In Paris the winter sales start on 7th January and finish on
10th February, but what bargains are to be found this year?
Using the context, words that look like the English and a dictionary, work out the
meaning of the unfamiliar words and complete the exercises below.
Nos bons plans pour les soldes
Julie: J’ai un style plutôt skateur et pour les
soldes, je vais à Paris. Cette année, je vais
acheter un pantalon «Sandro» et un tee-shirt
«Swildens».
Damien: J’ai un style plutôt décontracté.
Pour les soldes, je vais aller aux magasins
dans la ville où j’habite. Cette année, je vais
acheter un jean à Monoprix.
Florence: Pour les soldes, je vais au centre commercial. Je vais acheter de belles
baskets à 50% de réduction! J’adore les baskets car j’ai un style très sportif.
Luc: J’adore les soldes et j’aime faire de bonnes affaires. Je vais acheter des pulls
en cachemire parce que j’adore les pulls de bonne qualité. J’ai un style plutôt
