Choupinette wishes to organize a barbecue with her friends. She collects wood and
makes fire with two flint, because it is strictly prohibited for elves in the second
grate to make fire by means of magic spells. Well, what about that, the camp fire
takes hold. Choupinette dances of joy, but due to her wild movements the fire dies
down again, and the flints are nowhere to be found. Choupinettes barbecue won’t be
canceled, will it?

Choupinette souhaite organiser un barbecue avec ses amis. Elle va chercher du bois
et fait du feu avec deux silex car les apprentis elfes n’ont pas le droit d’utiliser leurs
formules magiques pour faire du feu. Bientôt, le feu prend. Choupinette danse de
joie mais, de ses mouvements brusques, elle l’éteint. Et impossible de retrouver les
silex. Le barbecue de Choupinette serait-il tombé à l’eau?

Larisa Faber actrice (Choupinette)
Larisa est née en Roumanie et a grandi au Luxembourg. Après des études du cinéma, elle
intègre la prestigieuse école Drama Centre (MA European Classical Acting) à Londres.
Pendant sa formation, elle joue et étudie au Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre de Londres et
au Vakhtangov Theatre Institute de Moscou. En 2012, elle a reçu le prix luxembourgeois
Jeunes Artistes de Lux(e) dans la catégorie art dramatique. Depuis 2009, elle travaille
au théâtre, au cinéma et à la télévision au Luxembourg, en Angleterre et en Allemagne.
Elle est co-directrice artistique de la compagnie de théâtre bi-nationale Speaking in
Tongues (www.speakingintonguestheatre.org) et membre du comité du collectif d'artistes
MASKéNADA (www.maskenada.lu). Cette saison, elle se produira également dans Oncle
Vania et Love&Money au Théâtre du Centaure (Myriam Muller), Basta aux Rotondes (Linda
Bonvini) et All New People au Théâtre des Capucins (Anne Simon).
Max Fischbach acteur (Oberon), atelier de chant, chansons
Né à Luxembourg, Max Fischbach a étudié le chant classique et le piano au Conservatoire
de Musique de la Ville de Luxembourg. Enseignant, il a réalisé de nombreux projets
musicaux pour les enfants et les adolescents dans les écoles primaires et secondaires.
Entre 2005 et 2012, il a dirigé les ateliers musicaux des concerts pour enfants Loopino
à la Philharmonie Luxembourg. Depuis 2014, il participe aux concerts Bout’Chou. Il se
produit régulièrement en tant qu’acteur et chanteur de comédies musicales. Il a composé
une dizaine de comédies musicales pour enfants en luxembourgeois. Babakar, De klenge
Prenz, Kumbu, Tarta Ruga et Oro sont disponibles en disque et souvent jouées par des
écoles, des écoles de musique et des groupes de théâtre.
Peter Brunt violon
Peter Brunt studied at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Davina van Wely and
Herman Krebbers. He then continued his studies at the Julliard School of Music with
Dorothy Delay and with Sandor Vegh in Salzburg. In 1981, he won the first prize at the
(Dutch) National Violin Competition. Peter Brunt is a frequent soloist with orchestras in the
Netherlands and abroad. He has recorded a CD of the violin concerto, Glenz, that Willem
Jeths wrote for him. He was principal second violinist with the Royal Concertgebouw
Orchestra for several years and since then has been concertmaster of Amsterdam
Sinfonietta and guest concertmaster for various orchestras, including the Rotterdam
Philharmonic and Kammerorchester Basel. Additionally, he is a member of the renowned
Osiris Trio. Peter Brunt teaches at the Conservatoires of The Hague, Amsterdam and
Luzern Hochschule
Wiek Hijmans guitare électrique
Wiek Hijmans (Netherlands, 1967) is an acknowledged pioneer on the electric guitar.
Renown composers including Christian Wolff and Theo Loevendie have written solo
works for him. Wiek has performed solo and as a chamber musician in Europe,
Russia, Indonesia, the U.S. with ensembles including the L.A. Chamber Orchestra,
