It is primarily intended for students considering possible careers as management/export/change consultants. The aim of the course is to discover the different aspects of a consulting service and to provide participants with essential skills to join consulting firms specializing in these particular fields. It will review the tools and methods to successfully implement consulting missions. It will focus on the acquisition of pro-active and proven organization consulting techniques, tailored to the specific demands of companies where decision makers are faced with a fast-changing globalized context on a daily basis. Contacts Capacités et compétences visées : The main objectives of this course are: . Explain what are fundamentals of the consulting profession (market, customers needs, careers) . Explain framework components of a consulting mission (diagnosis, framing mission, methods & tools, customer relationship management) . Explain what are the technical and cultural skills to be developed in order to deliver successful change & consulting management services .
