There are tmany local tourist offices (and Syndicats d'Initiatives) in Corsica.
Some are excellent and the bigger ones have English speaking staff, but even with
pidgin French you should be able to get basic information or at least get them to
send printed material. You will see that I have made links to websites if the office
has one and the links are to the English language versions where they exist:
The Agence de Tourisme de la Corse (ATC) is the national tourist office and is
represented by the Maison de la France (MF) offices in most major countries, so
you can always try them in the capital city in your own country. The MF websites
in your country can be obtained from the MF website, but don’t expect too much
on Corsica.
The ATC has an official web site and while it's predecessor was useless, this one
works well and for the moment anyway the data is up to date; the accommodation
guides are quite good and show internet connections. The ATC publishes a wide

range of information publications, including on accommodation, some of which
downloadable. Do not regard any of these as the fount of all knowledge. You
will still have to do a fair amount of work yourself, unless you are happy with the
bare essentials of information.
One excellent way to find out more, once you have targetted a particular place is
to visit the website of the region, town or village. To help you do this, download
