Preface
1.1
This "Fee Schedule" provides an overview on the fees to be paid for our products
"Trading", "Season", "Pure","Micro" and "BioMicro" ("Flange Products") as well as on
those for "Add ons". In addition to the fees to be paid for gas storage the fees for services that can be made use of in connection with our "Flange Products" are also contained.
1.2
All fees shown herein are net amounts with the applicable rate of VAT to be added.
1.3
The italicized terms in this fee schedule comply with the terms set out in the "General
Terms and Conditions of VGS for the Storage of Gas at the Underground Storage Facilities operated by VGS" (Storage GT&C) published at www.vng-gasspeicher.de and
coming into force on October 15, 2014.

Capacity Fees "Trading", "Season" and “Add ons”
2.1
Capacity Fees "Trading" and "Season"
The capacity fee for the "Trading" or "Season" product shall be paid during the service
period for the provision of the bundled capacities and is calculated exact to the day in
Euro per gas day (€/d).
2.1.1 Capacity Fees for Standard Configuration in Storage Year 2015/16
The capacity fees for the standard configuration of the "Trading" and "Season" products shall be for the storage year 2015/16:

2.1.2 Capacity Fees for Standard Configuration in Storage Year 2016/17

2.1.3 Capacity Fees for an Individual Configuration
The capacity fees for the individual configuration of the "Trading" and "Season" products for the respective storage year are calculated as a function of the requested quantity of the capacities of working gas volume, injection rate and withdrawal rate.
To find out about the capacity fee to be paid for an individual configuration the customer may

calculate the fee with the help of the "easystore" online product configurator in the
customer portal or

request it directly and without engagement from VGS by an informal e-mail to
[email protected].
2.2
Capacity Fees for "Add ons"
The capacity fees for the firm or interruptible unbundled capacities working gas volume, injection rate and withdrawal rate that can be contracted in addition to an already
existing “Trading” or “Season” contract as host contract ("Add ons") shall be paid during the service period for the provision of the respective capacity and are calculated
exact to the day in Euro per gas day (€/d).
The capacity fee to be paid for an "Add on" is calculated as a function of the already
contracted capacity quantities of the respective host contract.
To find out about the respective capacity fee the customer may

calculate the fee with the help of a configuration and calculation feature of the
"easystore" online product configurator provided in the contract monitor of the respective host contract within the non-public area of the customer portal or

request it directly and without engagement from VGS by an informal e-mail to
[email protected] containing the contract number of the respective host
contract and the favored capacity(ies) together with the service period.
2.3
Contract-specific Capacity Fee and its Adjustment
The capacity fee to be paid by the customer for the contracted bundled capacities of
the respective "Trading" or "Season" contract as well as the capacity fee to be paid by
the customer for the contracted unbundled capacities of a supplementary agreement
for an “Add on” (each “contract-specific capacity fee (CF)”) will change in accordance
with the fee adjustment formula given below on April 1, 6:00 a.m. of every calendar
year k+1 (adjustment date):


Thus the contract-specific capacity fee for the respective following storage year
(CFk+1/k+2) shall be already calculated on April 1 of the current calendar year k (calculation date).

The contract-specific capacity fee in €/d shall be commercially rounded to two decimal
places according to DIN 1333.
When the Federal Statistical Office adjusts the index of products of capital equipment
manufacturers and/or the index of agreed monthly earnings of power supply sector
employees to the new base year, the new series published from this date shall apply
up to the next calculation date for future adjustments of the contract-specific capacity
fees.
If the index of products of capital equipment manufacturers and/or the index of agreed
monthly earnings of power supply sector employees is replaced, changed materially or
no longer published, VGS shall be entitled as of the date of such change to define a
different index that comes as close as possible to the commercial concept of the adjustment procedure described and becomes effective from the next calculation date.
2.4
Discounting the Contract-specific Capacity Fees
For the "Trading" and "Season" products as well as for “Add ons” VGS shall grant discounts in line with the contract term on the contract-specific capacity fee in €/d to be
paid for the contracted capacity. The following discounts shall be granted depending
on the service period of the respective “Trading” or “Season” contract or the respective
supplementary agreement for an “Add on”:

