Zu Ihrer Sicherheit!
Gefahrloses Arbeiten mit dem Gerät ist nur möglich, wenn Sie die Bedienungsanleitung und die Sicherheitshinweise vollständig lesen und die darin enthaltenen
Anweisungen strikt befolgen. Lassen Sie sich vor dem ersten Gebrauch praktisch
einweisen.
Das Gerät darf nicht feucht sein und auch nicht in feuchter Umgebung betrieben werden.
Vor jedem Gebrauch Gerät, Kabel und Stecker kontrollieren. Beschädigte Teile nur vom
Fachmann reparieren lassen.
Beim Arbeiten in geschlossenen Räumen ist für ausreichende Belüftung zu sorgen.
Explosionsgefahr!
In Räumen in denen explosive Gase entstehen können, darf das Gerät nicht benutzt
werden!
Leicht brennbare oder explosive Flüssigkeiten (z.B. Benzin oder Spiritus) nicht spritzen.
Sprühstrahl nie auf Personen oder Tiere richten. Das Spritzgut tritt unter hohem Druck aus
der Düse. Verletzungs- und Infektionsgefahr!
Der Schalldruckpegel des Gerätes kann 85 dB(A) überschreiten. Deshalb Gehörschutz
tragen!
Gerät nicht mit leerem Behälter in Betrieb nehmen.
Den Stecker nur bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät einstecken.
Nach dem Gebrauch den Netzstecker ziehen.
Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen. Gerät nicht am Kabel
tragen.
Das Kabel während des Arbeitsprozesses immer nach hinten vom Gerät wegführen.
Gerät und Zubehör so aufbewahren, dass es für Kinder nicht zugänglich ist.
Verwenden Sie originales Zubehör und Ersatzteile.

Vor Inbetriebnahme
Netzspannung beachten! Die Spannung der Stromquelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem
Typenschild des Gerätes übereinstimmen.

Arbeitshinweise
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Einschalten der Spritzpistole, dass der Behälter zur Hälfte mit
Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist so das sich ein Vakuum bilden kann. Benutzen Sie die Spritzpistole
nicht mit einem ungefüllten Behälter - dies verursacht unnützen Lärm und Vibrationen.
Spritzmaterial
Hinweis: für das einwandfreie Funktionieren der Spritzpistole ist sauberes Spritzmaterial
absolute Voraussetzung.
Körnige, bzw. körperhaltige Flüssigkeiten dürfen nicht gespritzt werden. Deren schmirgelnde
Wirkung verkürzt die Lebensdauer von Pumpe und Ventil.
Sollte bezüglich der Verunreinigung Bedenken bestehen, so ist es empfehlenswert das
Spritzmaterial durch ein feinmaschiges Sieb zu filtern.
Regulieren des Spritzstrahls
Regulierknopf ganz nach links drehen. (siehe Abb. 1)
Gerät einschalten.
Regulierknopf nach rechts drehen bis der Spritzkegel und die Zerstäubung korrekt sind.
Der Sprühnebel soll regelmässig, fein und ohne Tröpfchen sein. (siehe Abb. 2)
Vor jedem Spritzvorgang den Spritzstrahl neu einstellen.
Wenn Sie dünnflüssiges Material wie Wasser sprühen, vergewissern Sie sich aufgrund
des hohen Ventildrucks der Spritzpistole das die Düse fest angeschraubt ist. Benutzen Sie
nötigenfalls ein Handtuch, um diese festzudrehen. Und nutzen Sie den Leistungsregler zur
optimalen Einstellung. Es ist nicht empfohlen die LM45 zum Sprühen von Wasser zu nutzen,
da Druckleistung dieses Gerätes für dünnflüssige Materialen zu hoch ist.
Den Behälter immer handfest zuschrauben.
Die jeweils zweckmässige Entfernung zur Spritzfläche durch einen Versuch ermitteln: Zuerst
bei einer grösseren Distanz beginnen. Auf einen gleichmässigen Abstand und eine gleichmässige Bewegung achten. Der Abstand der Düse zum Objekt ist abhängig vom
Spritzmaterial (ca. 20-35 cm Spritzabstand je nach Strahlkegel und gewünschtem Auftrag).
Bitte beachten: Wenn zu dick aufgesprüht, kann Spühflüssigkeit an vertikalen Oberflächen heruntertropfen. Am Besten testen Sie daher das Sprühverhalten vorab aus grösserer
Distanz.
Behälter nie leerspritzen! Das Saugrohr muss immer in Flüssigkeit getaucht sein.
Wartung und Reinigung
Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
Gerät stets sauber halten.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Reinigungsmittel!
Das Gerät regelmässig mit einem lebensmittelgeeigneten Reiniger durchspritzen.
Anschliessend mit klarem Wasser gründlich nachspülen. Hinweise des Herstellers beachten!
Sollte das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzt werden, durchspritzen Sie zur Konservierung
leichtes Speiseöl.
Sollte das Gerät trotz sorgfältiger Herstell- und Prüfverfahren einmal ausfallen, ist die Reparatur von einer autorisierten Kundendienststelle ausführen zu lassen. Bei allen Rückfragen
und Ersatzteilbestellungen bitte unbedingt die Bestellnummer angeben.

