10.2Antrag Showregeln / Proposal Show Rules / Proposition de Règles d’Exposition
10.2.1 Richterberichte / Judges Reports / Rapports de Juge
Richterberichte müssen nicht mehr dreifach ausgefertigt werden. Eine Seite genügt, allerdings dürfen keine
Angaben über Züchter oder Identität der Katze darauf enthalten sein.
Judges reports need not be issued in 3 copies. One page is sufficient, but it is not allowed to mention the breeder
or anything about the identity of the cat.
Les rapports de juge ne doivent pas fait en 3 copies. Une page est permit, mais il est interdit de noter l’éleveur ou
aucun indication à l’identité du chat.
Die Clubs erstellen ohnehin grundsätzlich die Berichte nicht dreifach.
Anyway, the clubs don’t issue triple reports.
En principe, les clubs déjà refusent de faire des rapports en 3 copies.
10.2.2 Novizenklasse / Novice class / Classe de Novice
Die geschlossenen Novizenklassen werden wieder geöffnet, allerdings mit der Auflage, die Prüfungen nur bei
Veranstaltungen von WCF- Mitgliedern durchführen zu lassen. Jeder Verein entscheidet selbst, ob die
Voraussetzungen für die Anerkennung in der Novizenklasse gegeben sind.
The closed Novice classes are reinstalled, however under the condition that the examinations will exclusevely be
held at events of WCF. Member clubs. Every club decides on its own, whether an exibit meets the requirements
for a recognition in the Novice class.
La Classe de novice fermée est rétablie, mais sous la condition que les examinations ne seront qu’uniquement
exécutés aux événement des membres de la WCF. Chaque club décide par lui-même, si les condition pour la
reconnaissance dans la classe de novice sont présent.

10.2.3 Anträge 1 – 14 der Ausstellungskommission / Proposals 1 – 14 from the Show Commission / Proposes 1 – 14 de
la Commission d’expositions
Proposal 1 – Standard for household pets
Ammend the standard: Household pets can also be Semi-Longhair.
Proposal 2 – show rules
Household pets may receive the same titles as neuters.
They are judged in separated classes according to their sex, age, coat length.
The WCF will hold the competition Best Cat of WCF every year.
Description and rules see Annex 1.

When proposal 3 is accepted, the following titles can be received:
Continental winner
Regional winner
National winner
Best of breed 1, 2 and 3
The cat with the highest point score will receive the title accordingly.
The following title can be received:
DM = Distinguished Merit
Under the following conditions:
A male must have produced 10 offspring, which received the title GR.Int.Ch./Pr.
A female must have produced 5 offspring, which received the title GR.Int.Ch./Pr.

“At least one all-breed judge licensed by the WCF is required …”
New text:
”Only judges, licensed for the categories participating in a Master-ring, are entitled …”
E.4.8
The Master-ring can be separated for adults, neuters and kittens. The same rules as for the WCF-rings apply.
E.4.6
The 1st and the 2nd place of a non-split Master-ring will receive the title “Master”.

If the Master-ring is split into part-rings the winner of each part-ring will receive the title “Master”.
There will be introduced a new show class for “companion cats”.
A companion cat can be for example every cat of a non-authorized cross breeding (“mixed” breed), any cat,
which does not correspond to any standard of a WCC-member.
The cats will be judged in separate classes according to their age, sex and coat length.
Adult cats may receive the title “National Champion/Premier”.
They may also compete in their own BIS, separated from the “normal” BIS.
The show organizer is free to make a BOB also for neuters and kittens.
The rules are according to the current rules for BOB.
Affected articles will be changed accordingly.
There can be organized Special Breed Shows, either for single breeds or for breed groups.
These special shows are not permitted to be organized as ring-show.
Nomination for a separate BIS is made according to the current rules for nomination.
The winner of this separate BIS may participate in the BOB, as currently outlined in the show rules.
Affected articles will be changed accordingly.
Ammendment to part F of the show rules, new article:
At complaints dealing with violations, which concern the show rules, also the show commission must be heard.

Only judges, which are licensed for the concerned categories, are entitled to vote for the Best of Best
Change of article B.1.3
WCF exhibitions combined with another non-WCF organization or non-WCF organizations holding a cat
show on the same day, at the same venue, with separate or combined catalogues and separate or combined
posters, with or without sharing the judges, and with or without one BIS (Best-in-Show) organized together,
are joint-exhibitions.
To organize a joint-exhibition the WCF-member has to forward an application to the board 6 months prior to
the date of the exhibition. Such an exhibition may only be organized with the permission of the board.
WCF exhibitions at the same venue on the same day or weekend as another non-WCF organisation's cat show,
but not sharing catalogues, posters and entry forms and NOT TAKING PLACE AT THE SAME TIME as the
other exhibition/s are not considered as joint-exhibitions.

B.1.8 – Minimum 80 cats at an exhibition
In a national or international exhibition at least 80 cats must be entered in the catalogue.
On shows with less than 80 cats titles and title-certificates may not be awarded.

Antrag 1 – Standard für Hauskatzen
Erweiterung des Standards: Hauskatzen können auch Semilanghaar sein.
Antrag 2 – Ausstellungsregeln
Hauskatzen können dieselben Titel wie Kastraten erwerben.
Sie werden in getrennten Klassen nach Alter, Geschlecht und Felllänge gerichtet.
Die WCF führt jedes Jahr den Wettbewerb Best Cat der WCF durch.