The term "year" shall mean a period of twelve (12) consecutive months each, irrespective of the gas day on which
this period commences.
Capacity Fees "Pure"
The following table shows the Capacity Fee WGV payable for providing the capacity
working gas volume of the "Pure" product as well as the factors "Capacity Fee IR" and
"Capacity Fee WR" to be used for the calculation of the usage-related Capacity Fee IR
and Capacity Fee WR, respectively, that are payable for the capacities injection rate
and withdrawal rate of this product:

Variable Fee
The variable fee shall be paid for the gas quantities injected by the customer multiplied
by the "variable fee" factor applicable to the respective storage year and calculated in
€/MWh.

If the Federal Statistical Office adjusts the index of agreed monthly earnings for power
supply sector employees, the index of producer prices for electric power supplied to
special customers and/or the index of producer prices for natural gas supplied to industrial customers to a new base year, the new series published from this date shall
apply up to the next calculation date for future adjustments of the "variable fee" factor.
If the index of the agreed monthly earnings for energy supply sector employees, index
of producer prices for electric power supplied to special customers and/or index of producer prices for natural gas supplied to industrial customers is replaced, materially
changed or no longer published, VGS shall be entitled as of the date of such change to
define a different index that comes as close as possible to the commercial concept of
the adjustment procedure described and becomes effective from the next calculation
date.

The transmission fee for partial exceeding of capacity shall be calculated as follows:

After split of capacity into minimum two new contracts the amount accruing as
service fee for the transmitted capacities for the period of one storage year shall
be determined first.

The transmission fee for partial exceeding of capacity shall amount to 1 % of this
calculated sum but minimum 5,000.00 €.

Transfer Fee
A fee of 0.89 ct, minimum € 500.00 however, shall be paid as transfer fee for the gas
transfer within the storage facility for each MWh gas transferred.
OTHER FEES

Lump-sum Expense
If at the end of the service period the customer still holds some gas quantities in the
storage facility and the customer failed to make use of or was unable to make use of
the possibility to withdraw or transfer this gas according to the Storage GT&C, VGS will
charge a lump-sum expense for the utilization of these gas quantities by sale. The
lump-sum expense shall be 1 % of the amount realized but minimum € 500.00 per
transaction.

Vorbemerkung
1.1
Diese Entgeltübersicht verschafft Ihnen einen Überblick über die für unsere Produkte
„Trading“, „Season“, „Pure“, „Micro“ und „BioMicro“ („Flansch Produkte“) sowie für
„Add ons“ zu zahlenden Entgelte. Neben den Entgelten für die Speicherung des Gases sind auch Entgelte für Dienstleistungen enthalten, die Sie im Zusammenhang mit
unseren „Flansch Produkten“ in Anspruch nehmen können.
1.2
Alle in dieser Entgeltübersicht aufgeführten Entgelte sind Nettoentgelte, die sich jeweils zuzüglich geltender gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer verstehen.
1.3
Bei den in dieser Entgeltübersicht kursiv dargestellten Begrifflichkeiten handelt es
sich um Begriffsbestimmungen nach Maßgabe der unter www.vng-gasspeicher.de
veröffentlichten „Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der VGS für die Speicherung
von Gas in den von VGS betriebenen Untergrundgasspeichern“, gültig ab 15.10.2014
(„Speicher-AGB“).

Leistungsentgelte „Trading“, „Season“ und „Add ons“
2.1
Leistungsentgelte „Trading“ und „Season“
Das Leistungsentgelt für die Produkte „Trading“ bzw. „Season“ ist für die Vorhaltung
der gebündelten Kapazitäten im Leistungszeitraum zu zahlen und wird taggenau in
Euro pro Gastag (€/d) berechnet.