Pumpe zerlegen
1. Schraube abschrauben. (Ersatzteil 1, Seite 15-16) (siehe Abb. 3)
2. Motorgehäuse von Pumpenteil trennen. (Ersatzteil 6) (siehe Abb. 4)
3. Düse (Ersatzteil 3) abschrauben. Saug-Druckventil (Ersatzteil 4) und Pumpenkolben (Ersatzteil 8) mit Feder (Ersatzteil 7) aus dem Pumpenteil nehmen. Wenden Sie keine Gewalt an.
(siehe Abb. 5)
4. Festsitzende Ventilkugel (Ersatzteil 5) durch Kolbenöffnung mit Hilfe eines Kupfer - oder
Messingstiftes gangbar machen. (siehe Abb. 6)
5. Sämtliche Teile in das entsprechende Reinigungsmittel legen und säubern.
Nie harte Gegenstände zum Reinigen verwenden! Der Kolben (Ersatzteil 8) muss sich leicht in
dem Pumpengehäuse bewegen lassen.
Pumpe zusammenbauen
Der Zusammenbau der Pumpe erfolgt sinngemäss in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Nach der Reinigung des Gerätes als Korrosionsschutz kurz mit harzfreiem Öl durchspritzen.
Reinigungsmittel in geeignetem Behälter auffangen und umweltgerecht entsorgen.
Garantie
Die Garantie von 6 Monaten wird entsprechend den beiliegenden Bedingungen und folgenden
Umständen gewährt:
Das Gerät wird ausschliesslich zum Verarbeiten von für die Lebensmittelindustrie zugelassenen Produkten eingesetzt.
Die Maximaldauer eines Dauer-Einsatzes beträgt nicht mehr als 10 Minuten.
Die Garantie basiert auf einem Einsatz von 50 Stunden innerhalb von 6 Monaten.
Bei Reparaturen dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwendet werden.
Das Gerät muss wie in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben gewartet und gereinigt werden.
Die Garantie beginnt mit der Auslieferung des Produktes an den Endverbraucher.
Das Kaufdatum des Endverbrauchers bestimmt den Beginn der Garantiedauer. Schäden die
auf natürliche Abnutzung, Überlastung oder unsachgemässe Behandlung zurückzuführen
sind, bleiben von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Reparaturen, die nicht unter die Garantieleistung fallen, werden durch Servicestellen zu den
gültigen Preis- und Lieferbedingungen des entsprechenden Landes ausgeführt.
Produkthaftung
Jede Haftung für alle Schäden wird abgelehnt, die direkt oder indirekt durch die Verwendung
und das Sprayen mit Produkten entstanden sind. Der Anwender übernimmt die volle Verantwortung im Bereich der Lebensmittelgesetze oder anderer Gesetzesbestimmungen für den
Gebrauch des Produktes.

