Throughout his more than ten years practical experience, Damien has developped, a strong interest for
start-up businesses, advising, as a start-up-friendly
lawyer, on choice of entity and capitalization, shareholding structure, equity allocation and relations
among shareholders, financing and relation with investors, intellectual property protection, employee hiring,
and negotiations and drafting of commercial contracts.
Damien is regularly invited to speak and advise on topics related to his fields of competence.
