Superficie de 27 m², ce mobil home est composé : d'une cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur, 4 feux gaz), d’un séjour avec
canapé, une table, 4 chaises + table basse, d'une chambre avec un grand lit 2 personnes+ penderie, d’une deuxième
chambre avec 2 lits juxtaposés + penderie, d’une salle de bains avec douche-lavabo, WC séparés et d’une terrasse bois
couverte avec salon de jardin. Chauffage dans chaque pièce, alimenté en eau chaude et froide. Les draps, housses de
couette, taies d’oreillers, serviettes de toilette et produits ménagers ne sont pas fournis.

A votre arrivée, merci de vérifier la liste ci-dessus et de nous signaler dans les 24h, tous objets
manquants. Passé ce délai, les réclamations ne seront pas prises en compte.
La location doit être libérée pour 10h00 en parfait état de propreté. Dans le cas contraire, une retenue
de 50 euros sera effectuée. Suite à l’état des lieux, la caution vous sera restituée, déduction faite, si
nécessaire du coût du matériel cassé, manquant ou dégradé.
Avant votre départ, merci de remettre la vaisselle propre en place, de jeter la literie jetable (alèse et
taie d’oreillers), de veiller à la propreté des WC, du réfrigérateur, de la bonde de douche et de lavabo.
Upon your arrival, thank you for verifying the list above and indicating us within 24 hours, any missing
objects. Crossed this deadline, the complaints will not be taken into account. The rent must be freed for
10:00 am in perfect condition from cleanliness, if not, a sum of 50 euro’s may be deducted. After the
inventory, the pledge will be restored to you, made, so necessary deduction of the cost of the hoarse,
missing or degraded material.
Before your departure, thank you for putting back the clean dishes in place, to throw the disposable
bedding (drawsheet and pillowcase), we insist particularly on the cleanliness of TOILETS, refrigerator,
plug of shower and washbasin.
