key tasks and responsibilities:
The VIE is responsible in the delivery of high quality finance and business support to ensure the delivery of the Region performance.
He (she) will work in partnership with the regional functions teams, to ensure the organization’s financial integrity and stability, while steering the
business towards enhanced profitability and expansion.
He (she) will provide a financial expertise and analytic support to the Vaccine Finance teams in the countries and to the Vaccine Finance HQ.
He (she) ensure the financial growth and integrity of the organization by overseeing the development and maintenance of strong financial reporting
systems and controls, guarantee the high quality of reporting and financial statements and compliance with local legislation and Sanofi rules.
He (she) will support and coordinate the forecasts processes in the Region building strong working relationships with internal clients.
PROFILE:
• candidate will hold an MBA in Finance and/or a Certified Public Accountant or related designation with a 3 years of work experience in a financial
role
• Demonstrated ability to navigate through complexity, process information & incorporate feedback into an interactive business conversation.
• Candidate should be collaborative and highly proactive with an assertive attitude, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Strong written communication and presentation skills with an innate ability to translate and relay financial, analytical and technical data to the
Finance Business Partner
• Demonstrates a high level of passion, energy, focus and ambition,
• Well-developed business acumen, intellectually curious with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