E.4.8
Der Masterring kann jeweils getrennt für Erwachsene, Kastraten und Jungtiere abgehalten werden. Es gelten
dieselben Regeln wie für den WCF-Ring.
E.4.6
Der 1. und 2. Platz eines nicht geteilten Masterringes erhält den Titel „Master“.
Wird der Masterring in Teilringe gesplittet, erhält der Gewinner jedes Teilringes den Titel „Master“.
Es wird eine neue Ausstellungsklasse für “Liebhaberkatzen” eingeführt.

Eine Liebhaberkatze kann z.B. jede Katze aus einer nicht genehmigten Kreuzung („Mischling“) sein, oder jede
Katze, die nicht einem Standard eines WCC-Mitgliedes entspricht.
Die Katzen werden in getrennten Klassen nach Alter, Geschlecht und Fellänge gerichtet.
Erwachsene Katzen können den Titel „Nationaler Champion/Premior“ erwerben.
Die Katzen können auch in einer eigenen BIS, getrennt von der „normalen“ BIS, konkurrieren.

Ausstellungsplakate oder Anmeldeformulare gemeinsam haben und NICHT ZUR SELBEN ZEIT wie die
andere(n) Ausstellung(en) stattfinden, werden nicht als Joint-Shows betrachtet.

On présentera une nouvelle classe d'exposition pour des « chats de compagne ».
Un chat de compagne peut être par exemple chaque chat d'un élevage non-autorisé («race mélangée»),
n'importe quel chat, qui ne correspond à aucun standard d'un membre du WCC.

Bis zum 15.1. des Folgejahres werden die endgültigen Ergebnisse des vergangenen Jahres
veröffentlicht.
Die Zwischenergebnisse werden wöchentlich aktualisiert.
Bis spätestens Ende Februar des Folgejahres findet ein Galadinner anläßlich einer Ausstellung statt,
wo die Sieger prämiert werden:
1.-15. Platz bei Erwachsenen, Jungtieren, 1.-10. Platz bei Kastraten, Hauskatzen.
Jeder Mitgliedsklub kann sich für das Galadinner und die Ausstellung bewerben, was ebenfalls im
Ausstellungskalender gekennzeichnet wird.
Wenn eine Katze an der Best Cat teilnehmen will, muss der Klub, in welchem der Besitzer der Katze
Mitglied, lediglich das Online-Formular ausfüllen. Damit müssen Sie nicht die Kataloge und
Ergebnislisten einreichen, sondern der Klub bestätigt durch das Ausfüllen des Online-Formulars den
Erwerb eines Titels und die Platzierung in einem WCF-Ring / WCF-Masterring.

Richard Wye is a retired NSW prison governor [30 years]; Richard is 60 years old and lives in Townsville, which is in
the far north of Queensland Australia.
Richard has developed a vast experience, and is trained in disciplinary matters due to the nature of the position he held in
the Corrective Services, and he is our team leader of the WNCA Dispute Resolution Committee and a valuable member
of our management committee. Richard is also an All Breeds judge.
Richard has a fair and just approach to solving problems and disputes.
I personally commend Richard Wye to the WCF.

1. Zum Zweck der Ersparnis der Zeit und der Mittel bei Vorbereitung und
Veranstaltung der Generalversammlung von WCF, zur Vereinfachung der Führung
der Dokumentation während der Periode zwischen den Versammlungen und
entsprechend den Regeln zur Durchführung der internationalen Konferenzen
schlagen wir vor, Englisch als Hauptarbeitssprache aller Generalversammlungen,
offiziellen Treffen und offiziellen Dokumenten von WCF einzuführen.
2. Wir schlagen die folgenden Kandidaturen zu Wahlen in die Ausschüsse von WCF
vor:
- Disziplinarkommission

Präsidentin von Belorussian Feliniological Centre “Felita”, Weißrussland

3. Das Registrierungsverfahren der Namen von Zwingernamen WCF soll verändert
werden:
- die Gebühr für die Registerierung der Zwingernamen aufzuheben
- die Prüfung der Einzigkeit der Namen mittles Ergänzung einer Abkürzung des
Landes oder des Klubs und von WCF zum vorgeschlagenen Namen der
Zwingernamen aufzuheben
Beispiel: Zwingernamen „Perstarta, BY-WCF“ oder „Perstarta, BFC-WCF“
- Die Registrierung wird mittels Zuweisung der Registriernummern den Klubs durch
Versendung per e-Mail erfolgen, die Zertifikate der Zwingernamen werden von
Klubs ausgestellt, weiter werden sie WCF-Zentrale über den Namen und Angaben
des Eigentümers durch Ausfüllung einer elektronischen Form benachrichtigen.

1. For the purpose of time saving and cost cutout upon preparing and holding WCF
General Assembly, and for record keeping facilitation during the period between the
Assemblies, and in conformity with international conferences procedure, we do suggest
to assign the English language as the principal working language of all General
Assemblies, official meetings and official documents appertaining to WCF.
2. Further we suggest the following candidates for being elected as the members of
WCF committees:
- Disciplinary Committee

numbers to the clubs using E-mail distribution; the certificates of catteries shall be