For your safety
This spray gun can only be operated safely when the operating and the safety instructions have been completely read and are strictly adhered to. It is recommended
to receive practical instruction before using the machine for the first time.
Do not use the spray gun if damp or if the surroundings are damp.
Always check the spray gun, power cord and plug before use. In the event of damage, repair
work should only be carried out by specialist.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation when working in confined spaces.
Danger of Explosion!
The spray gun must not be used in locations where explosive gases may occur.
Do not spray inflammable or explosive liquids (e.g. petrol or spirit).
Never direct the spray jet towards people or animals. The spray material comes out of the
nozzle at high pressure. Danger of injury and infection.
The noise level of the spray gun can exceed 85 dB(A), therefore wear ear protection.
Do not use the spray gun without spray material.
Only connect the power plug when the spray gun is OFF.
Disconnect the power plug after use.
Always disconnect the power plug before performing any work on the spray gun. Do not
carry the spray gun by the power cord.
Always keep the extension cable well away from the workplace.
Keep the spray gun and accessories out of the reach of children.
Only use original accessories and spare parts.

Before start-up
Observe the supply voltage! The voltage specified on the nameplate must conform to the
supply voltage.

Instructions for use
Before switching on the spray gun, ensure that the container is at least 50% full of material
in order that it creates a vaccum. Do not use without material - this will create unnecessary
noise and vibration.
Spray material
Note: for the perfect functioning of the spray gun, clean spray material is of importance.
Products containing granules or bodies must not be sprayed as they act abrasively, may
restrict the movement of the piston and shorten the sprayer’s life, thereby invalidating the
warranty. In case of doubts regarding any impurities, a fine-meshed filtering of the spray
material is recommended.
Regulating the Spray Jet
Turn the regulating knob completely to the left. (picture 1)
Switch on the spray gun.
Turn the regulating knob to the right until the spraying cone and atomization are correct.
The spray mist should be even, fine and without drops.
Readjust the spray jet similarly before each spraying operation.
Due to the high pressure of the spray gun, if spraying very fine liquids such as water, ensure
that the nozzle is firmly tightened - use a towel if necessary - and reduce the power setting
utilised. The LM45 is not recommended for spraying water as creates too much pressure for
thin viscosity materials.
Always screw down the container firmly. (picture 2)
A test should be carried out to determine the most effective distance from the spraying
surface. Start at a fairly large distance. Ensure that you keep at a constant distance and
that your movements are steady. The distance of the nozzle from the item being sprayed
depends on the spray material (approx. 20-35 cm spraying distance depending on the cone
of the jet and the thickness of the liquid).
Note: Spraying material tends to drip off vertical surfaces. Perform an initial spraying from a
slightly greater distance.
Never spray until the container is empty. The suction pipe must always be immersed in
liquid.
Care and Maintenance
Always disconnect the plug from the power socket before carrying out any work on
the spray gun.
Always keep the spray gun clean.
Never immerse the spray gun in cleaning agent!
Clean the spray gun periodically by spraying through a suitable food safe mild detergent.
Rinse it thoroughly thereafter with fresh water. See instructions of the cleaning agent
manufacturer. When the spray gun is not used for a longer time, spray through a light food oil
for conservation. If the spray gun should happen to fail despite the care taken in manufacture
and testing, repair should be carried out by an authorised representative. For all correspondence and spare parts orders, always include the order number.

