This authentic country farmhouse is located amongst olive, fig, carob and oak trees in
a quiet rural environment. With its rural character, the luxury villa is a true
representation of life in the Mallorcan countryside and takes you back to the way it
was for hundreds of years. It is secluded and the nearest town, Pollenca, with its
supermarkets and shops is five kilometres away. The sea and the nearest beach is 12
kilometres away and it is 60 kilometres from the closest airport. It is the perfect private
rental villa for a family with children or for a romantic getaway.
This spacious property keeps its rustic charm without withholding any modern
comforts. It is built from rocks and thick wooden beams are visible in the walls and
support the ceilings. Old dark wood is used everywhere, from the furniture and the
stair railings, to the doors and window frames. On the ground floor the entrance leads
onto the dining room and stairs upwards, the spacious living room with fireplace, the
fully equipped kitchen and an exterior laundry room. On the first floor is an additional
large living room with a fireplace and ceiling window. It leads to a terrace. The villa has
satellite TV, a DVD player and a table tennis table.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom and on the first floor is a twin bedroom, both
with en suite shower rooms. In the additional upstairs living room is a single bed and
access to the third, twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Each bedroom has its
own colour themed bedcovers, curtains, and art on the walls.
The property is surrounded by a natural, mature garden offering absolute peace and
privacy. From the covered porch, with wooden bench and barbeque, there is a 20metre path, which leads you to the pool area with umbrella and sun beds. On the first
floor is a terrace with table and chairs. Outside next to the house is a quiet shaded
corner with an umbrella, table and chairs.
