To order a cake please view your options below and then complete &
return the Cake Order form on page 2 by either fax or email.

PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE WHEN ORDERING A CAKE.
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ORDERING.
A chocolate plaque with a small inscription of your choice is included with your cake!
