MediaFlex® Indoor-spansysteem
Comhan Holland introduceert MediaFlex®; een gemakkelijk en sterk aluminium doek spansysteem waarmee snel en uiterst
eenvoudig grootformaat doeken kunnen worden gespannen. Het systeem laat zich uitstekend gebruiken voor het strak opspannen van decoratie banieren en reclame- spandoeken t.b.v. kortlopende of permanente acties en decoraties. Als gevolg van
de zeer geringe diepte van het systeem als totaal, slechts 25 mm! en onzichtbare achterliggende montageschroeven valt het
systeem nauwelijks op en kan een erg fraai eindresultaat worden verkregen.
Toepassing:
MediaFlex kan worden toegepast bij beurzen, tentoonstellingen en concerten, maar ook in kantoren, winkels, autoshowrooms,
bioscopen e.d. Kortom een handig en decoratief indoor-spansysteem van Comhan Holland dat kan worden toegepast overal
waar grote doeken worden bevestigd.
MediaFlex® Indoor tensioning system
Comhan Holland introduces MediaFlex®; an easy-to-use but powerful aluminium fabric tensioning system for tensioning even
large-format fabrics. The system is very effective for tensioning of decoration and advertising banners for short-term as well as
long-term campaigns and decorations. Thanks to its flat structure - just 25 mm! - and the invisible mounting screws at the back,
the system is practically invisible and a very beautiful end-result can be obtained.
Application:
MediaFlex can be used not only in exhibitions, fairs and concerts but also in offices, shops, car showrooms, cinema halls, etc.
In other words, a handy and decorative indoor fabric tensioning system by Comhan Holland, that can be used wherever large
banners have to be fixed.
MediaFlex® Indoor-Spannsystem
Comhan Holland stellt vor: MediaFlex®; ein komfortables und belastbares Spanntuchsystem aus Aluminium, das ein schnelles
und äußerst einfaches Aufspannen großformatiger Planen erlaubt. Das System lässt sich ausgezeichnet zum straffen Aufspannen
von Dekorationsbannern und Werbetransparenten für kurzfristige oder dauerhafte Aktionen und Dekorationen einsetzen. Durch
die sehr geringe Systemtiefe – insgesamt nur 25 mm! – und die unsichtbar verdeckten Montageschrauben fällt das System kaum
auf, und das Endergebnis kann optisch sehr ansprechend sein.
Einsatz:
MediaFlex ist auf Messen, Ausstellungen und Konzerten, aber auch in Büros, Geschäften, Auto-Showrooms, Kinos u. dgl.
einsetzbar. Kurzum – ein praktisches und dekoratives Indoor-Spannsystem von Comhan Holland, das überall dort zum Einsatz
kommen kann, wo große Planen angebracht werden.
Gebruik:
Bevestig de muurplaten van de montage-spansets (138300) middels schroeven
stevig aan wand, muur of op achterconstructie. Hart op hart afstand van de
montage-spansets: 750 mm (advies).
Schuif vervolgens alle spanplaten in bevestigde muurplaten en borg deze met
de inbus (138310) Het doek kan samen met het klemprofiel (130115) in het
spanprofiel (138304) worden geschoven. (zonder lijmen of naaien)
Bevestig vervolgens het spanprofiel (inclusief voor gemonteerd doek) eerst aan
(onder) gemonteerde spansets. Trek het doek daarna voorlangs strak naar de
bovenzijde en bevestig het spanprofiel op (boven) gemonteerde spansets. Let
op dat de spanplaten op stand 1 staan ( zie figuur spanweg)
Bij grotere doeken kan het eenvoudiger zijn om het spanprofiel (inclusief voor
gemonteerd doek) eerst aan de bovenste spansets te bevestigen en het doek
naar benden te laten hangen. Vervolgens kan het spanprofiel op de (onder)
gemonteerde spansets worden bevestigd. (let hier bij op dat de spanplaten van
de onderste spansets door de zwaarte kracht zich in stand 2 bevinden en dus
even naar boven geduwd moeten worden)
Span vervolgens met de klemsleutel (138315) de spanbouten totdat het doek
goed en voldoende is ingespannen.
Instructions for use:
Screw the wall plates of the installation stretching sets (138300) firmly on the
wall, partition or other base structure. Centre-to-centre distance of the clamping
sets: 750 mm (advice).
Now slide all the tensioning plates into the fixed wall plates and lock them in
place with the socket head screws (138310). The fabric may be pushed into the
cloth stretching profile (138304) along with the clamping profile (130115) (no
need for stitching or applying adhesive).
Now fix the cloth stretching profile (with the mounted fabric) on the installation
sets (mounted below) and now pull taut the fabric to the top and fix the clamping
profile on the installation sets (mounted at the top). Allow the tensioning plates
to remain in Position 1 (see figure showing clamping area).
In the case of larger fabric formats, it may be easier to first fix the cloth
stretching profile (including the mounted fabric) on the uppermost installation
sets, and to allow the fabric to hang down. The cloth stretching profile can then
be fixed on the installation sets (mounted below). (in this connection, please
note that due to the considerable force, the tensioning plates of the bottom
clamping sets are in position 2, and have to be pushed upwards)

Thereafter tighten the tensioning bolts using the tensioning spanner (138315)
until the fabric is properly and adequately tensioned.

Die Wandkonsolen der Montage-Spannsets (138300) mit Schrauben sicher an
der Wand, Mauer oder Tragkonstruktion befestigen. Mittenabstand der MontageSpannsets: 750 mm (Rat).
Anschließend alle Spannplatten in die befestigten Mauerkonsolen einführen und
mit dem Innensechskant (138310) fixieren. Das Tuch kann zusammen mit dem
Klemmprofil (130115) in das Spannprofil (138304) eingeführt werden. (ohne
Kleben oder Nähen)
Anschließend das Spannprofil (mit vormontierter Tuch) zuerst an den (unten)
montierten Spannsets befestigen. Dann das Tuch vorn entlang straff zur
Oberseite ziehen und das Spannprofil auf den (oben) montierten Spannsets
befestigen. Darauf achten, dass die Spannplatten in Stellung 1 stehen (siehe die
Abbildung „Spannweg“).

Bei größeren Planen ist es möglicherweise einfacher, das Spannprofil (mit
vormontierter Tuch) zuerst an den oberen Spannsets zu befestigen und das
Tuch nach unten hängen zu lassen. Anschließend kann das Spannprofil auf den
(unten) montierten Spannsets befestigt werden. (Dabei ist zu beachten, dass
sich die Spannplatten der unteren Spannsets wegen der Schwerkraft in Stellung
2 befinden und deshalb etwas nach oben gedrückt werden müssen.)
Dann mit dem Spannschlüssel (138315) die Spannschrauben soweit anziehen,
bis die Plane ausreichend straff eingespannt ist.
