1.0 Installation
Mit Hilfe des Programmes "ATMOS S 61 Terminal" können
die auf der Steuerplatine gespeicherten Werte ausgelesen
werden, und nach der Seriennummer der Steuerplatine in
einer Datenbank abgelegt werden. Weiterhin lassen sich die
in der Datenbank gespeicherten Werte auf die Steuerplatine
zurückschreiben, wenn diese gewechselt werden mußte.
Nach dem Wechsel von Bauteilen, deren Laufzeiten auf der
Steuerplatine abgelegt sind, muß die Laufzeit von diesem
Bauteil wieder auf 0 zurückgesetzt werden. Dies geschieht
ebenfalls mit Hilfe dieser Software.

Installation
Ist der Rechner zum automatischen Start von CD eingerichtet,
startet die Installationsroutine automatisch nach dem Einlegen
der Software CD in das CD-Laufwerk. Falls die CD nicht automatisch startet, kann die Installation manuell angeschoben
werden. Dazu ist das Programm "Setup.exe" im Hauptverzeichnis der Installations-CD mit Doppelklick zu starten.

Leider ist die Installationsroutine derzeit nur in
deutscher Sprache verfügbar. Die Oberfläche des
eigentlichen Programms ist dann aber komplett
in englisch.
Nach dem Start des Installationsprogramms erscheint das
Startfenster. Folgen Sie den Hinweisen der einzelnen Fenster
während des Installationsprozesses.
Im Fenster für die Lizenzvereinbarung können Sie erst fortfahren, wenn die Lizenzverinbarung durch die Markierung des
Begrüßungsbildschirm

1.0 Installation
The next window shows you the installation progress.
When the installation was finished the button "Weiter" is ready
to be pressed.
Press it to continue.
The next window is giving the information that the software
installation has been finished.
Very important for the communication between computer and
controllerboard is the installation of the USB drivers:
In WindowsXP / Windows 2000 keep the box "USB-Setup
starten" marked. After pressing "Fertigstellen" the USB-drivers
will be installed on Computer.
The successful driver installation will be confirmed.
The installation procedure has finished now.and the icon
appears on desktop.

2.0 Bedienung "S 61 Terminal" workstation
Softwarebeschreibung
Zur Nutzung des Programms muß das ATMOS USB Verbindungskabel an einem USB-Port angeschlossen sein, und mit
der Buchse "rs1" der Steuerplatine verbunden sein.

Das Programm ATMOS S 61 Terminal wird durch Doppelklick
auf das Symbol

Es erscheint der Startbildschirm des ATMOS S 61 Terminal
Programms. Über die Symbolleiste können die Funktionen:

Wenn das Menü für die ATMOS S 61 Servant workstation
geöffnet wurde, sind zuerst noch keine Werte sichtbar. Diese
müssen erst durch Klick auf das Symbol

Im Beispiel wurde nach einer Wartung die Real Time Clock
auf "0" zurückgesetzt. Da auch die Saugpumpe getauscht
wurde, wurde auch deren Laufzeit auf "0" gesetzt. In das
Kommentarfeld sollte nun der Grund für das Zurücksetzten
eingetragen werden. Mit

Sind die Tätigkeiten beendet, wird mit
die Verbindung zur Steuerplatine getrennt. So ist sichergestellt. das alle
Werte sauber abgespeichert werden, und daß die Verbindung
gefahrlos unterbrochen werden kann.
Vor dem Trennen des Kabels ist die ATMOS S 61 Servant
workstation auszuschalten!
3.0 Bedienung "S 61 Terminal" vision
Mit Hilfe des Programmes "ATMOS S 61 Terminal" können
die auf der Kaltlichtsteuerplatine gespeicherten Werte über
die Laufzeit der Lampen für jeden Lichtkanal ausgelesen und
nach der Seriennummer der Steuerplatine in einer Datenbank
abgelegt werden. Nach dem Wechsel von Lampen, muß der
Laufzeitzähler für diesen Kanal wieder auf 0 zurückgesetzt
werden. Siehe Kapitel 8.2.2

