Eigene Rufnummer wählen 2. Auf DTMF umschalten, falls nötig (je nach Telefon) 3. Während Begrüssungstext PIN eingeben 4. Mit der #-Taste abschliessen Voice-Mail-DTMF-Menü: Taste 1: Nächste Sprachmitteilung abspielen Taste 2: An den Anfang der laufenden Sprachmitteilung Taste 7: Springt 10 Sekunden zurück Taste 8: Laufende Sprachmitteilung löschen Gebührenlimit Auf dem Display können die Restbeträge der Gebührenlimiten abgefragt werden. Infotaste so oft drücken, bis Anzeige "Geschäft" xx.xx zeigt. Hinweis: Es können auch "Privat"-, "Kostenstelle"- oder "Leitweg"-Kosten abgefragt werden. Ist das Limit erreicht, erscheint im Display "....Limit überschritten". Das Gespräch wird je nach Konfiguration abgebrochen oder kann zu Ende geführt werden. Das Leistungsmerkmal Gebührenlimit ist in der Erststartkonfiguration ausgeschaltet4). Gebührenzähler Auf dem Display können die totalisierten Gesprächskosten angzeigt werden. Français Démarrer la consultation à distance: 1. Composer son propre numéro d’appel 2. Au besoin, commuter sur DTMF (selon le téléphone) 3. Entrer le NIP durant le message d'accueil 4. Terminer avec la touche # Menu DTMF de messagerie vocale: Touche 1: Diffuser le message vocal suivant Touche 2: Au début du message vocal en cours Touche 7: Recule de 10 secondes Touche 8: Effacer le message vocal en cours Limite de taxes Les soldes des montants des limites de taxes peuvent être consultés sur l’affichage. Appuyer sur la touche Info jusqu’à ce que l’affichage indique "Affaires" xx.xx. Note: Il est également possible de consulter les frais "Privés", d’un "Compte de frais" ou d’un "Acheminement". Le message "Limite de ... dépassée" s’affiche lorsque la limite est atteinte. Selon la configuration, la conversation est interrompue ou peut être menée à bonne fin. La fonctionnalité Limite de taxes est désactivée dans la configuration de premier démarrage4). Compteurs de taxes Les frais accumulés des conversations peuvent être affichés sur l’écran. Appuyer sur la touche Info jusqu’à ce que l’affichage indique "Affaires" xx.xx. Note: Il est également possible de consulter les frais "Privés", d’un "Compte de frais" ou d’un "Acheminement". Selezionare il proprio numero di chiamata 2. Effettuare la deviazione su DTMF, se necessario (a seconda del telefono) 3. Inserire il PIN durante il messaggio di benvenuto 4. Terminare con il tasto # Menu DTMF Voice Mail: Tasto 1: Riproduzione del messaggio vocale successivo Tasto 2: All’inizio del messaggio vocale in corso Tasto 7: Torna indietro di 10 secondi Tasto 8: Cancellazione del messaggio vocale in corso Limite addebiti Premere il tasto Info, finché sul display compare "Affari" xx.xx. Avvertenza: È possibile visualizzare anche i costi di "Privato", "Centro di costo" o "Instradamento". Quando è stato raggiunto il limite, sul display compare "Limite....superato". La conversazione viene interrotta oppure è possibile continuare a parlare a seconda della configurazione. La funzione Limite addebiti è disattivata nella configurazione di primo avviamento4).
