seront disqualifiées et aucun prix ne
lui sera accordé. Les inscriptions générées par script, macro-commande, reproduction robotique, programmation ou
tout autre moyen automatisé sont interdites et seront disqualifiées.
Les inscriptions doivent être rédigées en anglais ou en français, doivent se rapporter raisonnablement à la question
« Quel est votre meilleur truc pour la rentrée des classes », et être composées d'une manière suffisamment claire
pour qu'elles soient comprises. Les participants peuvent, sans y être obligés, inclure une photo à leur inscription. Tous
les éléments d'une inscription doivent être le travail original du participant; ils ne doivent pas avoir gagné d'autres
prix; ils ne doivent pas avoir été publiés précédemment par un tiers; ils ne doivent pas enfreindre les droits d'un tiers;
ils doivent être susceptibles à être publiés (ils ne doivent pas être obscènes ou indécents); ils ne doivent pas contenir
de matériel obscène ou pornographique; ils ne doivent pas contenir des déclarations diffamatoires; ils ne doivent pas
porter atteinte aux droits de protection de la vie privée, aux droits de publicité ou aux droits de toute autre personne,
société ou entité; ils ne doivent pas contenir une ressemblance à un tiers sans avoir obtenu le consentement de ce
dernier; ils ne doivent pas enfreindre toute loi et réglementation applicables; ils ne doivent contenir aucune référence
à toute marque de commerce, nom ou logo de tiers; et ils ne doivent contenir aucun ouvrage protégé par le droit
d'auteur et détenu par un tiers.
Toutes les inscriptions seront examinées pour déterminer leur admissibilité et leur conformité aux présents
règlements du concours avant d'être soumises à la participation au concours. Les inscriptions contenant des
renseignements faux, du matériel interdit ou inapproprié, tels que déterminés par le commanditaire et à sa seule
discrétion, pourront être disqualifiées. Le commanditaire prend la décision finale quant à l'admissibilité des
inscriptions au concours. Une inscription n'est pas nécessairement considérée admissible du simple fait qu'elle a été
affichée sur les sites des médias sociaux ou autre médias par le commanditaire. En tout temps, le commanditaire se
réserve le droit de déterminer l'admissibilité d'une inscription. La soumission d'une inscription donne au
commanditaire et à ses agents le droit inconditionnel, irrévocable, mondial de publier, d'utiliser, d'adapter, d'éditer et
/ ou de modifier une inscription de quelque manière que ce soit, dans tous les médias, sans aucune limitation ni
considération envers le participant, que l'inscription soit sélectionnée comme gagnante ou non.

5. PRIZES
Il y a quatre (4) prix (les « prix ») accordés, chacun représentant une carte-cadeau de 100 $ établie à l'ordre du
gagnant du concours qualifié. Les prix doivent être acceptés tel qu’ils seront décernés, sans possibilité de
substitution et ils ne seront pas transférables. Le commanditaire communiquera avec les gagnants dans un délai de
trente (30) jours suivant la date de tirage du concours afin d’entamer les démarches nécessaires pour la livraison du
prix (tel qu’il est indiqué dans le règlement numéro 7 ci-dessous).
6. TIRAGE
Le commanditaire effectuera quatre (4) tirages au hasard au 2235 Sheppard Avenue East, bureau 1600, Toronto
(Ontario) M2J 5B8, aux dates de tirage exposées ci-dessous, parmi tous les bulletins de participation admissibles
reçus durant la période du concours, jusqu'à, et inclusivement, le jour précédant immédiatement la date du tirage
spécifique. Une personne ne peut gagner qu'un seul prix.

7. CONDITIONS POUR LA RÉCLAMATION DU PRIX
Un représentant du commanditaire communiquera avec le participant sélectionné par message direct dans un délai
de trente (30) jours après la date du tirage par le biais des médias sociaux admissibles utilisés par le participant lors de
son inscription au concours. Le participant sélectionné devra fournir un numéro de téléphone auquel on pourra le
joindre pour qu'il puisse répondre à une question réglementaire. Pour être admissible à gagner un prix, le participant
sélectionné devra au préalable répondre correctement, sans aide d’aucune sorte, mécanique ou autre, à une question
réglementaire d’arithmétique dans un temps limité.
