With the Lifetime-Lubricant extremely high rates of
shots > 300 000 can be reached without relubrication
and damage on tools.
The lubricant remains at the place where it has been
distributed. It is excellently suited for the fabrication
of transparent parts, white- and black parts, items for
the pharmaceutical range, for multi-coloured tools,
screw-core and gear tools, for sealing areas metal/
metal, as well as for “soft metal pairings” (matching
phase before the hardening process).
Even tools designed for “dry-running” can now be
lubricated without problems (for example medical
technology).
The thin high-performance lubricating film is ex-
tremely resistant to the often appearing aggressive
condesates.
Moreover the red rust formation inside the tool is
stopped.

Application:
Clean and degrease the lubricating point well before
each application. For this especially our cleaning spray Z 9072 is suited.
Due to the corrosion protection from the company this
also applies for new parts.
Distribute the special lubricant constantly and
economically.
Don’t mix with other lubricants!

Avec l’utilisation du lubrifiant spécial modern, les problèmes de lubrification aux éléments mobiles comme éjecteurs, coulisseaux, ouvres-moules, noyaux
éclipsables etc. seront du passé.
Avec le Lifetime-Lubrifiant les cycles d’éjection extre-
ment hauts > 300 000 peuvent être atteints sans regraissage et dommages de l’outil.
Le lubrifiant reste là, ou il serait appliqué. Il est particulièrement bien adaptée à la production des
pièces transparentes, des pièces noires et blanches, d’articles l’industrie pharmaceutique, pour l’utilisa-
tion des outils multicolores, des outils de fond de filet et d’engrenage, pour des caches métal/métal
comme pour des «assemblages souples» (Phase
d’essai avant le durcissement).
Même l’outillage fonctionnant actuellement à sec peut maintenant être lubrifié sans problèmes (par exemple la technique médicale).
Le film lubrifiant mince de haute capacité est extrement résistant aux condensats agressifs qui apparaissent fréquemment.

Utilisation:
Nettoyez et dégraissez bien le point de graissage avant chaque utilisation. Pour cela notre spray de nettoyage Z 9072 est particulièrement adapté. Cela est également valable pour des pièces nouvelles à cause de la protection contre la corrosion de l’usine.
Appliquez le lubrifiant spécial constamment et économiquement.
Non mélangez avec autres lubrifiants!
En outre la formation de rouille rouge à l’intérieur du moule est évitée.