Body: The Deutsch Langhaar is a medium to large sized, muscular cat, with a long rectangular body. Anatomically it only differs a little from the European Shorthair cat. The chest is round and well developed. The tail is of medium length, very hairy and constant long haired. The sturdy legs are of short to medium length. The big, round paws are firm and haired between the paw pads. Head: The trapezoidal head makes a rounded impression, and is a little bit longer than broad. The chin is well developed, the cheeks are strong pronounced, the muzzle is relative short, ending broad and not pointed. The forehead is sloped and not domed. The profile runs in a fluent flat arc or with light step to the nose bridge. The nose is straight to light concave, of medium length and width equal to its entire length. Ears: The ears are small to medium sized and upright, wide at the base and have slightly rounded tips. The space between both ears should be one ear wide at least Eyes: The eye shape varies from round to slightly oval. They are large, well‐opened and slightly slanted. The distance of the eyes is approximately one eye wide. All colours are allowed, they should be analogue to the coat colour. Coat: The coat is semi‐long to long; the coat of the ruff and hind legs is long. The coat has a shiny, silky texture and is easy to groom. Cats with parted hair on their back are preferred. Colour varieties: All colours are allowed, including all colours with white. Faults: Hanging cheeks, domed forehead and distinct stop of nose, too cobby body, too slim body, a too short coat, or a coat of the same length of the whole body. The overall impression may not have any similarity with the Persian breed. Ihr Schwanz ist von mittlerer Länge, sowie durchgehend dicht und lang behaart. Die Beine sind kurz bis mittellang und stämmig. Die großen, runden Pfoten sind fest und zwischen den Ballen behaart. Kopf: Der trapezförmige Kopf macht einen gerundeten Eindruck und ist etwas länger als breit. Das Kinn ist gut entwickelt, die Wangen sind stark ausgeprägt, die Schnauze ist relativ kurz, breit endend und nicht zugespitzt. Die Stirn ist abgeschrägt und nicht vorgetrieben. Das Profil verläuft im flachen Bogen fließend oder mit leichter Stufung zum Nasenrücken. Die Nase ist gerade bis leicht konkav, von mittlerer Länge und durchgehend gleich breit. Ohren: Die Ohren sind klein bis mittelgroß und aufrecht stehend. Sie sind am Ansatz breit, haben eine leicht gerundete Spitze und sind mindestens eine Ohrbreite weit auseinander platziert. Augen: Die Augenform reicht von rund bis leicht oval. Die Augen sind groß, gut geöff net und stehen leicht schräg. Der Abstand der Augen zueinander entspricht etwa einer Augenbreite. Alle Augenfarben sind erlaubt und sollten analog zur Fellfarbe sein. Fell: Die Katze hat mittellanges bis langes Fell, eine Halskrause und behoste Hinterschenkel. Das Fell ist von glänzender, seidiger Struktur und pflegeleicht. Tieren mit Rückenscheitel ist der Vorzug zu geben. Farbvarianten: Alle Fellfarben sind erlaubt, inklusive aller Farben mit Weiß. Fehler: Hängewangen, vorgetriebene Stirn und deutlicher Stopp der Nase, zu gedrungener Körperbau (cobby), zu schlanker Körper, zu kurzes Fell, überall gleich langes Fell. Der Gesamteindruck darf keine Ähnlichkeit mit der Perserkatze aufweisen. 1.) The organisation for a Worldshow have to be rotative between the WCF members of the same
Country. It´s not possible to organize more Worldshows from one Club without the confirmacion of the
other Clubs of the same Country or the reteat of the other Clubs to organize a Worldshow.
2.) The WCF Clubs can not do tramitations of Pedigrees without the original Pedigree.
3.) The WCF Clubs can not do tramitaions or give Documantations to members which have a penalty of
the goverment for illegal animal trade, animal cruelty and so on, at least the goverment legalized the

1.) Die Ausfuehrung einer Weltausstellung innerhalb eines Landes sollte immer rotativ zwischen den
einzelnen Mitgliedsvereinen des Landes ausgefuehrt werden. Kein Club kann verschiedene
Weltausstellungen hintereinander ausfuehren ohne der Zustimmung der anderen Clubs des selben Landes
oder seines Verzichts eine Weltausstellung abzuhalten.
2.) Die WCF Mitgliedsvereine koennen keine Homologacionen ( Umschreibungen) eines Pedigree
ausfuehren ohne das Original Pedigree in Haenden zu haben.
3.) Die WCF Mitgliedsvereine eines Landes koennen keine Tramitacionen von Dokumenten ausfuehren
von Mitgliedern die von den Behoerden eines Landes eine Strafe erhalten haben wegen illegalem
Tierhandel, Tiermisshandlungen, u.s.w., minimum bis die Strafe wieder aufgehoben wurde und die
erforderlichen behoerdlichen Dokumente und Bescheinigungen ausgestellt sind.

Guten Tag, sehr geehrte Mitglieder von Generalversammlung der WCF,
unsere Organisation trägt den Namen «Verband der Felinologisten von Kasachstan», und ist
zwecks Vereinigung der Clubs von Katzenfreunden unter der Ägide von WCF gegründet worden. In
Kasachstan gehören die meisten Clubs von Katzenfreunden zu den verschiedenen Systemen, z.B.
zu MFA (Internationaler Felinologischen Assoziation - IFA, Präsident Е. Schewtschenko), zu WACC
(Präsident I. Kazer), zu ICU (Präsident А. Sawin), aber nur Verband der Felinologisten von
Kasachstan» gehört zum ersten Patron-Mitglied von WCF.
Das Zentralbüro befindet sich in der Südhauptstadt von Kasachstan, in der Stadt Almaty.

