As noted in the Fourth Report of the Monitor dated April 2, 2015 (the “Fourth Report”), Quebec Lithium Inc.,
QLI Métaux Inc. RB Energy Inc. and Sirocco Mining Inc. (collectively, the “Petitioners”) have scheduled a
court appearance before the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division) on April 17, 2015 at 9:15 AM at
the Montreal Courthouse (in a room to be further announced) to address matters dealing with the SISP.
(Capitalized terms used herein but not defined have the meaning ascribed to them in the Fourth Report). For
ease of reference, a copy of the Fourth Report is attached.
As noted in the Fourth Report, no Qualified Bids were received by the Offer Deadline. As a result, the Sales
Advisor, pursuant to an agreed upon Amended Sales Process, is conducting an expedited process to
determine if it is possible to identify a Qualified Bid prior to the maturity of the Interim Financing Term
Sheet. In the event a Qualified Bid is not identified by that time, the Petitioners anticipate seeking inter alia an
order terminating the SISP and extending the stay of proceedings until May 30, 2015, to allow sufficient time
for the stakeholders to consider their strategic options.
As the situation remains fluid and the outcome of the Amended Sales Process is not yet known, the Petitioners
will not be in a position to file and serve court materials until closer to the scheduled court date of April
17th. We apologize for any inconvenience this unavoidable delay may cause.

----------------------------Tel qu’indiqué au quatrième rapport du Contrôleur daté du 2 avril 2015 (le « Quatrième rapport »), Québec
Lithium Inc., QLI Métaux Inc., RB Energy Inc. et Sirocco Mining Inc. (collectivement, les « Requérantes ») ont
prévu une audition devant la Cour supérieure du Québec (Chambre commerciale) le 17 avril 2015 à 9h15 au
Palais de justice de Montréal (dans une salle à être déterminée) afin de discuter des affaires traitant du
processus de vente et de sollicitation d’investisseurs (« SISP »). Une copie du Quatrième rapport est jointe au
présent courriel.
Tel qu’indiqué au Quatrième rapport, aucune offre admissible aux termes du SISP n’a été reçue avant la date
limite pour la présentation des offres. En conséquence, Rothschild Inc (Sales Advisor), conformément à un
processus de vente amendé, mène actuellement un processus accéléré afin de déterminer s’il est possible
d’identifier une offre admissible avant la venue de l’échéance du financement intérimaire. Dans l’hypothèse où
aucune offre admissible n’est identifiée par ce temps, les Requérantes entendent demander une ordonnance
visant la fin du SISP et la prolongation de la suspension des procédures au 30 mai 2015 afin d’accorder
suffisamment de temps aux parties intéressées pour considérer leurs options stratégiques.
Puisque la situation continue d’évoluer et que l’issue du Processus de vente demeure inconnue, les
Requérantes ne seront en mesure de produire et signifier les procédures appropriées que peu de temps avant
la date d’audition du 17 avril 2015. Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient que ce délai inévitable
pourrait causer.
