This luxury chalet rental in Hakuba directly faces the central Happo resort gondola and
Olympic slopes. The main resort lifts are 100 metres from the ski chalet. Ease of
access to world-class snow just does not get any better than this! The chalet also has
direct access to Japan's most exciting mountain hiking trails, canoeing, rafting, firefly
night paddles, mountain bike paths, paragliding, and a lot more. Even non-skiers will
fall in love with this mountain sanctuary. Hakuba is one of Asia's leading outdoor
recreation destinations and you are located at the very heart of it.
Extravagant use of glass, stainless steel and marble lends a minimalistic style, while
lovely red cedar fills the exceptional private chalet with cosy mountain warmth. The top
floor has a vast open plan layout comprising of a kitchen, bar, dining, living, lounge
and games area, toilet, outside deck and stunning wine room. Adjacent is a black
marble cocktail bar, complete with professional bartending equipment. The floor-toceiling glass feature wine room is an oenophile's dream, show casing up to 700
imported global wines, from both boutique and iconic vineyards. The kitchen is fully
equipped with the highest quality appliances. The outside deck area has a table and
chairs, heating lamps to enable you to enjoy the mountain air in the winter months,
and a barbecue and grill. IPads, located throughout the property, are used to control
lighting, heating, music or the 3D plasma TV retracting from your bedroom ceiling.
Sleeping for ten is provided in five rooms, four of which are en suite with deluxe 100%
Egyptian cotton sheets. Bedrooms one and two have direct mountain-facing views.
Bedrooms three and four have beautiful forest views. The en suite bathrooms come
with bath, Hansgrohe shower and a vanity unit. Bedroom 5 overlooks the gorgeous
Wadano forest, and while it makes a great room for kids, it also doubles as an office
with a dedicated PS3 machine for exclusive use in room.
The Olympic standard gym has a spa and wellness complex with 16 pieces of Techno

people in opulent luxury. It includes the latest in spa and electronic facilities and has

Outside is a half-court basketball facility and stunning views of the Japan Alps. The
boxing Dojo, with all the necessary boxing equipment, is a surprizing addition. On the
top floor is a games area with a glass top pool table, the first of its kind to be imported
into Japan, and family games such as a Monopoly set, chess set and playing cards.
The contemporary luxury chalet has a concierge service and guests can take the
chalet 4x4 vehicle for a spin and explore the valley. The dry room has state-of-the-art
Innova boot and helmet warmers with an automated timer. There is a locking area for
ski equipment and an excellent laundry room.
