Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Produkt ist zum Anschluss an einen Computer vorgesehen und dient dort als Headset.
Die Sicherheitshinweise und alle anderen Informationen dieser Bedienungsanleitung sind unbedingt zu beachten.

Störungsbeseitigung
Keine Tonwiedergabe über den Kopfhörer
• Stellen Sie die Wiedergabelautstärke über das Bedienteil des Headsets richtig ein.
• Wählen Sie am Computer die richtige Soundkarte (Audioeingang) aus. Dies ist z.B. bei Windows in der Systemsteuerung vorzunehmen.
Normalerweise ist beim Anstecken an den Computer automatisch das Headset aktiviert.
• Kontrollieren Sie die Einstellung der Wiedergabelautstärke im Betriebssystem (bei Windows
entweder in der Systemsteuerung oder ggf. über das Lautsprechersymbol in der Menüleiste).
Keine Mikrofon-Aufnahme möglich
• Wählen Sie am Computer die richtige Soundkarte (Audioausgang) aus. Dies ist z.B. bei
Windows in der Systemsteuerung vorzunehmen.
Normalerweise ist beim Anstecken an den Computer automatisch das Headset aktiviert.
• Kontrollieren Sie die Einstellung der Aufnahmelautstärke im Betriebssystem (bei Windows
entweder in der Systemsteuerung oder ggf. über das Lautsprechersymbol in der Menüleiste).
• Achten Sie darauf, dass der Mikrofoneingang im Betriebssystem aktiviert ist bzw. dass dieser
nicht stummgeschaltet ist.
• Headset
• Drücken Sie die Taste „MIC MUTE“ am Bedienteil des Headsets. Wenn die LED leuchtet,
dann ist das Mikrofon aktiviert und betriebsbereit. Wenn die LED nicht leuchtet, ist die Mikrofonstummschaltung aktiviert.

Inbetriebnahme
Verbinden Sie den USB-Stecker des Headsets mit einem freien USB-Ports Ihres Computers
(oder eines USB-Hubs mit eigenem Netzteil).
Das Betriebssystem erkennt daraufhin neue Hardware und installiert die benötigten Treiber (im
Betriebssystem enthalten, mindestens Windows XP erforderlich).
Das Headset funktioniert grundsätzlich wie eine neue (externe) Soundkarte. Windows aktiviert den richtigen Audio-Eingang/-Ausgang beim Anschluss des Headsets
normalerweise automatisch.
In der Systemsteuerung von Windows kann bei Bedarf in den Audioeinstellungen
zwischen dem Headset und einer bereits vorhandenen Soundkarte umgeschaltet
werden.
Setzen Sie das Headset so auf, dass das Mikrofon links ist; beachten Sie die Beschriftung
„R“ (rechts) und „L“ (links) am Headset.
Wartung und Reinigung
Trennen Sie das Headset zuerst von der Stromversorgung (USB-Stecker herausziehen).
Eine Wartung oder Reparatur ist nur durch eine Fachkraft oder Fachwerkstatt zulässig. Es sind
keinerlei für Sie zu wartende Bestandteile im Inneren der Bestandteile des Produkts, öffnen/
zerlegen Sie es deshalb niemals.
Zur Reinigung genügt ein trockenes, weiches und sauberes Tuch. Drücken Sie nicht zu stark
auf das Gehäuse, dies führt zu Kratzspuren.
Staub kann mit Hilfe eines langhaarigen, weichen und sauberen Pinsels und einem Staubsauger leicht entfernt werden.
Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall aggressive Reinigungsmittel, Reinigungsalkohol
oder andere chemische Lösungen, da dadurch das Gehäuse angegriffen oder gar
die Funktion beeinträchtigt werden kann.
Entsorgung
Elektrische und elektronische Geräte gehören nicht in den Hausmüll.
Entsorgen Sie das Produkt am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gemäß den geltenden
gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.

