1. On a separate sheet of paper, please present clearly the research project you wish to undertake
in Canada (a title of the research project is required). Please also prepare a Chinese summary of
no less than 500 words for this part / Sur une feuille séparée, veuillez présenter un plan précis
des recherches que vous désirez effectuer au Canada (le titre de votre projet de recherche est
demandé) . Veuillez préparer un sommaire de moins de 500 mots en Chinois pour cette partie.
2. Prepare a detailed itinerary showing the cities you intend to visit (a maximum of three), the
institutions and people you wish to visit in each city, date and explanations for each above. Also
include any courses or conferences you wish to participate in. This Information is
MANDATORY. / Préparez un itinéraire détaillé indiquant les villes que vous désirez visiter
(maximum trois), les institutions et les personnes que vous désirez rencontrer dans chaque ville,

I confirm that the information provided in this application is true and accurate. If I receive an
award, I agree to devote the entire period of my time in Canada exclusively for the purpose the
award was granted and to return to China immediately upon completion of the above plan of
research to apply the results of my research to teaching and/or scholarly publication.
I understand that the award consists of a return ticket, domestic airfare tickets in Canada (up to 3
Canadian cities) and a stipend (app. CDN $4,800) while in Canada.
I understand that if my language proficiency in English or French is judged inadequate by
representatives of the Canadian Embassy or if any information provided with this application is
found to be a deliberate falsification, the award will be canceled.

j'accepte de passer la période complète de ce temps au Canada, de me consacrer à mes

Je comprends que le prix inclut le billet aller-retour Chine Canada, les vols domestiques au
Canada (maximum de trois villes) et une bourse d’environ 4,800 $ cdn.
Je comprends que si ma connaissance du français ou de l'anglais est jugée inadéquate par les
représentants de l'ambassade du Canada, ou si les renseignements fournis dans ce formulaire
s'avéraient faux, la bourse peut être annulée en tout temps.
