REGULATIONS
Circuit:
The final text of these Supplementary Regulations
shall be the English version which will be used should
any dispute arise as to their interpretation. Headings
in this document are for ease of reference only and do
not form part of these Supplementary Regulations.

Article 1 – Organisation
The event shall be run in accordance with the
International Sporting Code and its appendices, the
FIA official Bulletins, the General Prescriptions
applicable to the International Rallycross Events and
to FIA Rallycross Championships, the Sporting
Regulations of the FIA European Rallycross
Championship and these Supplementary Regulations.

Article 4 – Insurances
In compliance with the legal prescriptions, the
Organiser has contracted one or several insurance(s)
guaranteeing the following risk(s):

The AXA France-AMSré company affects a Master
Insurance Policy in respect of third Party Civil Liability
with a value of 6 100 000€ per occurrence for bodily
injury and 500.000€ per occurrence for material
damages

Article 5 – Protests and Appeals
Amount of the protest fee: €1,000.
Amount of the appeal fee set by the ASN: €3’300.
Amount of the international appeal fee (FIA): €6’000.
Prizes and awards:
 Cups to the Top 3 drivers in each category
 In the SuperCar category, cash prizes to the first 6
classified drivers: £600 to the 1st, £500 to the 2nd,
£400 to the 3rd, £300 to the 4th, £300 to the 5th
and £300 to the 6th.
 In the Super1600 and TouringCar categories, cash
prizes to the first 6 classified drivers: £300 to the
1st, £300 to the 2nd, £300 to the 3rd, £200 to the
4th, £200 to the 5th and £200 to the 6th.
All protests will be lodged in accordance with the
Code. All protests must be made in writing and
handed to the clerk of the course or his assistant, or in
their absence any of the stewards of the event,
together with the required protest fee.
If the protest requires the dismantling and
re-assembly of different parts of a car, the claimant
must make a deposit of €3’000.

de controverse d’interprétation. Dans ce document,
les intitulés sont énoncés aux seules fins de
commodité et ne font pas partie du présent Règlement
Particulier.

Toute réclamation sera déposée selon les
prescriptions du Code. Toute réclamation doit être
faite par écrit et remise au directeur de course ou à

sportif, accompagnée du droit de réclamation requis.
Si la réclamation rend nécessaire le démontage et le
remontage de diverses pièces d’une voiture, le
plaignant doit verser une caution de 3’000 €.