Kapazitätsverhältnis der Standardkonfiguration
Leistungsentgelte für eine individuelle Konfiguration
Die Leistungsentgelte für eine individuelle Konfiguration der Produkte „Trading“ und
„Season“ für das jeweilige Speicherjahr errechnen sich in Abhängigkeit von der konkret gewünschten Menge der Kapazitäten Arbeitsgasvolumen, Einspeicherleistung
und Ausspeicherleistung.
Das für eine individuelle Konfiguration zu zahlende Leistungsentgelt kann der Kunde

mit Hilfe des Online-Produktkonfigurators „easystore“ im Kundenportal selbst ermitteln oder

unter Angabe der gewünschten Kapazitäten im Wege einer formlosen E-Mail an
[email protected] direkt bei VGS unverbindlich erfragen.
2.2
Leistungsentgelte „Add ons“
Die Leistungsentgelte für die zusätzlich zu einem bestehenden Vertrag „Trading“
bzw. „Season“ als Basisvertrag kontrahierbaren ungebündelten Kapazitäten Arbeitsgasvolumen, Einspeicherleistung und Ausspeicherleistung auf fester oder unterbrechbarer Basis („Add ons“) sind für die Vorhaltung der jeweiligen Kapazität im Leistungszeitraum zu zahlen und werden taggenau in Euro pro Gastag (€/d) berechnet.
Das für ein „Add on“ zu zahlende Leistungsentgelt errechnet sich in Abhängigkeit von
den bereits kontrahierten Kapazitätsmengen des jeweiligen Basisvertrages.
Der Kunde kann das entsprechende Leistungsentgelt

innerhalb des nicht-öffentlichen Bereichs des Kundenportals mit Hilfe einer im
Vertragsmonitor für den jeweiligen Basisvertrag eingerichteten KonfigurationsSeite 4 von 10

und Kalkulationsfunktion des Online-Produktkonfigurators „easystore“ selbst ermitteln oder

unter Angabe der Vertragsnummer des betreffenden Basisvertrages, der gewünschten Kapazität(en) und des hierfür vorgesehenen Leistungszeitraums im
Wege einer formlosen E-Mail an [email protected] direkt und unverbindlich bei VGS erfragen.
2.3
Vertragsspezifisches Leistungsentgelt und dessen Anpassung
Das für die kontrahierten gebündelten Kapazitäten des jeweiligen Vertrages „Trading“
bzw. „Season“ vom Kunden zu zahlende Leistungsentgelt ebenso wie das für die
kontrahierten ungebündelten Kapazitäten einer Zusatzvereinbarung über ein „Add
on“ vom Kunden zu zahlende Leistungsentgelt (jeweils „vertragsspezifisches Leistungsentgelt (LE)“) ändert sich nach Maßgabe der nachstehenden Entgeltanpassungsformel zum 1. April, 06:00 Uhr eines jeden Kalenderjahres k+1 (Anpassungszeitpunkt):

Das vertragsspezifische Leistungsentgelt in €/d wird auf zwei Dezimalstellen kaufmännisch nach DIN 1333 auf- oder abgerundet.
Stellt das Statistische Bundesamt den Index der Erzeugnisse der Investitionsgüterproduzenten und/oder den Index der tariflichen Monatsverdienste für Arbeitnehmer
im Wirtschaftszweig Energieversorgung auf ein neues Basisjahr um, so gilt die ab
diesem Datum veröffentlichte jeweilige neue Reihe mit Wirkung zum nächstfolgenden
Berechnungszeitpunkt für zukünftige Anpassungen des vertragsspezifischen Leistungsentgeltes.
Wird der Index der Erzeugnisse der Investitionsgüterproduzenten und/oder der Index
der tariflichen Monatsverdienste für Arbeitnehmer im Wirtschaftszweig Energieversorgung ersetzt, wesentlich geändert oder nicht mehr veröffentlicht, so ist VGS berechtigt, ab dem Datum einer solchen Veränderung mit Wirkung zum nächstfolgenden Berechnungszeitpunkt einen anderen Index festzulegen, der dem wirtschaftlichen Grundgedanken der beschriebenen Entgeltanpassungsregelung möglichst nahe
kommt.
2.4
Rabattierung des vertragsspezifischen Leistungsentgelts
Für die Produkte „Trading“ und „Season“ sowie für „Add ons“ gewährt VGS laufzeitabhängige Rabatte auf das vom Kunden für die kontrahierten Kapazitäten zu zahlende vertragsspezifische Leistungsentgelt in €/d. In Abhängigkeit vom Leistungszeitraum des jeweiligen Vertrages „Trading“ oder „Season“ bzw. der jeweiligen Zusatzvereinbarung „Add on“ ergeben sich die folgenden Rabatte:

