Conditions de réservation et d’annulation
1. Confirmation de la réservation
La réservation est considérée comme confirmée lorsque le contrat et les conditions nous sont retournés
signées
2. Prépaiement et garantie pour les banquets dès CHF 2000.00
Afin de garantir la réservation d’un banquet, l’Hôtel demande le versement de dépôts de la manière
suivante, à la signature du contrat :
50% du montant final estimé
3. Conditions d’annulation des banquets :
Pour toute annulation partielle ou totale de la réservation, les frais d’annulations suivants seront facturés :
De la signature du contrat à 30 jours avant l’événement : 0% du montant final estimé
Entre 30 jours et 15 jours avant la date de l’événement : 50% du montant final estimé
Entre 14 et 3 jours avant la date de l’événement : 75% du montant final estimé
A 2 jours de la date de la manifestation : 100% du montant final estimé
4. Confirmation du nombre de personnes pour les banquets et séminaires
Le nombre exact de participants doit être communiqué 7 jours avant la manifestation et servira de base de
facturation finale.
5. L’établissement se donne le droit de changer l’attribution des salles. Aucun nom ou numéro de salle n’est
confirmé. Les salles sont attribuées en fonction du nombre de participants.
6. Les Pique-niques sont interdits dans l’établissement (espaces communs et salles de séminaires ainsi que le
parc extérieur). Nous vous remercions d’informer les participants.
7. Dégâts et vols
La Longeraie décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol d’objets appartenant aux clients. Nous nous
réservons le droit de facturer tous dégâts ne résultant pas d’une utilisation normale de la salle de séminaire
et du matériel mis à disposition.
8. Facturation
Nous n’envoyons pas de facture en dehors de la Suisse. La facture finale, payable à 20 jours, sera adressée à
la société ou à la personne qui a confirmé la réservation.
9. Fort juridique
La juridiction compétente se trouve à Morges
10. Approbation et signature
La personne qui signe ces conditions de vente atteste en avoir pris connaissance et les accepte, ainsi que
les termes de la réservation, soit en son nom, soit au nom de la société qui a réservé.

Booking and Cancellation
1. Confirmation of Reservation
The reservation is considered confirmed when the contract and the conditions are returned and signed
2. Deposit and guarantees for banquets from CHF 2000.00
To secure the booking of a banquet, Hotel ask payment of deposits as follows:
at the signature of the contract: 50% of the estimated final amount
3. Cancellation banquets:
For any partial or total cancellation of the reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
The signature of the contract to 30 days before the event: 0% of the estimated final amount
Between 30 and 15 days before the date of the event: 50% of the estimated final amount
Between 14 and 3 days before the event date: 75% of the estimated final amount
From 2 days from the date of the event: 100% of the estimated final amount
4. Confirmation of the number of people for banquets and seminars
The exact number of participants must be communicated 7 days before the event and will be the basis
for final billing.
5. The property gives the right to change the allocation of rooms. No name or room number is confirmed.
The rooms are allocated according to the number of participants.
6. Picnics are forbidden in the facility (public areas and meeting rooms as well as outside the park). Thank
you to inform the participants.
7. Damage and theft
The Longeraie disclaims all liability for theft of objects belonging to customers. We reserve the right to
charge for any damage not caused by normal use of the conference room and equipment available.
8. Billing
We do not send bills outside of Switzerland. The final invoice, payable 20 days, will be sent to the
company or person who confirmed the booking.

10. Approval and signature
The person signing these terms of sale attests to have read and accept them, and the terms of booking,
either in his own name or in the name of the company who booked.
