however food containing gluten is prepared in my kitchen so whilst I will endeavour to avoid it I cannot guarantee
there will be no traces of gluten in your cake.
Buttercream cakes generally do not hold up well in our climate during the warmer months and as a result I advise
that buttercream finishes are avoided unless cake will be displayed in an air-conditioned environment. Please
note that any fillings containing cream cheese must be refrigerated and therefore cannot have a fondant icing.
