His strategic and operational expertise has been regularly enriched through seminars and courses, particularly the post graduate courses ESCP Paris and the seminars of the Management Center Europe (Bruxelles – Belgium) Through the last 25 years, as Head of Sales and Marketing operations within different multinational companies, Bernard Martinez played a major role in creating, managing and developing teams and organizations in different socio-cultural environments and various situations from creation to post merger reorganization. He also had to manage transverse projects such as: implementation of the 35 hours law within sales forces teams in France, set up and harmonization of variable pay process, set up of ETMS/CRM systems. On the marketing side, thanks to the products he was responsible for, he acquired a good knowledge and understanding of different types of markets such as blockbuster market, SNC, highly specialized products (ophthalmology, infectiology ), and niche markets .
