Perfection through
innovative thinking.
For over 85 years, work at SCHEU-DENTAL has revolved
around the claim of offering customers dental products
and services characterised by maximum precision.
An ambitious claim, which has been pursued from the
outset by company founder Rudolf Scheu, with staff
at SCHEU-DENTAL strongly committed to fulfilling this
challenge.
This philosophy and our attention to detail have helped
us to establish ourselves as market leaders in the field
of dental pressure moulding and sleep medicine and to
play a key role in shaping the face of dental technology
throughout the world. These achievements confirm the
principles of our traditional company, a source of pride
to us.
Our key priority has remained the same: to deliver top
quality on a daily basis with the help of a team of welltrained and highly motivated staff. See it for yourself
and discover the wide range of products available from
SCHEU-DENTAL in our new catalogue.
Perfection is an obligation – arising from tradition and
commitment to the company.

For us at SCHEU-DENTAL
continuity and quality
go hand in hand!
We have been manufacturing clasps for more than 85 years. Based on that
experience, our range of clasps and bars has become a bench mark. Made
of high-grade stainless steel alloys, fabricated in a cutting and cold forming
process, one piece without any soldering connection and highly-polished surface.
Our clasps are of excellent elasticity and stability – your patients can trust you.

Our products
are still unsurpassed!
Quality is not a question of size. End of the 1950ies, our first
orthodontic product was the SCHEU-Anchor – a retention element,
still unsurpassed in terms of quality, workmanship and spring force.
Today our orthodontic line is supplemented and enhanced by innovative products such as VECTOR® expansion screws and the

MENZANIUM®
MENZANIUM® is a nickel-free* alloy, fabricated in a patented
high-pressure melting process replacing allergenic nickel
components by manganese and nitrogen. Compared to
conventional stainless steel wires, corrosion resistance and
breaking strength are increased. Wire is available in two
versions, hard (1400 –1600 N/mm2) and spring-hard
(1800 – 2000 N/mm2).
* Nickel trace-elements of 0-0.2 % are possible due to material procesising.

Parallelometer
Indispensable auxiliary for fabricating precise adjusted
splints, for fixing the insertion direction and marking the
tooth equator. It is essential to make sure the extension of an
adjusted splint made of DURAN®/DURASPLINT® LC doesn’t
exceed the tooth equator, as otherwise cracks or fissures
may occur when inserting or removing the splint.

LC-6 Light Oven
High-capacity light polymerisation unit for up to 4 models or
fixator. Its inner dimensions of 170 × 160 × 120 mm
(W × D × H) offer enough space for articulated and mounted
models. 6 fluorescent light tubes (3 UVA and 3 blue light
tubes) and an aluminium reflector guarantee homogeneous
illumination. 2 polymerisation times of 5 and 10 min. are
already pre-set in accordance with the light-curing material
DURASPLINT® LC. Continuous operation can also be set.
Spectral range between 350 and 450 nm. Auto start function
for easier application.

Heating Support
Can be attached to the heater when fabricating positioners
and mouth guard. Provides the optimum distance between
model and heater while heating the occlusal surfaces and
ensures good compound of upper and lower splint.
Dimensions (W × H × D): 190 × 160 × 70 mm

LCD-DISPLAY!
BIOSTAR®
Versatile pressure moulding machine for all applications in
dental pressure moulding and orthodontics with scan technology and 6.0 bar working pressure. The unique thermally
controlled infrared heater reaches working temperature in
one second. All important data such as temperature, heating
and cooling times are programmed by reading the scanner or
entering the corresponding code. The coloured 3.2˝ LCD display with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixel leads you through
the single working steps of the pressure moulding process,
providing further information on the scanned material, its
indication as a well as a library with illustrated application
hints for fabrication. USB port for trouble-free updates. Large
model cup facilitates embedding of mounted models. Pellet
container ensures optimum dispensing and storing of pellets.
Power: 230/115/100 V, 850 W
Working pressure: 0.5 – 6.0 bar
