Alice products will soon be available in more than 70 O2
shops
MUNICH/HAMBURG. Telefónica O2 Germany is pushing ahead with the
integration of the DSL service provider HanseNet. Customers can now
purchase Alice fixed network products in O2 Shops in four different cities.
Within the next few weeks, this offer will be available in 71 O2 shops in
Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg and Munich, where customers will be able to
benefit from the wide range of Alice products. This campaign is being
accompanied by a promotion in the shops with the Alice model, Vanessa
Hessler. The motto: “Alice is now at home with O2”.
“By selling Alice products in our O2 shops, we are taking a big step towards
completing the integration of both companies as well as the brand Alice“, says René
Schuster, CEO of Telefónica O2 Germany. “This provides our customers with clear
advantages: they have more choice and can benefit from the popular Alice DSL
products.“ Lutz Schüler, CEO of HanseNet, adds: “By using the comprehensive
network of O2 shops for Alice products, we can accelerate our growth and exploit
new target groups.”
Up to the end of this year, Telefónica O2 Germany and HanseNet will further integrate
their sales channels. Since Febuary this year, HanseNet belongs to Telefónica O2
Germany. Thus, the company is strengthening its position as one of the leading,
integrated telecommunications service providers and can offer customers mobile and
fixed-network products from a single source.