S61 Servant Vision
Nach dem Start des Programms gelangen Sie in das Menü für
den ATMOS S 61 Servant vision über den Button
für den ATMOS S 61 Servant vision
Folgende Funktionen sind in diesem Menü verfügbar:

3.0 Bedienung "S 61 Terminal" vision
Diese müssen erst durch Klick auf das Symbol

Je Lichtkanal:
• Lampentyp (Lamp type)
• Anzahl der durchgeführten Lampenwechsel je Kanal (Lamp
replaced)
• Aktuelle Laufzeit der Lampe je Lichtkanals (Lamp Count
actual (h))
• Betriebsstundenhistorie je Lampenkanal der letzten 10
Lampen (Lamp Count history [0]-[9](h))
werden die Werte SeriennumÜber das Symbol
mernbezogen in einer Datenbank im PC gespeichert. In das
Feld "comment" kann vor dem Speichern ein Hinweis eingegeben werden.
Wird eine Lampe ausgewechselt und der Zähler wieder auf
0 zurückgestellt, wird die aktuelle Betriebsstundenzahl in
den ersten Eintrag der Betriebsstundenhistorie übernommen.
Bereits in der Historie abgelegte Werte rücken einen Eintrag
weiter. Der Zähler für die gewechselten Lampen wird für diesen
Kanal um den Wert 1 erhöht.
Mit einem Klick auf den Button
werden alle Einträge
in einem Schritt auf Null gesetzt werden.

Achtung! Es werden alle Einträge inklusive der
Historie auf "0" gesetzt, wenn Sie die Sicherheitsabfrage mit "Ja" bestätigen.

4.0 Instalation
The values logged on the control board can be read with
the aid of the program „ATMOS S 61 Terminal“ and filed in a
database in accordance with the serial number of the control
board. Furthermore, the values logged in the database can be
copied on the control board, if the database has to be replaced.
After the exchange of components, of which the running times
are recorded on the control board, the running time of the
component must be reset to 0. This is also accomplished with
the aid of this software.

Installation
If the computer is set up for the automatic starting of CDs, the
installation routine will start automatically following the insertion
of the software CD in the CD drive. The installation process
can be initiated manually if the CD does not start automatically.
To achieve this purpose, the program „Setup.exe“ in the main
directory of the installation CD is started with a double click.

Unfortunately the installation routine handbook is
only available in German language at the moment.
The surface of the actual program is then entirely
in English.
The start window appears as soon as the installation program
has started. Follow the instructions of the individual windows
during the installation process.
In the window for the license agreement you may only proceed, when the license agreement is accepted by marking the
corresponding field.

5.0 Operating "S 61 Terminal" workstation
Description of software
Before the program can be used the ATMOS USB connection
cable must be linked to a USB and connected with the bush
„rs1“ on the control board.

5.0 Operating "S 61 Terminal" workstation
There are no values visible initially when the menu for the
ATMOS S 61 Servant workstation is opened.
These must first be loaded by clicking the icon in which the
program is to be loaded.
The following information is displayed:
Software version
Serial number of the control board
Comment
Lapsed time since the last maintenance.
Running time of the pressure pump in hours
Running time of the suction pump in hours
Running time of the waste water pump in hours
Running time of the peristaltic pump in hours
Power of the buffer battery in V
Imported values from the control board
Using the icon the values can be saved in a database in the computer in relation to the serial number. A reference
to the reason should be given in the „comment“ field prior to
logging the values.
If corresponding components have been replaced, or maintenance action has been carried out, the times should be reset
to „0“. For this an input command is opened via a double click
in the relevant white field. In the example the real time clock is
reset to „0“ following maintenance action. As the suction pump
has also been replaced, its running time is also reset to „0“.
The reasons for the action should now be entered in the
comment field.

6.0 Operating "S 61 Terminal" vision
Bush „RS232“ for the link with the ATMOS USB connection cable
With the aid of the program „ATMOS S 61 Terminal“ it is possible to read the values relating to the life span of the lamps for
each light canal, saved on the cold-light control board, can be
read and archived in a database in accordance with the serial
number of the control board. Whenever lamps are replaced
the time counter for this canal must be reset to 0.

After the program has started you will proceed to the menu for

6.0 Operating "S 61 Terminal" vision