Dismantling the Spray Gun
1. Remove screw. (spare part 1, page 15-16) (picture 3, page 2)
2. Separate the motor housing (spare part 6) from the pump section. (picture 4)
3. Unscrew nozzle (spare part 3). Take suction pressure valve (spare part 4) and pump plunger (spare
part 8) with spring (spare part 7) out of the pump section. Do not use force. (picture 5)
4. Remove the valve ball from the pump by using a copper or brass pin to push it through the piston
aperture. (picture 6)
5. Place all parts in the appropriate detergent and clean them.
Never use hard objects for cleaning! The piston (spare part 8) should move easily in the pump
housing.
Assembling the Pump
Assemble the parts in the reverse order.
After cleaning, spray through the spray gun briefly with vegetable oil as an anticorrosion measure.
Collect cleaning agents in an appropriate receptacle and dispose of in an appropriate manner.
Guarantee
The spray gun is guaranteed for six months subject to the enclosed terms and on condition that
it is only used for processing products approved for the food industry.
The spray gun must not be operated continuously for longer than 10 minutes at a time.
The guarantee is based on 50 hours of use within a 6-month period.
Only original spare parts may be used in the event of repairs.
The spray gun must be serviced and cleaned as described in the operating instructions.
The guarantee becomes valid with the delivery of the product to the end user.
The duration of the guarantee shall be determined by the end user‘s date of purchase. The
guarantee excludes any damage due to natural wear, overloading or incorrect handling.
Repairs not covered by the guarantee shall be performed by service centres subject to the
applicable price and delivery terms of the country in question.
Product liability
No liability is accepted for damage caused directly or indirectly by the use and spraying of
products. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the product in accordance with the
laws of food hygiene and other legal regulations.

Pour votre sécurité

Si le travail a lieu dans des locaux fermés, veiller à une ventilation suffisante.
Risque d‘explosion !
L’appareil ne doit en aucun cas être utilisé dans des locaux où des gaz explosifs peuvent se
dégager.
Ne pas pulvériser de liquides très inflammables ou explosifs (par ex. de l‘essence ou de
l‘alcool à brûler).
Ne jamais diriger le jet sur des personnes ou des animaux. Le produit jaillit de la buse sous
haute pression. Risque de blessure et d‘infection.
Le niveau sonore de l‘appareil peut dépasser 85 dB(A). Se munir de casques antibruit.
Ne pas utiliser l‘outil sans matériel de pulvérisation.
Toujours retirer la fiche mâle de la prise de courant avant d‘effectuer tout travail sur
l‘appareil.
Toujours veiller à ce que le câble prolongateur se trouve derrière l‘appareil.
Ne jamais porter l‘appareil par son cordon d‘alimentation.
Ranger l‘appareil et ses accessoires hors de portée des enfants.
N‘utiliser que des accessoires et pièces détachées d‘origine.

Respecter la tension d‘alimentation ! La tension indiquée sur la plaque signalétique doit être
conforme à la tension d‘alimentation.