Unter dem Begriff "Jahr" ist ein Zeitraum von jeweils zwölf (12) zusammenhängenden Monaten zu verstehen,
gleichgültig an welchem Gastag diese beginnen.
Leistungsentgelte „Pure“
Die folgende Tabelle enthält das für die Vorhaltung der Kapazität Arbeitsgasvolumen
des Produkts „Pure“ zu zahlende Leistungsentgelt AGV sowie die Faktoren „Leistungsentgelt ESL“ und „Leistungsentgelt ASL“, die für die Berechnung der nutzungsabhängig für die Kapazitäten Einspeicherleistung und Ausspeicherleistung des Produkts zu zahlenden Leistungsentgelte ESL bzw. ASL heranzuziehen sind:

Leistungsentgelt „Micro“ und „BioMicro“
Das Leistungsentgelt für die Produkte „Micro“ bzw. „BioMicro“ ist für die Vorhaltung
der gebündelten Kapazitäten für jeweils sieben (7) aufeinanderfolgende Gastage zu
zahlen und wird in Euro pro Woche (€/Woche) berechnet.

Variables Entgelt
Variables Entgelt ist für die vom Kunden eingespeicherten Gasmengen, multipliziert
mit dem für das jeweilige Speicherjahr geltenden Faktor „variables Entgelt“, zu zahlen
und wird in €/MWh berechnet.

Entgelt“.
Wird der Index der tariflichen Monatsverdienste für Arbeitnehmer im Wirtschaftszweig
Energieversorgung, der Index der Erzeugerpreise für elektrischen Strom, bei Abgabe
an Sonderkunden und/oder der Index der Erzeugerpreise für Erdgas, bei Abgabe an
die Industrie ersetzt, wesentlich geändert oder nicht mehr veröffentlicht, so ist VGS
berechtigt, ab dem Datum einer solchen Veränderung mit Wirkung zum nächstfolgenden Berechnungszeitpunkt einen anderen Index festzulegen, der dem wirtschaftlichen Grundgedanken der beschriebenen Anpassungsregelung möglichst nahe
kommt.

Das Übertragungsentgelt für die teilweise Kapazitätsübertragung wird wie folgt berechnet:

Nach Aufteilung der Kapazitäten in mindestens zwei neue Verträge ist zunächst
der Betrag zu ermitteln, der sich für die Dauer von einem Speicherjahr als Leistungsentgelt für diejenigen Kapazitäten ergibt, die übertragen worden sind.

Das Übertragungsentgelt für die teilweise Kapazitätsübertragung beträgt 1 %
dieses ermittelten Betrages, mindestens aber 5.000,00 €.

Übergabeentgelt
Als Übergabeentgelt für die Gasübergabe innerhalb des Speichers wird pro übergebener MWh Gas ein Entgelt von 0,89 ct, mindestens jedoch 500,00 €, erhoben.
SONSTIGE ENTGELTE

Pauschale Aufwandsvergütung
Befinden sich zum Ende des Leistungszeitraums noch Gasmengen des Kunden im
Speicher und hat der Kunde die ihm gemäß Speicher-AGB gegebenen Möglichkeiten
der Ausspeicherung oder der Gasübergabe nicht genutzt bzw. nicht nutzen können,
so erhebt VGS für die Verwertung der Gasmengen durch Verkauf eine pauschale
Aufwandsvergütung. Die pauschale Aufwandsvergütung beträgt 1 % des Verkaufserlöses, mindestens jedoch 500,00 € pro Transaktion.