Le commanditaire ne sera pas tenu responsable du fait que, pour quelque raison que ce soit, un participant
sélectionné n’aura pas reçu l’avis du commanditaire ou que le commanditaire n’aura pas reçu la réponse du
participant sélectionné. Avant d’être déclaré gagnant, le participant sélectionné doit remplir et renvoyer au
commanditaire un formulaire de déclaration de conformité et de décharge de responsabilité et de publicité (le
« Formulaire ») libérant le commanditaire, Facebook Inc., Twitter, ses sociétés mères, sœurs et affiliées, agences de
publicité ou promotionnelles, ainsi que ses administrateurs, dirigeants, propriétaires, associés, actionnaires,
employés, agents et représentants, successeurs et cessionnaires respectifs (les « Renonciataires ») de toute
responsabilité en connexion avec le présent concours ou l’acceptation, la possession, l’usage ou le mauvais usage
d’un prix quelconque. Le gagnant potentiel doit renvoyer ce formulaire au bureau du commanditaire par la poste à
#MyBTSHack au 2235 Sheppard Avenue East, bureau 1600, Toronto (Ontario) M2J 5B8, ou par courriel dans un délai
convenable suivant la date à laquelle le commanditaire a initialement communiqué avec le participant sélectionné.
Dans le cas où un participant sélectionné ne peut pas être joint par message direct par la commanditaire dans un
délai de trois (3) jours suivant la date du contact initial, ou si le commanditaire ne peut pas le joindre par téléphone
après trois (3) tentatives, si la preuve d’admissibilité n’est pas fournie (si elle est demandée), si les documents de
décharge ou d’autres documents requis ne sont pas fournis en temps voulu suivant la date du contact établi avec le
participant, si le participant sélectionné n’a pas répondu correctement à la question mathématique, ou lors de tout
manque de conformité aux présents règlements officiels, le participant sélectionné sera disqualifié sans que le
commanditaire n’assume aucune responsabilité (et le participant sélectionné n’aura aucune possibilité de recours
contre le commanditaire à l’égard du concours ou de quoi que ce soit lié au concours) et un autre participant sera
sélectionné au hasard parmi les inscriptions restantes (sous réserve d’être disqualifié de la même façon) et le
processus susmentionné sera répété jusqu’à ce que tous les prix aient été accordés ou jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait plus
aucun participant admissible.
8. LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉS ET RENONCIATIONS
EN PARTICIPANT AU PRÉSENT CONCOURS, LES PARTICIPANTS CONVIENNENT QUE LES RENONCIATAIRES SERONT
DÉGAGÉS DE TOUTES RESPONSABILITÉS, ET NE POURRONT PAS ÊTRE TENUS RESPONSABLES PAR DES PARTICIPANTS
À L’ÉGARD DE TOUTES BLESSURES, PERTES OU DOMMAGES DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE CE SOIT (Y COMPRIS DES
DOMMAGES DIRECTS, INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES, CORRELATIFS OU PUNITIFS) INFLIGÉS À DES PERSONNES OU DES
BIENS RÉSULTANT D’UN PRIX, EN INCLUANT L’ACCEPTANCE, LA POSSESSION, LE MAUVAIS USAGE OU L’USAGE DU
PRIX. EN OUTRE, EN PARTICIPANT AU PRÉSENT CONCOURS, LES PARTICIPATIONS CONVIENNENT QUE LES
RENONCIATAIRES SERONT DÉGAGÉS DE TOUTES RESPONSABILITÉS, ET NE POURRONT PAS ÊTRE TENUS
RESPONSABLES PAR DES PARTICIPANTS DE TOUTE BLESSURES, PERTES OU DOMMAGES DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE
CE SOIT (Y COMPRIS DES DOMMAGES DIRECTS, INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES, CORRELATIFS OU PUNITIFS) INFLIGÉS À
DES PERSONNES OU DES BIENS RÉSULTANTS DE : A) L’INSCRIPTION OU LA PARTICIPATION AU PRÉSENT CONCOURS,
EN INCLUANT L’ACCÈS ET L’UTILISATION DU SITE WEB DU CONCOURS, OU B) D’ALLÉGATIONS FONDÉES SUR LES
DROITS DE LA PERSONNALITÉ OU DE LA PROTECTION DES RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS, LA DIFFAMATION OU LA
LIVRAISON DE MARCHANDISE.