Die Frau Mironowa O.S., Präsidentin von Assoziation der Clubs von Katzenfreunden «Kotofej» (Stadt
St. Petersburg) hat gutwillig zugestimmt, die Schirmherrschaft über unseren «Verband der
Felinologisten von Kasachstan» bis zum Zeitpunkt der Durchführung von Generalversammlung
der WCF auf sich zu nehmen, und hat uns zur Verfügung die Richtlinien von WCF zur Verfügung
gestellt: Statuten, Regeln für Ausstellungen, Klassifikationsteilung von Ausstellungen, die Regeln
für Richter-Referendare und für Richter, zwecks Bekanntmachung, die unsererseits unverzüglich
studiert sind.
Ich, Saida Ordaliewa trete als Präsidentin vom «Verband der Felinologisten von Kasachstan»
auf. Ich beschäftige mich mit der Zucht von Katzen schon 15 Jahre. Ich habe lange Jahre unter dem
Schutz von IFA gearbeitet, und habe die Prüfungen bestanden, und darauf die Lizenz von
Instruktorin- Felinilogin nach der Club-Kategorie erhalten. Während der Arbeit im IFA-System
(Präsident Е. Schewtschenko) habe ich12 internationale Ausstellungen von Katzen veranstaltet,
diese sind mit Anwendung von FIFE-Standarten zu den Rassen durchgeführt worden. Da ich die
große Anzahl von Katzen im Club hatte, habe ich die Abstammungsnachweise, Titelzertifikate für
Rasse-Champions vorbereitet und erteilt, auch die Züchte von Katzen aktiviert.
Die
Selektionsarbeit im Club «Murlyka» war aufgrund der genetischen Gesetze gegründet. In Meiner
Arbeit habe ich mich auf die Ratschläge von Kollegen aus anderen Clubs von Kasachstan und GUSLändern gestützt.
Als Vice-Präsidentin des «Verbands der Felinologisten von Kasachstan» ist die Züchterin von
der Zuchtstätte der Katzen, die zur Rasse „Cornish Rex“ gehören, Swetlana Rudaja, ernannt
worden. Das ist die erste Zuchtstätte auf dem Territorium von Kasachstan, die an WCF am 30. Juni
2009 eingetragen war.
Als wir unter der Ägide von IFA arbeiteten, haben wir uns allmählich überzeugt, dass es keine
Perspektiven für Felinologie von Kasachstan auf dem internationalen Niveau gibt, und aus diesem
Grunde war die Entscheidung getroffen, aus dem IFA-Bestand auszutreten, und an WCF mit der
Bitte anzuwenden, den «Verband der Felinologisten von Kasachstan» in einheitliche
Weltfamilie von Katzenfreunden anzunehmen.
Momentan ist im «Verband der Felinologisten von Kasachstan» mehr als 300 Züchter
eingetragen, einige besitzen 2-3 Katzen, und im Allgemeinen sind im Bestand von «Verband der
Felinologisten von Kasachstan» 17 Zuchtstätten von Katzen registriert worden.
Im «Verband der Felinologisten von Kasachstan» wird die Selektionsarbeit mit folgenden
Rassen von Katzen durchgeführt: mit „Persischer“, „Exotischer“, „Britischer“, „Schottischer Fold“,
„Schottischer Straight“, „Highland Fold“, „Sibirischer“, „Newa–Maske-Rasse“ (Newskaja
Masakaradnaja), „Main Coon“, „Somali“, „Cornish Rex“, „Kanadischer Sphinxe“, „Peterbold“, „DonSphinxe“, „Amerikanischer Kerl“, „Kurilen - Bobtayl“, „Siamesicher“, „Orientalischer“ u.a.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hat der «Verband der Felinologisten von Kasachstan» die 3 (2-tägigen)
internationalen Ausstellungen von WCF, lizenziert durch WCF, durchgeführt, zwei in der Stadt
Almaty, eine – in der Stadt Astana, und auf jeder von diesen war mehr als 100 Katzen präsentiert
worden. Als Begutachter auf diesen Ausstellungen haben O.S. Mironowa, O.W. Beljaewa, A.
Hackman, E.B. Fedorenko, I. Muraschewa aufgetreten.
Hiermit bitten wir Sie, den «Verband der Felinologisten von Kasachstan» als ordentliche
Mitglieder in WCF anzunehmen, und wir versichern, dass wir Ihr Vertrauen rechtfertigen, und dass

Good morning dear members of General Assembly!
Our organization is named « Kazakhstan Union of Felinologists » (KUF). The Kazakhstan Union
of Felinologists was created for integration of cat clubs of Kazakhstan under the aegis of WCF. In
Kazakhstan are a lot of cat clubs that are members of different systems like IFA (International
Feline Association, the president – Shevchenko H.), WACC (World Association of Cat Clubs, the
president – Kazer I.), ICU (International Cat Union, the president – Savin A.) but only KUF is the
first patronage member WCF.
The central office of KUF locates in the south capital of Kazakhstan Almaty city.
Mrs. Olga Mironova the President of Cat Club Association "Kotofey" (Sankt Petersburg city)
kindly consented to carry out patronage above our «Kazakhstan Union of Felinologists» and gave
the normative documents of WCF which were by us immediately studied.
I, Saida Ordalieva, am the president of «Kazakhstan Union of Felinologists ». I am breeding cats
during 15 years. I was working a long time under the aegis of IFA, passed an examination and got
a certification of felinologist. In times of work in the system of IFA (president E. Shevchenko) I
organized 12 international cat shows, exhibitions were organized with the use of breeds standards
of FIFE, having plenty of cats in a club, I was issuing pedigrees, certificates on Champions of
breed and other necessary documents. Breeding work in a club «Murlyka» was based on the laws
of genetics. In the work I similarly followed advices of colleagues from other clubs of Kazakhstan
and CIS.
Vice-president of «Kazakhstan Union of Felinologists» is Svetlana Rudaya. She is a breeder of
independent Cornish Rex cattery of WCF “Gwendji Wonder”. It is the first cattery in Kazakhstan,
which was registered in WCF of June 30, 2009.
Working long time under direction of IFA we made more sure in absence of prospect for
felinology of Kazakhstan in an international aspect. Therefore general meeting of club’s members
have decided to exit from IFA and make to you a request for acceptance us in the members of
World Cat Federation.
Now more than 300 members and 17 cattery consist of KUF. In KUF we are breeding next breed
of cats: Persian, Exotic, Britannic, Scottish Fold, Scottish Straight, Highland Fold, Siberian,
Nevskaya Masquerade, Main-coon, Somali, Cornish Rex, Canadian Sphinx, Peterbald, Don
Sphinx, American Curl, Kuril Bobtail, Siamese, Oriental and other.