Conseils d‘utilisation
Avant le branchement du pistolet, s‘assurer que la pompe soit remplie de liquide à moitié
pour former un espace vide. Ne pas utiliser le pistolet avec une pompe vide pour éviter
toutes nuisances et vibrations inutiles.
Produits à pulvériser
Remarque: pour le bon fonctionnement du pistolet, un produit de pulvérisation propre est
absolument nécessaire.
En cas de doute, filtrer le produit avec un filtre à mailles serrées.
Les produits granuleux/contenant des corps solides ne doivent pas être pulverisés. Leur
effet abrasif réduirait la durée de vie de la pompe et de la vanne.
Régulation du jet de pulvérisation
Tourner le bouton de régulation totalement vers la gauche. (fig.1)
Enclencher l‘appareil.
Tourner le bouton de régulation vers la droite jusqu‘à ce que le cône de pulvérisation et la
brumisation soient optimaux.
Le brouillard de pulvérisation doit être régulier, fin et exempt de gouttelettes. (fig. 2)
Régler le jet de pulvérisation avant chaque nouvelle opération de pulvérisation.
En cas de pulvérisation de matériaux à faible viscosité comme l’eau, s’assurer que la buse
soit bien vissée en raison de la haute pression venant de la valve du pistolet. Si nécessaire,
utiliser une serviette pour bien la visser. Pour un réglage optimal, utiliser le régulateur de
puissance. Il est déconseillé d’utiliser le LM45 pour pulvériser de l’eau car la performance
de l’appareil est trop forte pour des matériaux à faible viscosité.
Essayer la mise en marche en déterminant la distance idéale par rapport à la surface à vaporiser. Commencer d‘abord à grande distance. Veiller à conserver une distance régulière
et à décrire un mouvement régulier. La distance entre la buse et la pièce dépend du produit
à pulvériser (distance comprise entre 20 et 35 cm suivant la conicité du jet et l‘enduction
désirée).
Attention : toute pulvérisation en couche épaisse provoque un égouttement du liquide de
pulvérisation sur des surfaces verticales. Tester à distance avant la pulvérisation.
Ne jamais pulvériser au point de vider le réservoir !
Nettoyage et entretien
Avant tout travail effectué sur la machine, débrancher la fiche de la prise.
Toujours veiller à ce que l‘appareil soit propre
Ne jamais plonger l‘appareil dans le produit nettoyant !
Circuler régulièrement un détergent doux pour le secteur alimentaire dans l‘appareil, et rincer avec de l‘eau potable. Ensuite rincer l‘appareil bien avec de l‘eau pure. Voir instructions
du fabricant !
Si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé pour une longue période, conserver le avec de l’huile non
résineuse.
Si, malgré tous les soins apportés à la fabrication et au contrôle de l‘appareil, celui-ci devait
avoir un défault, la réparation ne doit être confiée qu‘à un service après-vente autorisé.
Pour toute demande de renseignement ou commande de pièces de rechange, nous préciser impérativement le numéro de référence.

Démonter le pistolet
1. Dévisser la vis. (pièce de rechange 1, page 15-16) (fig. 3)
2. Séparer le carter moteur de la pompe. (pièce de rechange 6) (fig. 4)
3. Dévisser la buse (pièce de rechange 3) Extraire de la pompe la vanne d’aspiration-compression
(pièce de rechange 4) et le piston de pompe (pièce de rechange 8) avec son ressort (pièce de
rechange 7). Manier sans force ! (fig. 5)
4. Introduire une tige en cuivre ou en laiton par orifice du piston pour débloquer la bille de
vanne si elle est coincée. (fig. 6)
5. Déposer toutes les pièces dans le solvant voulu puis les nettoyer. Ne jamais utiliser d‘objets durs
pour nettoyer. Le piston (pièce de rechange 8) doit pouvoir se déplacer aisément.
Remonter la pompe
Remonter les composants dans l’ordre chronologique inverse.
Une fois l’appareil nettoyé et pour empêcher la corrosion pulvériser brièvement une huile sans résine
à travers le pistolet. Recueillir les agents de nettoyage dans un récipient approprié et l‘éliminer de
façon appropriée.
Garantie
Nous accordons une garantie de 6 mois sous les conditions suivantes :
Les appareils sont à utiliser exclusivement pour le traitement de produits autorisés pour
l’industrie alimentaire.
La durée maximale d’une application ne peut être supérieure à 10 mInutes.
La garantie est basée sur une utilisation de 50 heures en l’espace de 6 mois.
En cas de réparations, seules les pièces de rechange d’origine sont autorisées.
Les appareils sont à entretenir et à nettoyer comme décrits dans les instructions et mode
d’emploi.
La garantie débute au moment de la livraison du produit au consommateur final.
La date d’achat du consommateur final détermine le début de la durée de la garantie. La garantie
ne porte pas sur les dégâts résultant de l’usure normale et les dégâts survenus suite à une
surcharge ou une manipulation incorrecte.
Des réparations non couvertes par la garantie, sont effectuées aux points de service aux conditions
de prix et de livraison en vigueur dans le pays respectif.
Responsabilité du fabricant
Toute responsabilité est déclinée pour tous dégâts résultant directement ou indirectement de
l’utilisation et de la pulvérisation de produits. L’utilisateur est entièrement responsable de
l’application des lois sur les produits alimentaires ou autres dispositions légales relatives à
l’utilisation du produit.

