Guidelines
To Record a Jack Russell Terrier
1. To be RECORDED, a Jack Russell Terrier must be over one (1) year of age.
2. The Owner of the Jack Russell Terrier must be a current member in good standing with the
Jack Russell Terrier Club of Canada.
(A non-member may submit a membership application and
applicable dues with this Recording Application.)
3. Each Recording Application MUST include:
 i- the Recording Application form (see above) completed in full and signed.
 ii- the JRTCC health certificate (NOT the Vet certificate).
 iii- four (4) photos of the terrier (2 of the left side, 2 of the right side).
Note: Photos do not require the Vet’s signature.
Polaroid photos or photos produced on home printers are not suitable
to the laminating of the terrier’s *Certificate of Recording.
Carefully check the guidelines regarding photos for recording.
 iv- a spay or neuter certificate/letter (must be signed by a licensed Veterinarian).
 v- Recording fee of $15 via PayPal e-mail: [email protected].
Additional Information:
The terrier’s pedigree and/or stud certificate are not required to record a terrier.
A terrier that meets the general criteria (some examples: is spayed/neutered; height is no less than 10
inches/no more than 15 inches, etc.) will be “Recorded” with the JRTCC.
That is, all records for the recorded terrier will be kept on file with the JRTCC.
A *Certificate of Recording will be issued, allowing the terrier to earn JRTCC Trial and Field
Worthiness Certificates and enter into both sanctioned and non-sanctioned divisions at JRTCC trials.