Now « Kazakhstan Union of Felinologists » organized 3 (two-daily) licensed in WCF of
international cat shows, - two in Almaty, one in Astana, on each of which more than 100 cats
were presented. Judges on these shows were O.S. Mironova, O.V. Belyaeeva, A. Hackman, E.B.
Fedorenko, A. Murasheva.

Notre organization s‘appele «Union de Felinologistes du Kazakhstan». Elle a été créée
pout réunir les clubs des amateurs de chats au Kazakhstan sous l’égide de WCF. Il y a beaucoup
des clubs divers des amateiurs de chats au Kazakhstan – IFA (International Felinological
Association, Président - Е. Chevtchenko), WACC (Président - I. Katzer), ICU (Président - А.
Savine), mais que l’«Union de Felinologistes du Kazakhstan» est le premier pqtronqt membre
de WCF.
Le Bureau Centrale de l’Union est sitié à la capitale dyu Sud de la République du
Kazakhstan – à la ville d’Almaty.
Mme Mironova О.S., Président de l’Association des clubs des amateurs de chats «Kotofei»
(Saint-Petersburg), a aimablement consanti to réaliser le patronat sur notre ««Union de
Felinologistes du Kazakhstan»» avant exécution de l’Assemblée Générale de WCF et elle a
donnée les documents réglemantaires de WCF: les Statuts, les regle de l’Exposition, la division
classificative des Expositions, les regles pour les arbitres-stagaires et pour les arbitres pour étude,
quel nous avons étuidies tout d’un coup.
Moi, Saida ORDALIYEVA, je suis Mme le Président de l’«Union de Felinologistes du
Kazakhstan». J’éleve les chats pendant 15 ans. Travaillant pendant long temps sous l’égide de
IFA j’ai passée les examens et j’ai obtenu la licence de l’instructeur-felinilogiste de la catégorie de
club. Pendant mon travail au système de IFA (président – E.Chevtchenko) j’organisais 12
expositions internationales de chats. Ces salons sont menés avec utilization des standards FIFE de
race de chats. Ayant le grand numéro des chats au club, j’établiais qnd faisais les généologies, les
certificats titulaires pour les Champions de la race, j’actais les les portées de chatons. Le travail de
sélection au club «Murlyka» est basé sur les regles de génétique. Je suivi dans mon travail les
conseils des collegues des autres clubs du Kazakhstan et pays CEI. C’est à dire que j’ai une
expérience de gérer le club.
Mme Svetlana RUDNAYA est Mme le Vice-Président de l’«Union de Felinologistes du
Kazakhstan» est aussi elle est l’usinier de pépinière des chats de race cornich rex. C’est la
première pépinière sur le territoir du Kazakhstan, quelle a été enregistrée en WCF le 30 juin 2009.
Travaillant sous l’égide de IFA, nous nous avons convencus qu’il n’en a pas les perspectives
de développement pour la felinilogie du Kazakhstan dans le context international. C’est pourquoi

les membres du club ont pris la décision en réunion à propos de la sortie de la structure de IFA et
adresser à WCF ave une demande d’accepter l’«Union de Felinologistes du Kazakhstan» dans la
famille unique mondiale des amateurs de chats.
Pour l’instant il y a plus que 300 usiniers dans l’«Union de Felinologistes du Kazakhstan»,
certain parmi eux ont plus que 2-3 chats. Nous avons 17 pépinières à la structure de l’«Union de
Felinologistes du Kazakhstan». Maintenant nous menons le travail de sélection à l’«Union de
Felinologistes du Kazakhstan» avec les races suivantes de chat: perse, exotique, britannique,
scotish fold, scotish straight, highland fold, sibiriénne, nevskaya de mascarade, main-kun, somali,
corhich rex, Canadian sphinx, peterbold, Donskoy sphinx, Cerl Américain, Kourile bobtale,
siamois, orientale etc.
Pour le moment l’«Union de Felinologistes du Kazakhstan» a mené 3 (deux-trois jours)
salons de chats internationaux, licenciés par WCF, - deux salons en Almaty et un salon - à Astana.
On a été représenté plus que 100 chats sur le chaque des salons. Parmi les experts sur les salons il y
avait :

одобрения делегатами ГА..
Richter, die nicht im World Cat Congress (WCC) Mitglied sind, können eine Gastrichterlizenz nur nach Einverständnis von
mindestens 80 % der Richter ihres Landes erhalten. Der Antrag soll über 2 Monate ausgeschrieben werden. Sie erhalten nur
dann eine Lizenz, wenn keine entsprechenden Einwendungen bei dem Obmann der Richterkommission eingegangen sind.
Wenn der Antrag abgelehnt wird, kann er erst in 2 Jahren wieder gestellt werden. Fur die Einhaltung dieser Regel soll die
Richterkommission verantwortlich sein.
Da diese Entscheidung dringend nötig ist, soll sie unmittelbar nach der GV in Kraft treten.
Judges who are not members of WCC can obtain a guest licence only on approval of at least 80% of the judges of their
country. The application will be considered for 2 months. They can obtain the licence only when within this time there have
been no objections sent to the head of the judges' commission. The head of the judges' commission should be responsible for
the compliance with this rule. As this rule is urgently needed, it should come into force immediately after being passed by the
GA.
Juges qui ne sont pas membre de World Cat Congress (WCC) peuvent seulement recevoir une licence si 80% des juges

