1989 recruited as research fellow at the C.N.R.S. Research team E.R.A.S.M.E. - E.R. 262 of the
C.N.R.S.
1993 joined the Laboratoire d’Ethnologie et de Sociologie comparative. Université Paris X.

2004 : joined CREDO (Centre de Recherche et de Documentation sur Océanie) -UMR 7308.
All together 6 years of fieldwork and archival research in the Netherlands, Indonesia, United
States, Australia, New-Zealand, Samoa, Futuna, Fiji, Taiwan.