Sans limiter la généralité de ce qui précède, les Renonciataires n’assument aucune responsabilité et ne sont pas
tenus responsables de (i) la saisie incorrecte ou inexacte des renseignements figurant sur les inscriptions et sur les
inscriptions qui ne se conforment pas aux exigences des présents règlements du concours; (ii) toutes pertes,
dommages ou allégations causés par l’octroi d’un prix ou par le concours même; (iii) toute défaillance survenue
dans le site Web durant la période du concours, y compris des problèmes, humains ou techniques, des erreurs
d’impression, des pertes, des données ou des transmissions brouillées, des omissions, des interruptions, des
suppressions, des déficiences ou des défaillances des lignes téléphoniques ou informatiques, ou tout défaut de
fonctionnement technique de systèmes informatiques en ligne, de serveurs, de fournisseurs d’accès, d’équipement
informatique, de logiciel, toute défaillance d’un courriel ou d'une inscription devant être reçu en raison d’un
problème technique ou d’une congestion des circuits sur Internet ou sur tout site Web, out toute combinaison de ce
qui précède y compris toutes blessures ou dommages subis par des participants ou par toute autre personne
liées à un ordinateur ou résultant du téléchargement de matériel lié au concours, pouvant tous influer sur la
capacité d’un personne de participer au concours. Le matériel ou les données qui ont été falsifiés ou altérés sont
considérés non valides.
9. GÉNÉRALITÉS
En participant au concours, les participants (i) conviennent de se conformer aux présents règlements officiels en
incluant toutes les exigences d’admissibilité, et (ii) conviennent d’être liés par ces règlements officiels et par les
décisions du commanditaire, prises à l’entière discrétion de celui-ci, qui seront finales et obligatoires à tous les
égards relatifs au présent concours. Les participants qui ne respecteront pas ces règlements officiels seront
passibles de disqualification. Le concours est régi par toutes lois fédérales, provinciales ou municipales
applicables. Annulé là où interdit. Le commanditaire se réserve le droit de corriger les erreurs typographiques,
d’impression, de programmation informatique ou d’opération. Le manquement du commanditaire de faire exécuter
des modalités de ces règlements officiels ne constituera pas une renonciation à ces dispositions. L’invalidité ou
l’impossibilité de faire exécuter des modalités de ces règlements officiels n’aura aucune incidence sur la validité ou
la force exécutoire de toute autre disposition. Si des dispositions des règlements officiels sont considérées comme
étant invalides ou impossibles à exécuter, les règlements officiels seront alors interprétés en conformité avec leurs
modalités comme si la disposition invalide ou impossible à exécuter n’était pas contenue dans ces règlements. Si
un gagnant fait une (des) fausse(s) déclaration(s) dans l’un ou l’autre des documents mentionnés ci-dessus, le
gagnant devra promptement retourner son prix ou la valeur au comptant de ce prix. Le commanditaire se réserve
le droit, à son entière discrétion, de disqualifier toute personne qui falsifie ou tente de falsifier le processus de
participation, l’opération du concours et/ou le site Web du concours, enfreint les règlements du concours, ou agit
avec l’intention d’importuner, de menacer ou de harceler une autre personne. AVERTISSEMENT : TOUTE
TENTATIVE DE LA PART D’UN PARTICIPANT OU DE TOUTE AUTRE PERSONNE D’ENDOMMAGER DÉLIBÉREMMENT
UN SITE WEB ASSOCIÉ AU PRÉSENT CONCOURS OU DE MINER L’OPÉRATION LÉGITIME DU CONCOURS CONSTITUE
UNE VIOLATION DES LOIS CRIMINELLES ET CIVILES, ET LE COMMANDITAIRE SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT D’INTENTER UNE
ACTION ET DE DEMANDER DES DOMMAGES AVEC TOUTE LA RIGUEUR DE LA LOI.