Wir bitte unseren CC “Eilur” Saint-Petersburg übernehmen in Vollmitglieder WCF.
Unser Klub existiert schon 11 Jahre. In Klub bestehen mehr 250 Liebhaber, bei denen mehr 850 Katzen verschiedener Rassen
existiert.
Jedes Jahr leiten wir 2-3 Internationalen Ausstellungen, an denen nimmt bis 200 zu 250 Katzen teil.
Alle Mitgliedsbeitrag tragen wir im Voraus bis zum Anfang des neuen Jahres bei.
Im Klub arbeiten 22 Zwinger, in WCF registriert.
In seiner Tätigkeit richten wir uns nur nach dem Statut und den Regeln WCF.

eingeschlossen sein. In Russland ist kalt und man kann regelmässig
solche Halblanghaare auf der Straße zu beobachten.

Proposals from ILCF (UA-0133) to the General Assembly.
Dear Mrs. Hackmann!
We are sending you the proposals to General Assembly:
1. We offer to change the rules of cattery registration by adding such rules into it:
If the cattery leaves the club it must be closed immediately.
The club oversees the activities of the cattery and is responsible for it.
If the cattery leaves its club, the cattery should be closed, because in this case nobody can be responsible for this cattery and it
can badly affect the breeding work of the cattery, nobody can control the issuance of pedigree certificates and compliance
with the Code of ethics for breeders. All this may badly affect the credibility of WCF.
The cattery is registered in WCF by request of the club. The cattery is to be closed by request of the President of its club. The
application must contain the reasons of closing of the cattery.
The reasons which can cause the closing of the cattery:
- the cessation of activity of the cattery in club
- violation of veterinary requirements of cats at the cattery
- violation of the sanitary requirements at the cattery
- departure from the club
- violation of one of the items of the Code of ethics for breeders
- violation of the rules of matings ( forbidden outcrosses to other breeds, matings of cats at age younger than 10 months
and older than 8 years, matings of cats with disqualification faults).
2. Proposal for the Panel of Judges
UA-0133 proposes Mr. Zheegulin for the Panel of Judges.

Wir schiken Ihnen die Vorschläge zur Generalverlsammlung:
1. Wir schlagen vor, die Regeln ändern Zwingerregistrierung und fügen die folgenden Regeln:
Wenn Zwinger verlasst den Klub, die Zwinger der es automatisch schließt.
Klub beaufsichtigt die Aktivitäten des Zwinger und war verantwortlich für sie.
Wenn der Zwinger geht aus dem Klub, die Zwinger der es automatisch schließt weil niemand ist verantwortlich für sie, dass
sich negativ auswirken könnten ihre Zucht zu tragen, niemand kann die die Dokumentation zu kontrollieren und des
Ethikcode für Züchter Einhaltung. All dies kann sich negativ auf den Ruf der WCF.
Die Zwinger ist in der WCF auf Antrag des Präsidenten des Klubs eingetragen. Die Zwinger ist auf Antrag des Präsidenten
des Klubs schließt. Die Antrag muss die Gründe für die Schließung.
Die Gründe für die Schließung des Zwinger sind:
- Einstellung der Tätigkeit den Zwinder in den Klub
- Verletzung der veterinärrechtlichen Anforderungen für der Tiere im Zwinger
- Verletzung der sanitären Vorschriften den Inhaltsverzeichnis Tiere im Zwinger
- Verlassen aus dem Klub
- Verletzung eines der Elemente des Ethikcode für Züchter Einhaltung
- Verletzung der Regeln die Zuchttiere (verboten Kreuzungen mit anderen Rassen, Zuchttieren unter 10 Monaten und älter als
8 Jahre, Zuchttiere mit Disqualifikationfehlern).
2. Vorschlag für die Richterkomission.

Nous Vous envoyons les propositions pour l’Assemblèe Gènèrale.
1. Nous de changer les règles d’enrègistrement des catterys , en y ajoutant les points suivants:
Un cattery ayant quittè le Club , se ferme automatiquement.
Le Club suit l’activitè du cattery et en est responsable.
Au cas oà le cattery quitte le Club, il se ferme, parce que, en ce cas personne ne peut en étre responsable, ce que
peut se faire sentire nègativement а son activitè de race, il est impossible de contrùler le dèlivraison des certificats
de race et le respect du Code d'èthique pour les èleveurs. Tout ça peut influer nègativement sur l’autoritè du WCF.
Un cattery se fait enregistrer au WCF d’après la prèsentation du Prèsident du Club. Le cattery se ferme d’après la
prèsentation du Prèsident du Club avec la prècision des causes de clùture.
Les causes de clùture peuvent étre:
- cession de l’activitè du cattery au Club;
- contravention aux exigeances vètèrinaires de l’entretien des animaux au cattery;
- contravention aux exigeances sanitaires de l’entretien des animaux au cattery;
- sortie du Club;
- violation d’un des points du Code d'èthique pour les èleveurs.
- contravention aux règles des liages (hybridations entreraciales interdites, liages des animaux plus jeunes de 10
mois et plus àgès de 8 ans, couplage des animaux aux dèfauts disqualifiants).
2. Candidatures а la Commission de juges
UA-0133 propose la candidature de monsieur Zheegulin а la Commission de juges.