Bedienung
• Setzen Sie das Headset so auf, dass das Mikrofon links ist; beachten Sie die Beschriftung
„R“ (rechts) und „L“ (links) am Headset.
• Über den einstellbaren Kopfbügel kann die Position der Hörmuscheln des Headsets an die
Kopfgröße angepasst werden.
• Stellen Sie die gewünschte Wiedergabe-Lautstärke über die ovale Taste am Bedienteil ein:

Bei zu hoher Lautstärke kann es zu Gehörschäden kommen. Stellen Sie deshalb
immer eine für Sie angenehme Lautstärke ein!
• Verstellen Sie den biegsamen Bügel des Mikrofons so, dass es in der Nähe Ihres Munds ist.
Das Mikrofon kann nach oben geschwenkt werden, wenn Sie es nicht benötigen.
• Soll das Mikrofon stummgeschaltet werden, so drücken Sie die Taste „MIC MUTE“ am Bedienteil. Die daneben befindliche LED zeigt Ihnen die entsprechende Funktion an:

Troubleshooting
No sound via the headset
• Set the appropriate playback volume via the control of the headset.
• Select the correct sound card (audio input) on the computer. This should be done under
control panel in the case of Windows.
The headset is normally activated automatically when connecting to the computer.
Intended Use
• Check the setting of the playback volume in the operating system (with Windows either in
Control Panel or via the loudspeaker icon in the menu bar, if required).
The product is intended for connection to a computer and serves as a headset.
No microphone recording possible
Always observe the safety instructions and all other information included in these operating
instructions.
• Select the correct sound card (audio output) on the computer. This should be done under
Control Panel in the case of Windows.

• Make sure the microphone input is enabled in the operating system and that it is not muted.

is enabled and operational. If the LED does not light, the microphone mute function is enabled.

Stereo information left/right mixed up
• Check whether you have put the headset on correctly.
Put on the headset, while ensuring that the microphone is to the left; note the “R” (right) and
“L” (left) marking on the headset.
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury caused
by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions. In such
cases, the warranty will be null and void.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product is not allowed
because of safety reasons. Never dismantle the product.
Maintenance or repair may be performed only by qualified personnel or a specialised repair
shop. The product contains no parts that require servicing. Therefore, do not open/dismantle it.
• The product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children.
Use a clean, dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not apply too much pressure on the housing; this
could result in scratch marks.
• No part of the product may get damp or wet.
• Do not leave packaging material carelessly lying around, as it could become a
dangerous plaything for children.
• Excess volume may cause hearing damage. Therefore, always set a volume level
that is pleasant to your ears!
• Handle the product with care; it may be damaged by impacts, blows, or accidental
falls, even from a low height.
First remove the headset from the power supply (pull out the USB plug).
Dust can easily be removed using a clean long-haired brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions,
since these could damage the housing or even impair operation.
Disposal
Electrical and electronic devices should not be disposed of as household waste.
Getting Started
Connect the USB plug of the headset to a free USB port on your computer (or to that of a USB
hub with power adaptor).
The operating system will detect the new hardware and install the driver (already included in
the operating system, at least Windows XP required).
The headset functions essentially like a new (external) sound card. Windows normally activates the correct audio input/output automatically when the headset is
connected.
In the control panel of Windows, you can, if necessary, switch between the headset
and an existing sound card in the audio settings.
Dispose of unserviceable products in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations.

Operation

• The position of the earpieces of the headset can be set using the adjustable headband.
• Set the desired playback volume via the oval key on the control:
“VOLUME •” = lower

Excess volume may cause hearing damage. Therefore, always set a volume level
that is pleasant to your ears!
• Adjust the flexible bracket of the microphone so that it is near to your mouth. The microphone
can be swivelled upwards if you don’t need it.
• If you want to mute the microphone, press the “MIC MUTE” key on the control. The LED next
to it indicates the corresponding function:
LED off = mute function of microphone is enabled
LED on = mute function of microphone is disabled

