Treiber: „S7‐1200 TCP/IP“ Über diesen Treiber kann FACTORY I/O mit einer SIEMENS S7‐1200 CPU verbunden werden. Die verwendete CPU muss mit keinen Signalbaugruppen (weder analog noch digital) verbunden sein! Dieser Treiber unterstützt: 16 DI, 16 DO, 8 AI, 8 AO Um diesen Treiber in FACTORY I/O nutzen zu können, benötigen Sie eine Lizenz. Ist eine Lizenz vorhanden, können Sie diesen Treiber innerhalb der Treiberkonfiguration in FACTORY I/O auswählen. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten: Verbindungseinstellungen Netzwerkkarte Wählen Sie hier die Netzwerkkarte, die für die Kommunikation verwendet werden soll. IP‐Adresse der CPU Die IP‐Adresse der angeschlossenen Steuerung. Verwenden Sie bei der Programmierung folgende Ein‐ und Ausgänge: Binäre Eingänge: E0.0 – E1.7 Binäre Ausgänge: A0.0 – A1.7 Analoge Eingänge: EW100 – EW114 Analoge Ausgänge: AW100 – AW114 Wichtige Information: Factory I/O benutzt folgende Eingangsadressen: 0,1,100‐115. Stellen Sie sicher, dass diese Adressen nicht von Eingangsmodulen belegt sind. Ist das der Fall, dann müssen Sie die Adressen über die Hardwarekonfiguration des TIA‐PORTALS ändern. Ansonsten können die Sensoren nicht geschrieben werden. Damit der Treiber auf eine 1200‐CPU zugreifen kann, müssen die Sicherheitseinstellungen in der Hardwarekonfiguration überprüft werden (ab Firmware >=4) : Doppelklicken Sie auf die CPU in der Geräteübersicht. Im unteren Bereich finden Sie im Abschnitt Allgemein‐>Schutz die Sicherheitseinstellungen. Hier muss der Schutz auf „Vollzugriff (kein Schutz)“ eingestellt sein. Zusätzlich muss die weiter unten stehende Einstellung „Zugriff über PUT/GET‐Kommunikation…“ aktiv sein. © 2014 MHJ‐Software GmbH & Co. This driver supports: 16 DI, 16 DO, 8 AI, 8 AO To use this driver in FACTORY I/O, you need a license. Is this license available, you can select the driver in the driver configuration menu of FACTORY I/O. Settings: Connection Settings Network Interface Select the network interface, you want to use IP address of the PLC The IP address of the connected PLC Please use in your program the following addresses: Binary Inputs: I0.0 – I1.7 Binary Outputs: Q0.0 – Q1.7 Analog Inputs: IW100 – IW114 Analog Outputs: QW100 – QW114 Important Information: Factory I/O uses the following input addresses: 0, 1, 100‐115. Make sure, that the connected PLC don’t uses this input addresses. If this is the case, change the addresses of the inputs with the hardware configurator of the TIA‐PORTAL. Otherwise the sensors can’t be written to the PLC. To ensure that the driver can access the 1200‐PLC, you should check the following protection settings in the TIA‐PORTAL hardware configuration: Double click the Plc in the device overview. In the bottom you find in section General‐>Protection the settings. Make sure that „Full access (no protection)“ is selected.
