From a background of skin and leather professionals, Sylvie Schimmel has inherited unique skills. In 1989, she created her own luxury brand. Fall/Winter 2013 collection For Fall/Winter 2013 season, Sylvie Schimmel has selected her favorite material, called ‘glove’: lamb leather, known for its softness. The line that she has created perfectly matches the season’s trends, with military chic or ethnic jackets, always with the rock and slightly grunge spirit that is her unmistakable signature. Turned towards light and soft materials, the 2013 collection is all about grain leather perfectos and soft, stretch biker pants. Sylvie Schimmel plays with materials and gives us smooth or used iridescent leathers, with some fur touches.