Utilisation conforme
Le produit est conçu pour être branché à un ordinateur et il sert alors de casque audio.
Il faut impérativement respecter les consignes de sécurité et les autres informations de ce
manuel d’utilisation.
Dépannage
Aucun son diffusé par les écouteurs
• Réglez correctement le volume audio sur le panneau de commande du micro-casque.
• Sélectionnez la bonne carte son (entrée audio) sur l’ordinateur. Sous Windows, cela s’effectue dans le Panneau de configuration par exemple.
Normalement, le casque est automatiquement activé lorsque vous vous connectez à votre
ordinateur.
• Vérifiez le réglage du volume de diffusion audio dans le système d’exploitation (sous Windows, soit dans le panneau de configuration ou, le cas échéant, via l’icône du haut-parleur

Mise en service
Branchez la fiche USB du micro-casque à un port USB libre de votre ordinateur (ou à un
concentrateur USB autonome doté de son propre bloc d’alimentation).
Le système d’exploitation reconnaît le nouveau matériel et installe les pilotes requis (contenus
dans le système d’exploitation - Windows XP exigé au minimum).
Le micro-casque fonctionne théoriquement comme une nouvelle carte son (externe). Windows active généralement l’entrée/la sortie audio appropriée au moment
de la connexion du micro-casque.
Dans le Panneau de configuration de Windows, vous pouvez commuter, si nécessaire, entre le micro-casque et une carte son déjà disponible dans les paramètres
audio.
Informations stéréo inversées gauche/droite
• Vérifiez si le casque d’écoute est bien placé.
Placez le micro-casque de telle sorte que le microphone soit positionné à gauche ; tenez
éventuellement compte des inscriptions « R » (droite) et « L » (gauche) sur le micro-casque.
Entretien et nettoyage
Débranchez d’abord le micro-casque de l’alimentation électrique (détranchez la fiche USB).
L’entretien ou les réparations ne doivent être effectués que par un spécialiste ou un atelier
spécialisé. N’ouvrez ni ne démontez jamais l’appareil ; il ne contient aucun composant qui
exige une maintenance.
Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon doux, sec et propre. N’appuyez pas trop fort sur la surface
du boîtier pour éviter de le rayer.
Vous pouvez facilement enlever les poussières à l’aide d’un pinceau à long poils doux et
propres et d’un aspirateur.
N’utilisez en aucun cas de nettoyants agressifs, d’alcool de nettoyage ou de solutions chimiques car ces produits pourraient attaquer le boîtier ou nuire au bon
fonctionnement de l’appareil.
Élimination
Les appareils électriques et électroniques ne doivent pas être jetés dans les poubelles ordinaires.
Procédez à l’élimination du produit au terme de sa durée de vie conformément aux
dispositions légales en vigueur.

• Positionnez le microphone flexible de sorte qu’il soit près de votre bouche. Le microphone
peut être tourné vers le haut lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas.
• Si le microphone doit être coupé, appuyez sur le bouton « MIC MUTE » qui se trouve sur le
panneau de commande. Le voyants LED adjacents vous indiquent les fonctions correspondantes :
LED éteinte = coupure du microphone activée
LED allumée= coupure du microphone désactivée

Dit product is bestemd voor aansluiting op een computer en dient daar als headset.
Volg te allen tijde de veiligheidsaanwijzingen en alle andere informatie in deze gebruiksaanwijzing op.

