SUEZ in North America operates across all 50 states and Canada with 3,400 employees dedicated to environmental sustainability and leading the
resource revolution. The company owns 15 regulated water utilities, provides contracted public-private partnership services to 78 municipalities,
offers water treatment and advanced network solutions to 16,000 industrial and municipal sites, provides drinking water, wastewater and waste
collection service to 7.4 million people on a daily basis, processes 55,000 tons of waste for recycling and manages $3.3 billion in total assets. The
company posted revenues of $1.3 billion in 2015 and is a subsidiary of Paris-based SUEZ.
We are looking for someone to join our SUEZ North America communications team in the Paramus, NJ office.
Responsibilities include:
?Event Planning/Conference Coordinator
oSupport in organizing the annual internal North America Managers Conference.
oMember of the Managers Conference Steering Committee.
oPartner with a vendor to develop and manage a smartphone app using a content management system.
oSupport the Director of Corporate Communication in operational duties of tradeshows
oDevelop and maintain trade show spreadsheets to track the shows attending and tradeshow costs
oHandle logistic duties (booth space purchases, attendee registrations, advertising opportunities, booth display, collateral, giveaways, badges)
oSend surveys to sales team members attending the show for feedback on effectiveness of presence. Report results.

oSupport Communications and Marketing team on the SUEZ North America marketing efforts
?Monitor advertising efforts
?Track and report advertising results
?Website/Intranet/Social Media
oUpdate content when needed on www.suez-na.com as well as on The Resource
oReview sites for branding accuracy
oAssist social media specialist in developing social media campaigns and announcements
?SUEZ TVs
oSupport the management of the internal TVs which display corporate content in some of our offices and plants.
oIn charge of monitoring the content from the local BUs (U.S. or abroad) and the headquarters, designing and pushing content to the TVs
oWork closely with the vendor for maintenance and with the local communications team to help them adapt the corporate content to their needs.
?Media monitoring
oDistribute a daily news feed to our upper management employees with the latest articles about our global company, our competitors, our industry

?Support to other departments
oAssist departments in communicating critical information to employees (HR, local Business Units, Health and Safety, etc.).
oProvide support to our Emergency Response Team and Executive Management Team regarding their emergency app (launch date: TBA). The
purpose of the app is to help the executives communicate efficiently and find the relevant information in case of a crises (major water main break,
hurricane, power outage, etc.)
oAssist in coordinating with Paris headquarters: finding info, reporting or relay major campaigns (press releases, social media, etc).
Job Requirements:
Experience in communications and marketing are required as well as a good knowledge of the environment industry.
Must be flexible, undertaking and have strong English skills (writing and speaking). Experience with Adobe and Prezi is a plus.