Per la Vostra sicurezza
Per l‘utilizzo in sicurezza dell‘apparecchio leggere attentamente e completamente
le istruzioni per l‘uso e le avvertenze per la sicurezza e seguire rigorosamente le
istruzione in esse contenute. Istruite Vi bene sull‘impiego pratico prima di usare
l‘apparecchio la prima volta.
L‘apparecchio non deve essere umido, né deve essere adoperato in ambienti umidi.
Prima di ogni impiego, controllare il cavo di alimentazione e la spina. Fate riparare le parti
danneggiate solo da un tecnico autorizzato.
Nel lavoro in ambienti chiusi, provvedere ad una aerazione sufficiente.
Pericolo di esplosione!
L‘apparecchio non deve essere impiegato in ambienti, nei quali si possono formare gas
esplosivi.
Non spruzzare liquidi molto infiammabili o esplosivi (p. es. benzina o alcool).
Non rivolgere mai il getto verso persone o animali. Il prodotto spruzzato
fuoriesce ad alta pressione dall‘ugello. Pericolo di ferite e d‘infezione!
Il livello di rumorosità dell‘apparecchio può superare 85 dB(A), per questo utilizzare le cuffie
di protezione.
Non utilizzare la pistola senza materiale liquida.
Collegare la spina di alimentazione solo ad apparecchio spento. Dopo l‘impiego scollegare
la spina di alimentazione.
Prima di qualsiasi intervento sull‘apparecchio, scollegare il cavo di alimentazione dalla rete
elettrica. Non trasportate mai l‘apparecchio prendendolo per il cavo.
Disporre il cavo di prolunga.
Conservare l‘apparecchio e gli accessori in modo da renderli inaccessabili ai bambini.
Impiegate solo accessori originali.

Prima della messa in funzione
Osservare la tensione di rete! L‘indicazione della tensione sulla targhetta della macchina
deve coincidere con la tensione della rete elettrica.

Istruzioni di impiego
Assicurarsi prima di collegare ed attivare la pistola che il contenitore sia riempito di liquido
per metà, così che si possa creare il vuoto.
Non utilizzare la pistola a spruzzo con un contenitore vuoto per evitare rumori e
vibrazioni inutili.
Prodotti da spruzzare
Osservazione: per il funzionamento ottimale della pistola si raccomanda di spruzzare solo
liquidi privi di solidi.
In caso di dubbio passate il prodotto attraverso un filtro a maglie fini.
Non devono essere spruzzati prodotti granulari/contenenti particelle solide. Il loro effetto
abrasivo abbrevia la durata della pompa e della valvola.
Regolazione del getto
Girare il pomello di regolazione completamente a sinistra. (fig. 1)
Accendere l‘apparecchio.
Girare il pomello di regolazione completamente a destra fino a che il cono di getto e la
spruzzatura sono corretti.
La nebulizzazione deve essere uniforme, fine e priva di goccioline. (fig. 2)
Prima di ogni spruzzatura, regolare di nuovo il getto.
A causa dell‘elevata pressione del getto, qualora si spruzzi un liquido a bassa viscosità,
come l‘acqua, assicurarsi che l‘ugello sia avvitato saldamente, se necessario aiutatevi con
un panno, e si consiglia di ridurre la potenza mediante l‘apposito regolatore. La pistola LM45
non è indicata per spruzzare acqua, e in generale prodotti a bassa viscosità, in quanto la
pressione generata è troppo elevata.
Avvitare sempre bene il recipiente.
La distanza opportuna dalla superficie da spruzzare deve essere accertata ogni volta con
una prova. Cominciare prima da una distanza maggiore. Mantenere una distanza uniforme
ed un movimento uniforme. La distanza dell‘ugello dal pezzo dipende dal prodotto spruzzato
(circa 20 - 35 cm di distanza di spruzzo, secondo il cono del getto e l‘apporto di prodotto
desiderato).
Attenzione: il prodotto spruzzato tende a scivolare sulle superfici verticali. Realizzate una
spruzzatura iniziale da una distanza leggermente superiore.
Mai svuotare completamente il serbatoio. Il tubo di aspirazione deve essere sempre
immerso nel liquido.
Cura e manutenzione
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi intervento sulla macchina scollegare il cavo di alimentazione dalla rete elettrica.
Mantenere l‘apparecchio pulito.
Non immergere mai l‘apparecchio nel detergente!
Spruzzare regolarmente un detergente delicato per uso nel settore alimentare attraverso
l‘apparecchio e poi risciacquare con acqua potabile. Osservare le istruzioni del fabbricante!
Dopo ogni impiego, spruzzare diluente o acqua attraverso l‘apparecchio. Quando la pistola
a spruzzo non viene utilizzato per un tempo più lungo, spruzzare un olio alimentare leggero
prima della conservazione dell‘apparecchio.
Se nonostante gli accurati procedimenti di produzione e di controllo la macchina dovesse
guastarsi, la riparazione va fatta effettuare da un punto di assistenza autorizzato.
Comunicare sempre il numero d‘ordine in caso di richieste o di ordinazione di pezzi di
ricambio.