Breve histoire du FHK.
Le club Föreningen Hallandskatten, FHK, est formé en 1981.
Le FHK a produit ses pedigrees officiels dès le début. Aujourd’hui c’est Mme Ann Öberg s´en occupe. Le
nombre de pedigrees a grandit avec le temps, et en 2009 nous avons produit environ 250 pedigrees pour des
chatons et des chats venant d’autres clubs ou associations.
Pendant la première année, le FHK a réussi à arranger trois expositions félines avec l’aide de quelques juges
independants de Norvège et on a commencé à produire des pedigrees pour les membres actifs dans la
réproduction.
Depuis le début le FHK a arrangé 70 expositions, nationelles et internationelles. Les expositions consistent ces
jours-là generallement de deux jours avec la possibilité de deux cértificats. Les juges viennent de tous les
coins du monde et de differentes organisations comme le WCF, le TICA, le LOOF et d’autres associations
independentes en Europe. Nous tenons strictement à « open doors », cet à dire nous recevons les exposants
de la FIFe ainsi que ceux du CFA et du TICA.
Le FHK compte en ce moment 120 membres de tous les coins de la Suède, et sans compter les expos et les
pedigrees, nous paticions à de nombreuses activités. Nous travaillons pour aider les chats sans maison, nous
sommes présents avec nos chats dans les magasins zoologiques, nous arrangons des soirées éducatives pour
nos éleveurs, des cours de génetique entre autre.
Plans et buts pour l’avenir.
Joindre le WCF nous donne la possibilité de continuer et d’améliorer nos efforts de travailler pour le bon des
chats et pour mieux supporter nos membres :

Nous allons continuer la coopération avec les autres clubs suédois et norvégiens, qui eux aussi vont
joindre le WCF. Nous allons essayer de nous mettre d’accord pour les reglements communs en
concernants les expositions, selon les règles du WCF, et le reglement des pedigrees.
Nous allons continuer de produire nos pedigrees, et nous allons tenir contact avec les autres futures
clubs WCF en Suède et en Norvège.
Nous allons essayer d’attirer des nouveaux membres en faisant plus d’expositions dans plusieures villes
en Suède, et avec des pedigrees de bonne qualité, des programmes éducatives pour nos éleveurs et pour
les gens en géneral.
Nous allons aussi essayer de rester moins cher que la FIFe, pour les frais d’expositions, les pedigrees et
les noms de chatterie.
Nous allons faire un intense travail pour informer la publique de notre nouveau profile comme club WCF.
Notre but serra d’augmenter le nombre de membres du club et de trouver parmi eux plus de personnes qui
s’intéressent à travailler activement. Comme cela nous serons plus forts et nous nous trouverons capables de
maintenir une economie solide, ce qui est toujours le plus important pour réussir et progresser.
Föreningen Hallandskatten demande avec ce-ci d’être reçu dans le World Cat Federation comme membre
principal.

History of SNRF – Summary
The club Sveriges Nya Raskattförening called SNRF, was founded in 1965 by Mrs Lola
Joffs. The first members had left FiFe to establish the first Independent Cat Club in
Sweden.
During the first year, the club managed to arrange three cat shows with help from
Independent judges from Norway and started to issue pedigrees for the breeding
members.
In 1969 the Independent movement in Scandinavia had increased to five clubs and the
first meeting with all of them together was held. Three Swedish clubs and two from
Norway participated. The meeting decided upon common show rules and some other
issues of common interest. Those meetings have been held every year since then.
During the 70th and 80th centuries the number of clubs increased, partly with clubs
leaving FiFe and partly with new founded clubs. Today there are 10 clubs, some of them
very small but still with some activity. We have also cooperated about rules for pedigree
registration and registration of cattery names for many years now.
SNRF has issued official pedigrees from the beginning. For over 30 years Mrs. Annehilde
Richter and Mrs. Inger Hagstöm (later Köpke) did the work for us. Today the pedigrees
are issued by Mrs. Louise Guézennec. The number of pedigrees has increased over the
years and for 2009 we will be close to 500 books for kittens and re-registrated cats.
Since the start SNRF has arranged 78 cat shows, national and international. The shows
are today generally two day shows with two certificates to apply for. Judges are invited
from all over the world and from different organizations i.e. WCF, TICA, LOOF and the
smaller Independent movements in Europe. We have had the strict policy of open doors,
which means that all cats are welcome; from FiFe clubs, from the TICA and the CFA.
SNRF has today 250 members from all over Sweden and a great deal of activities going
on. Except from issuing the pedigrees and arranging shows, we are supporting cat homes
(for homeless cats), participate in special "cat days" in pet shops, trying to educate our
breeders and other things. Since 30 years we also have a member magazine issued four
times a year, called "Mästerkatten" and we have had our own web-site since 1997.