Kammerensemble Neue Musik Berlin, the Nieuw Ensemble and the BBC Symphony
Orchestra. His solo CDs have received international critical acclaim. Wiek formed the
Catch electric guitar quartet at the request of American composer Steven Mackey. Catch
made its debut with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra in 2014.
Wiek studied with David Starobin at the Manhattan School of Music (New York)
where he was the first ever electric guitarist in the classical guitar department. Wiek's
groundbreaking work at the Manhattan School was awarded the prestigious Andrés
Segovia prize
Uxia Martinez Botana contrebasse
Selected by the American bass magazine No treble as one of the world top ten bass
players and recognised by the international critics for her «great intensity and exceptional
technique», Uxía Martínez Botana started her double bass studies at the early age of six
with the bass player of the Moscow Virtuosos Orchestra, Witold Patsevich. She continued
her studies in Spain and later in the Netherlands at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam
where she finished her double bass bachelor with Peter Stotijn and Baroque bass with
Maggie Urquhart. She got her first professional contract with the Symphony Orchestra
of Galicia (Spain) at the age of 15. Later, Uxía has worked as a bass player in orchestras
such as The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, The Netherlands Philharmonisch Orkest
under the direction of Marc Albrecht, The Amsterdam Sinfonietta under the direction of
Candida Thompson. Uxia is currently the Guest Principal Double Bass of Philharmonie
ZuidNederland, Guest Principal Double Bass of the Brussels Philharmonic and Guest
Principal Double Bass of the Weinberger Kammerorchester. Beside her work in orchestras
Uxía Martínez Botana has developed a brilliant career as a soloist and as a chamber
musician. She plays «The English Lady Bass» (1800) loaned by the luthier Harry Jansen
and a «Ludwig Neuner» 1854 loaned by a private sponsor.
Annechien Koerselman conception, texte, mise en scène
Annechien Koerselman a étudié à la Toneelacademie Maastricht. Elle met en scène
des pièces de théâtre, de théâtre musical et des opéras, et place la musique au cœur
de ses productions. Elle a créé, entre autres, la pièce de théâtre musicale L’usine de la
musique (Calefax Reed Quintet/Oorkaan, 2010) pour laquelle elle a reçu Die Junge OhrenPreis 2012. Récemment, elle a mis en scène quelques opéras pour enfants: Êtes-vous
siffler, Johanna (Deutsche Oper Berlin, 2013) D’or (Theater Sonnevanck / Deutsche Oper
Berlin, 2014), Tischlein deck dich (Theater an der Rott Eggenfelden, 2015) et Le Monstre
du labyrinthe (Berliner Philharmoniker Berlin, 2015). Pour la Philharmonie Luxembourg,
elle a réalisé Bout’chou – 4 Saisons (2014/2015) et deux concerts OPL L’Oiseau de feu
de Stravinsky (2013) et Carmencita de Bizet (2015). Cette saison, elle réalise aussi le
concert OPL Les Planètes de Gustav Holst et le concert Philou La Belle et la Bête. www.

Nina Ball décors, costumes
Nina Ball est née en 1983 à Kufstein. Elle a étudié dans la classe de perfectionnement
en scénographie d’Erich Wonder à l’Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien dont elle est
sortie diplômée en 2005. Au cours de sa formation, elle a assisté de nombreux metteurs
en scène, et notamment d’Andrea Breth et Peter Zadek, et collaboré avec les créateurs
costumes Bert Neumann et Karl Kneidl. Depuis 2005, elle a créé des scénographies, des
décors et des costumes. Ses décors pour Alma – A show biz ans Ende, mis en scène par
Paulus Manker à la Kurhaus Semmering, ont reçu en 2007 une nomination au NestroyPreis. Depuis 2012, Nina Ball a notamment présenté à la Philharmonie Die Planeten,
Carmencita!, Rêves d’hiver et Le Songe d'une nuit d'été.
