1 International Marriage Contract from Standesamt;
(If married in Denmark, International Marriage Contract must be authenticated by
the Foreign Ministry of Denmark);
2 Payment of Euro25,00 for the Report of Marriage. (in addition to the passport fee).
3. One(1) photocopy of passport or ID of husband
4 Other applicable requirements as stated in the List of Requirements for Renewal of Passport,
if applying for passport renewal.
5. Affidavit for Delayed Registration if Marriage is registered thirty (30) days after the event (Fee for Delayed Registration Euro 25.00)
