Lire un message SWIFT1 Le traitement d'un crédit documentaire, depuis son ouverture jusqu'à son dénouement, occasionne de nombreux messages entre les différentes banques, parties à ce crédit documentaire. Afin de sécuriser ces échanges, ces différents messages utilisent le réseau SWIFT. Les messages qui transitent sur le réseau interbancaire SWIFT sont des messages codés chiffrés selon les transactions engagées.
