TIC-TAC® Shampooing
Description:
TIC-TAC® Anti-Lice Shampoo, with its new and improved
formula, offers a more effective and safe insecticidal action.
Therefore, it is the ideal therapy for the treatment of infestations caused by Pediculus capitis and its ova (head lice and
its eggs).
Properties:
TIC-TAC® Shampoo contains Permethrin; a photo-stable
synthetic pyrethroid, that is more effective and less toxic
than the natural pyrethroids and with a long duration of action that lasts for 14 days.
Instructions of application:
1- Wash the hair and the scalp first with your regular shampoo, rinse it thoroughly with water, and then dry both the hair
and the scalp using your personal towel.
2- Apply a sufficient quantity of TIC-TAC® Shampoo to the
head and the scalp, enough to saturate all the areas including behind the ears and on the nape of the neck.
3- Allow the shampoo to remain on the hair for 10 minutes,
to exert its insecticidal effect on lice and eggs.
4- Add water and massage the hair until a foamy lather is
formed.
5- Rinse thoroughly with water and then dry using another
clean towel.
6- Comb the hair using a personal fine-toothed comb to remove dead lice and their eggs.
Recommendations:
- For better results, it is advisable to repeat the above treatment after one week to prevent reinfestation, the residual
amount of Permethrin that remains on the hair after the
treatment, provides protection against reinfestation, this
protection is unaffected by regular shampooing.

formule, offre une action plus efficace et sûre insecticide. Donc,
c’est la thérapie idéale pour le traitement d’infestations causées
par Pediculus capitis et son ova (le pou de tête et ses oeufs).
Propriétés:
TIC-TAC® le Shampooing contient Perméthrine; un pyrethroid
synthétique photo-stable, cela est plus efficace et moins toxique
que le pyrethroids naturel et avec une durée longue d’action qui
dure pendant 14 jours.
Les instructions d’application:
1- Laver les cheveux et le cuir chevelu premièrement avec votre
shampooing régulier, le rincer à fond avec l’eau, et alors sécher
les cheveux et le cuir chevelu utilisant votre serviette personnelle.
2- Appliquer une quantité suffisante de TIC-TAC® le Shampooing à la tête et le cuir chevelu, assez saturer tous les secteurs incluent derrière les oreilles et sur la nuque du cou.
3- Permettre au shampooing pour rester sur les cheveux pour 10
minutes, exercer son effet insecticide sur les poux et les oeufs.
4- Ajouter de l’eau et masser les cheveux jusqu’à ce qu’une
mousse mousseuse est formée.
5- le Rinçage à fond avec l’eau et sèche alors l’utilisation d’une
autre serviette propre.
6- Peigner les cheveux utilisant un peigne fin personnel pour enlever des poux morts et leurs oeufs.
Recommandations:
- Pour mieux les résultats, il est prudent de répéter le traitement
ci-dessus mentionné après une semaine pour empêcher reinfestation, la quantité résiduelle de Perméthrine que les restes sur les
cheveux après le traitement, fournit la protection contre reinfestation, cette protection reste inchangé par shampooing régulier.
- Empêcher reinfestation; laver des peignes, la brosse à cheveux et les autres articles d’article de toilette avec TIC-TAC® le

- To prevent reinfestation; wash combs, hair-brushes and
other toiletry articles with TIC-TAC® Shampoo.
- Clothes, underclothes, beds linen, towels and even toys
used on the bed which have been in contact with the infested individual should be dry-cleaned or washed with very
hot soapy water for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Do not use other people’s combs, towels or clothes.
- Inspect family members for any new lice infestation. If it is
found, treat immediately with TIC-TAC® Shampoo.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
Precautions:
- This medication should not be used by individuals with
known sensitivity to Permethrin.
- TIC-TAC® Shampoo is for external use only.
- In case of accidental ingestion, perform gastric lavage and
employ general supportive measures. No specific antidote is
known for Permethrin.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If the shampoo gets accidentally
into the eyes, flush them thoroughly with water.
- The use of Permethrin may temporarily increase the symptoms associated with lice infestation including itching, redness and swelling of the scalp.
- Not to be used in cases of scalp wounds.
Storage conditions:
Store between 15 - 30ºC.
Presentation:
TIC-TAC® Shampoo: 100 ml bottles with 1% w/w Permethrin in a mild shampoo base and fresh citrus fragrance.

- Les Vêtements, underclothes, couchent le linge, les serviettes
et même les jouets ont utilisé sur le lit qui a été dans le contact
avec l’individu infesté doit être sec-nettoyé ou lavé avec l’eau
savonneuse très chaude pour 5 - 10 minutes.
- Ne pas utiliser d’autres peignes des gens, les serviettes ou
les vêtements.
- Inspecter les membres de famille pour la nouvelle infestation
de poux. S’il est trouvé, le plaisir tout de suite avec TIC-TAC®
le Shampooing.
- Empêcher d’entrer de la portée d’enfants.
Précautions:
- Ces médicaments ne devraient pas être utilisés par les individus avec la sensibilité connue à Perméthrine.
- TIC-TAC® le Shampooing est pour l’usage externe seulement.
- En cas de l’ingestion accidentelle, exécuter lavage gastrique
et employer des mesures qui soutiennent générales. Aucun antidote spécifique est su pour Perméthrine.
- Eviter le contact avec les yeux. Si le shampooing obtient accidentellement dans les yeux, les rincer à fond avec l’eau.
- L’usage de Perméthrine peut augmenter temporairement les
symptômes associés avec l’infestation de poux y compris démanger, la rougeur et l’accroissement du cuir chevelu.
- Ne Pas être utilisé en cas des blessures de cuir chevelu.