Zu Händen vom Vorstand der
Geschichte der SNRF – Zusammenfassung
Der Verein Sveriges Nya Raskattförening, SNRF, wurde im Jahr 1965 von Frau Lola Joffs
gegründet. Die ersten Mitglieder verliessen FIFe und bildeten den ersten unabhängigen,
Independent, Katzernverein in Schweden. Während des ersten Jahres wurden drei
Ausstellungen mit Hilfe norwegischer Independentrichter arrangiert und man fing an
Zuchtbücher für den eigenen Züchter zu schreiben.
Im Jahre 1969 gab es fünf unabhängige Vereine in Skandinavien, und die erste
gemeinsame Sitzung fand statt. Drei Schwedische und zwei Norwegische Vereine
nahmen teil. Bei dieser Sitztung wurden die ersten gemeinsamen Ausstellungsregeln
sowie einigen anderen gemeinsamen Regeln festgelegt. Seitdem wurden die Sitzungen
jedes Jahr gehalten.
Während 70er und 80er Jahren schliessen sich weitere Vereine den Kreis, teils frühere
FIFe-Vereine, teils Neugebildete. Heute gibt es 10 Vereine, einige sind sehr klein, aber
trotzdem aktiv. Seit mehreren Jahren schon gibt es gemeinsame Regeln für
Ausstellungen, Züchten und Zwingeregistrierung.
Bei SNRF wurden Zuchtbücher während mehr als 30 Jahren bei Frau Annehilde Richter
und Frau Inger Hagström (später Köpcke) erstellt. Heute gehört dieser Auftrag Frau
Louise Guézennec. Im Jahre 2009 wurden fast 500 Bücher erstellt, sowie neue als
Übertragungen.
Seit 1965 hat SNRF etwa 80 Ausstellungen, nationale und internationale, arrangiert. Seit
1993 waren die Shows zweitägige mit zwei Certifikate. Richter wurden von aller Welt und
verschieden Organisationen, d.h. WCF, TICA, LOOF und Europeischen unabhängingen
Vereine eingeladen. Unser Policy war immer open doors, und das bedeutet alle Katzen
sind bei uns willkommen, ob FIFe, TICA, LOOF oder CFA.
SNRF hat heute etwa 250 Mitglieder, vom ganzen Land, eine Menge Aktivitäten finden
Jährlich statt. Ausser Zuchtbücher zu erstellen und Shows zu arrangieren, stützen wir
Tierheime für Katzen, nehmen in verschiedenen Katzenaktivitäten teil und sind allgeim
für unsere Mitglieder und Züchter behilflich. Seit 30 Jahren schon gibt es ein Magazin und
eine eigene Webseite um den Mitgliedern informieren zu können.

Als Mitglied der WCF wollen wir die Arbeit mit und für Katzen erweitern und verbessern.
Wir möchten auch effektiver unsere Mitglieder behilflich sein.
Wir werden auch in Zukunft mit den anderen Schwedischen und Norwegischen Vereine,
die sich auch WCF angeschlossen haben, zusammen zu arbeiten.

cinq clubs, et on s’est assemblés pour la première fois. Trois clubs suédois et deux clubs
norvégiens étaient présents. On a décidé de respecter les mêmes règles pour les
expositions et d’autres choses qui étaient importants pour le travail commun. Depuis ce
temps-là les clubs independents se sont assemblés chaque année pour la révision du
reglement.
Pendant les années soixants et quatre-vingts le nombre de clubs augmentait - d’un part
par des clubs qui quittaient la FIFe, d’un part par des nouveaux clubs. Aujourd’hui il
existe dix clubs, quelques’uns sont très petits, mais quand même toujours actifs.
Ensemble nous avons aussi coopéré pour nous mettre d’accord sur le reglement des
pedigrees et les noms des chatteries.
Le SNRF a produit ses pedigrees officiels dès le début. Pendant plus de trente ans Mme
Annehilde Richter et Mme Inger Hagström (plus tard Köpke) ont fait ce travail.
Aujourd’hui c’est Mme Louise Guézennec s’en occupe. Le nombre de pedigrees a grandit
avec le temps, et en 2009 nous avons produit environ 500 pedigrees pour des chatons et
des chats venant d’autres clubs ou associations.
Depuis le début le SNRF a arrangé 78 expositions, nationelles et internationelles. Les
expositions consistent ces jours-là generallement de deux jours avec la possibilité de
deux cértificats. Les juges viennent de tous les coins du monde et de differentes
organisations comme le WCF, le TICA, le LOOF et d’autres associations independentes en
Europe. Nous tenons strictement à « open doors », cet à dire nous recevons les
exposants de la FIFe ainsi que ceux du CFA et du TICA.
Le SNRF compte en ce moment 250 membres de tous les coins de la Suède, et sans
compter les expos et les pedigrees, nous paticions à de nombreuses activités. Nous
travaillons pour aider les chats sans maison, nous sommes présents avec nos chats dans
les magasins zoologiques, nous arrangons des soirées éducatives pour nos éleveurs, des
cours de génetique entre autre.
Maintenant, au boût de 45 ans, nous sommes prêt à joindre le WCF.
Plans et buts pour l’avenir.
Joindre le WCF nous donne la possibilité de continuer et d’améliorer nos efforts de
travailler pour le bon des chats et pour mieux supporter nos membres :

Nous allons continuer la coopération avec les autres clubs suédois et norvégiens, qui
eux aussi vont joindre le WCF. Nous allons essayer de nous mettre d’accord pour les
reglements communs en concernants les expositions, selon les règles du WCF, et le
reglement des pedigrees.

Nous allons continuer de produire nos pedigrees, et nous allons tenir contact avec les
autres futures clubs WCF en Suède et en Norvège.
Nous allons essayer d’attirer des nouveaux membres en faisant plus d’expositions
dans plusieures villes en Suède, et avec des pedigrees de bonne qualité, des
programmes éducatives pour nos éleveurs et pour les gens en géneral.
Nous allons aussi essayer de rester moins cher que la FIFe, pour les frais
d’expositions, les pedigrees et les noms de chatterie.
Nous allons faire un intense travail pour informer la publique de notre nouveau
profile comme club WCF.
Notre but serra d’augmenter le nombre de membres du club et de trouver parmi eux plus
de personnes qui s’intéressent à travailler activement. Comme cela nous serons plus
forts et nous nous trouverons capables de maintenir une economie solide, ce qui est
toujours le plus important pour réussir et progresser.
Sveriges Nya Raskattförening demande avec ce-ci d’être reçu dans le World Cat
Federation comme membre principal.