Smontaggio della pompa
1. Svitare la vite. (pezzo di ricambio 1, pagina 15-16) (fig. 3)
2. Separare il corpo del motore (pezzo di ricambio 6) dalla pompa. (fig. 4)
3. Svitare l‘ugello (pezzo di ricambio 3) Estrarre dalla pompa la valvola di aspirazione compressione
(pezzo di ricambio 4) ed il pistone della pompa (pezzo di ricambio 8) con la molla (pezzo di
ricambio 7). Non forzare! (fig. 5)
4. Rimuovere la sfera della valvola con una spina di rame o ottone spingendola attraverso l‘apertura
del pistone. (fig. 6)
5. Deporre tutte le parti in un solvente adatto e pulirle. Non usare mai per la pulizia oggetti duri!
Il pistone (pezzo di ricambio 8) deve potersi muovere agevolmente nel corpo della pompa.
Montaggio della pompa
Rimontare le parti in ordine inverso.
Dopo il lavaggio, spruzzare l‘apparecchio con olio privo di resina, come protezione anticorrosiva.
Raccogliere i mezzi per la pulizia in un serbatoio e smaltirli nel modo dovuto.
Garanzia
La garanzia di 6 mesi viene prestata secondo le condizioni allegate e alle circostanze seguenti:
Le apparecchiature vengono impiegate esclusivamente per la lavorazione di prodotti omologati per l‘industria alimentare.
La durata massima di un impiego non supera i 10 minuti.
La garanzia si basa su un impiego di 50 ore entro 6 mesi.
In caso di riparazioni si devono usare soltanto dei ricambi originali.
Le apparecchiature vengono mantenute e pulite come descritto nelle istruzioni per l‘uso.
La garanzia ha inizio con la consegna del prodotto al consumatore finale.
La data d‘acquisto del consumatore finale determina l‘inizio del periodo di garanzia. Difetti
attribuibili all‘usura naturale, a sovraccarico o a utilizzo/manipolazione non appropriato sono
esclusi dalla garanzia.
Riparazioni non coperte da garanzia vengono eseguite dai centri di assistenza ai prezzi e alle
condizioni di fornitura in vigore nel paese corrispondente.
Responsabilità per il prodotto
La responsabilità per tutti i danni causati direttamente o indirettamente dall‘uso e la
nebulizzazione di prodotti viene respinta. L‘utente si assume la piena responsabilità per il settore
della legislazione alimentare o di altre disposizioni di legge sull‘uso del prodotto.
