 Informationen zu den Ausstellungszelten und zur Bestellung
Um ein einheitliches und ansprechendes Gesamtbild der Ausstellung zu erhalten, bringen Sie bitte ein
weisses, wetterfestes Zelt mit. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass wir keine leichten Steckzelte aus dem
Baumarkt akzeptieren.
Falls Sie kein Zelt haben, bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit, über unseren Partner und Lieferanten Gardeko
GmbH ein Zelt zu Nettopreisen zu beziehen. Dieses wird bequem direkt nach Murten an den Ausstellungsort
geliefert.
Nutzen sie die Gelegenheit der Sammelbestellung und wählen sie eines der nachfolgenden zwei Zelte aus,
die Seitenwände dazu können auch gleich mitbestellt werden:

„Keramikpanorama“. Herr Heutschi wird Ihnen eine Bestellbestätigung schicken unter Angabe der
provisorischen Lieferkosten. Die Lieferkosten verringern sich, je mehr Zelte bestellt werden.
Bestellschluss ist der Freitag, 29. Juli 2016. Danach erhalten Sie die Rechnung mit den definitiven
Lieferkosten.

Tente d’exposition et commande
Pour une présentation harmonieuse de l’exposition, les tentes doivent impérativement être blanches ou
claires. Elles doivent résister aux intempéries, les tentes légères, bon marchés style do-it ne sont pas
acceptées.
Si vous n’en avez pas, nous vous offrons la possibilité d’en obtenir une à un prix intéressant chez notre
partenaire Gardeko GmbH. La tente sera directement livrée sur place.
Profitez de la commande groupée pour acheter la tente de votre choix et sélectionnez directement les parois
souhaitées, le tout vous sera directement livré sur place à Morat.

Information Tent/Pavilion and ordering
We like to make a nice and pretty impression on the Pantschau, so please bring a white, strong and
weatherproof tent. Please note that we don’t accept light(weight) tents from the „DoitYourself-Shop“.
If you don’t have one you have the possibiliy to order one directly at our Partner and supplier Gardeko
GmbH, price especially low. This tent would be delivered comfortably and directly to Murten.

shipping costs to Murten. Shipping costs get reduced the more tents are ordered.
Deadline is Friday, 29th of july 2016. You will then receive your bill for the tent and the definite shipping
costs.