Verhelpen van storingen
Geen geluidsweergave via de koptelefoon
• Stel het weergavevolume correct in via het bedieningspaneel van de headset.
• Kies de juiste geluidskaart (audioigang) op de computer. Dit moet bijv. bij Windows in het
systeembesturing worden uitgevoerd.
Normaalgesproken wordt bij het insteken op de computer de headset automatisch geactiveerd.
• Controleer de instelling van het weergavevolume in het bedrijfssysteem (bij Windows of in de
systeembesturing of eventueel via het luidsprekerpictogram in de menubalk).
Geen microfoonopname mogelijk
• Kies de juiste geluidskaart (audiouitgang) op de computer. Dit moet bijv. bij Windows in het
systeembesturing worden uitgevoerd.
Normaalgesproken wordt bij het insteken op de computer de headset automatisch geactiveerd.
• Controleer de instelling van het opnamevolume in het bedrijfssysteem (bij Windows of in de
systeembesturing of eventueel via het luidsprekerpictogram in de menubalk).
• Let erop, dat de microfooningang in het bedrijfssysteem is geactiveerd resp. dat deze niet is
mute-geschakeld.
• Druk op de „MIC MUTE“-toets op het bedieningspaneel van de headset. Wanneer de led
brandt, is de microfoon geactiveerd en klaar voor gebruik. Wanneer de led niet brandt, is de
mute-schakeling van de microfoon geactiveerd.
Verwissel de stereo-informatie links/rechts
• Controleer of de headset juist is opgezet.
Zet de headset zo op, dat de microfoon links zit; let op de beschrijving „R“ (rechts) en „L“
(links) op de headset.
• Om redenen van veiligheid is het eigenmachtig ombouwen en/of wijzigen van het
product niet toegestaan. Demonteer het daarom nooit.
Onderhouden en schoonmaken
• Het product is geen speelgoed, houd het buiten bereik van kinderen!
Onderhoud of reparaties mogen uitsluitend worden uitgevoerd door een vakman of een gespecialiseerde werkplaats. In het product bevinden zich geen onderdelen die door u onderhouden
dienen te worden; open/demonteer het daarom nooit.
• Het samengestelde product mag niet vochtig of nat worden.
• Laat het verpakkingsmateriaal niet rondslingeren, dit kan voor kinderen gevaarlijk
speelgoed zijn.
• Een te hoog volume kan in gehoorbeschadiging resulteren. Stel het daarom altijd
in op een voor u aangenaam volume!
• Behandel het product voorzichtig; door stoten, schokken of een val - zelfs van
geringe hoogte - kan het beschadigd raken.
Ingebruikname
Verbind de USB-stekker van de headset met een vrije USB-poort van uw computer (of een
USB-hub met eigen netvoedingadapter).
Het bedrijfssysteem herkent vervolgens nieuwe hardware en installeert de noodzakelijke stuurprogramma’s (in het bedrijfssysteem inbegrepen, minimaal Windows XP noodzakelijk).
De headset functioneert in principe als een nieuwe (externe) geluidskaart. Windows
activeert de juiste audio-ingang/uitgang bij het aansluiten van de headset normaalgesproken automatisch.
In de systeembesturing van Windows kan naar wens in de audioinstellingen tussen
de headset en een reeds aanwezige geluidskaart worden omgeschakeld.
Koppel de headset eerst los van de stroomvoorziening (de USB-stekker eruit trekken)..
Voor het schoonmaken is een droge, zachte en schone doek voldoende. Druk niet te hard op
de behuizing, dit kan krassen veroorzaken.
Stof kan eenvoudig worden verwijderd met langharige, zachte en schone kwasten en een
stofzuiger.
Gebruik in geen geval agressieve reinigingsproducten, reinigingsalcohol of andere
chemische oplosmiddelen, omdat hierdoor de behuizing aangetast of de gehele
werking negatief beïnvloed kan worden.
Verwijdering
Elektrische en elektronische producten niet via het normale huishoudelijke afval
verwijderen.

• Stel het gewenste weergavevolume via de ovale toets op het bedieningspaneel in:
„VOLUME •“ = zachter

“ = luider
Een te hoog volume kan in gehoorbeschadiging resulteren. Stel het daarom altijd in
op een voor u aangenaam volume!
• Verstel de buigbare beugel van de microfoon zodanig, dat het zich in de nabijheid van uw
mond bevindt. De microfoon kan naar boven worden gedraaid, als u het niet gebruikt.
• Indien de microfoon moet worden mute-geschakeld, druk dan op de „MIC MUTE“-toets op
het bedieningspaneel. De led ernaast toont u de betreffende functie:
Led uit = mute-schakeling van de microfoon geactiveerd
Led brandt = mute-schakeling van de microfoon gedeactiveerd
