KYMCO Expands Product Line With Introduction of Heavy-Duty
MXU 250 ATV
Inman, SC — KYMCO Motorsports, the exclusive U.S. importer for Taiwanbased KYMCO, has introduced the MXU 250, a rugged utility vehicle that expands the
company’s U.S. product line to five ATV models. With 11 scooters and a motorcycle
also available from U.S. dealers, KYMCO is becoming more of a force in the domestic
motorsports market.
The MXU 250 features a 250cc, 4-stroke, water-cooled 18-horsepower engine
manufactured by KYMCO. With an average ground clearance of 8.25” and large front
and rear equipment racks, integrated trailer hitch, the MXU 250 is designed to meet the
needs of the construction, farm, hunting, fishing and ranch markets. A wheelbase of
nearly four feet combined with swing arm rear suspension and dual A-arm front
suspension assures that you’ll be guaranteed a comfortable all day ride.
All KYMCO ATVs feature a limited one-year warranty. Original KYMCO design
and modern visual appeal, CVT transmissions, forestry approved spark arrestors, full
knobby front and rear tires, and injection molded color-through body components make
for ultimate durability.
The new model joins a wide-ranging lineup of KYMCO ATVs. A smaller version
of the MXU 250, the MXer 150 offers multi-purpose racks, forward, neutral, and reverse
CVT transmission and an integrated trailer hitch to get the job done. The sporty
Mongoose 250 is designed for fun, but meant to ride rough on the trail or on the track.
Designed for ages 12 and up, the 4-stroke, 6.3-horsepower Mongoose 90 is also a good
starting point for an older but less experienced rider. Larger tires provide more stability,
and a front bash plate, safety floorboards, plus the handlebar pad offer full off-road
capabilities. The Mongoose 50 is perfect for youngsters ages 6 and up. The adjustable
