Note: Regulation 892 has previously been amended. For the legislative history of
1. Section 6 of Regulation 892 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended
by adding the following subsection:
(12) Despite anything in this section, in the case of a condominium project, the maximum
aggregate amount payable out of the guarantee fund in respect of claims made under subsection
the Act relating to all homes and common elements in the condominium project
the first arm's length purchase agreement for a home in the condominium
proj ect is entered into in good faith on or after July 1, 2010.

1. L'article 6 du Règlement 892 des Règlements refondus de I'Ontario de 1990 est
modifié par adjonction du paragraphe suivant :
(12) Malgré les autres dispositions du présent article, dans Ie cas d'un projet condominial, Ie
montant total maximal payable par prélèvement sur Ie fonds de garantie pour les réclamations,
présentées aux termes des paragraphes 14 (3) ou (4) de la Loi, qui concernent tous les logements
et toutes les parties communes du projet condominial est de 50 000 000 $, si la première
convention d'achat conclue dans les conditions normales du marché à l'égard d'un logement du
projet condominial est conclue de bonne foi le 1 er juilet 2010 ou après cette date.

2. Le présent règlement entre en vigueur Ie jour de son dépôt.