10. DROIT DE MODIFICATION, DE SUSPENSION, D'ANNULATION
Si le concours ne peut pas être exécuté comme cela avait été initialement prévu, pour quelque raison que ce soit, en
incluant, mais sans s’y limiter, à la suite d’une altération ou d’une infection par un virus informatique, une intervention
non autorisée, une fraude, des erreurs de programmation ou des défaillances techniques ou toute autre cause qui
compromet ou influence l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement du présent concours,
le commanditaire se réserve le droit, sans le consentement de la Régie, de modifier, de suspendre ou d’annuler ce
concours, ou toute partie de celui-ci, et de disqualifier toute personne responsable d'un tel acte. Sous réserve de
l’approbation de la Régie, le commanditaire du concours peut, à sa seule discrétion, déterminer les gagnants parmi
toutes les inscriptions admissibles reçues jusqu'au moment de l'acte commis, conformément aux critères de sélection
du gagnant mentionnés ci-dessus.
11. POUVOIR EXÉCUTOIRE DES RÈGLEMENTS
Dans le cas d’une divergence ou d’un manque de cohérence entre les modalités et les conditions stipulées dans
les présents règlements officiels et les divulgations ou autres déclarations contenues dans tout autre matériel
relatif au concours, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter : l'inscription au concours et / ou les publicités sur le point de
vente, à la télévision, imprimées ou en ligne; les modalités et conditions des présents règlements officiels
prévaudront et régiront le concours.
12. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Toute propriété intellectuelle, y compris mais sans s’y limiter les marques de commerce, les noms commerciaux,
les conceptions, le matériel promotionnel, les pages Web, les codes de source, les dessins, les illustrations, les
logos, les slogans et les représentations qui sont la propriété du commanditaire et/ou de ses affiliés ou ses
concédants autorisés. Tous droits réservés. Le fait de copier ou d’utiliser sans autorisation le matériel protégé
par le droit d’auteur ou la propriété intellectuelle sans le consentement exprès et écrit de son propriétaire est
strictement interdit.
13. CONSENTEMENT À L’UTILISATION DES RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS
Le commanditaire et ses représentants autorisés recueilleront, utiliseront et divulgueront les
renseignements personnels que vous fournirez lorsque vous vous inscrirez au concours aux fins de
l’administration du concours et de la remise de prix. En participant au présent concours, vous consentez à ce
que le commanditaire et ses agents autorisés communiquent avec vous à propos du présent concours et de

commanditaire utilise son nom, sa ville et sa province de résidence, sa photo, ses renseignements
biographiques, ses déclarations, sa voix et sa ressemblance dans toute publicité que le commanditaire
pourrait effectuer relativement au concours dans un média ou sous un format quelconque, déjà connu
aujourd’hui ou qui sera développé par la suite, en incluant mais sans s’y limiter le World Wide Web, en tout
temps et à perpétuité, sans aucune rémunération ou avis.
14. FACEBOOK, TWITTER ET INSTAGRAM
Ce concours n'est aucunement commandité, appuyé ou administré par, ou associé à Facebook, Twitter ou
Instagram. Vous fournissez vos renseignements à Consultants C.S.T. inc., et non à Facebook, Twitter ou
Instagram. Chaque participant à ce concours libère entièrement Facebook, Twitter et Instagram de toute
responsabilité. Les questions, commentaires ou plaintes concernant ce concours doivent être transmis au
commanditaire et non à Facebook, Twitter ou Instagram.
