CONTOUR EASY SPLIT
contour easy split Felle sind eine ideale Lösung für
Freeride Ski ab 95 mm Mittelbreite.
Jedes Fell besteht aus 2 Streifen, die mittels
Einhängebügel (Schaufel und Ende) lösbar
miteinander verbunden sind. So werden sie auf
die Skilänge angepasst:
1. Klettlasche mit „contour“ Logo auf dem
Flauschteil, das auf der Fellseite eines Streifens
auflaminiert ist, fixieren. Schutzfolie abziehen,
Bügel an der Skispitze einhängen und Fell
der Schikante entlang auf den Belag kleben.
Überstehendes Fell am Ende abschneiden.
2. Zweite, neutrale Klettlasche am Skiende
einhängen, Klett an der Unterseite des zweiten
Fellstreifens auf Flauschteil fixieren, Schutzfolie
abziehen und Fell von hinten nach vorne auf
Skibelag (entlang der Kante) kleben, Überstand
vorne abschneiden. Jetzt Klettlasche vorne abnehmen, loses Fellende um den Bügel schlagen
und mit beiliegendem Kunststoff-Clip fixieren.
Am Skiende ebenso verfahren – fertig!
Zum Abnehmen der Felle, Klettlasche an der
Skispitze öffnen, einen Fellstreifen bis zur Mitte
abziehen, zusammenkleben, dann bis zum Ende
abziehen und wieder zusammenkleben. Zweite
Lasche am Skiende öffnen und Fellstreifen von
hinten nach vorne auf dieselbe Art abziehen. Klettlaschen zum Transport wieder schließen, damit
Fellstreifen nicht verwechselt werden.

contour easy split skins are a perfect solution for
freeride skis with a width of 95 mm and more in
the center.
Each skin consists of 2 skin-straps that are connected
with a buckle at the tip and tail of the skin. The
length adjustment is performed like this:
1. Attach hook part with contour logo to the loop
part that is laminated on the fur side of the skin
strap. Remove protective tape, slide buckle over
the ski tip and stick skin strap on the ski base
along the edge of the ski. Cut off excessive skin at
the end of the ski.
2. Attach buckle with second, neutral hook part to
the end of the ski, hook part facing up. Fix loop
part laminated to the glue side of the second skin
strap to the hook part. Remove protective tape
and stick skin strap on the ski from back to front
along the other edge. Cut off excessive skin at the
tip of the ski. Now remove Velcro part at tip of
ski, overlap second skins strap through the buckle
next to the hook section and secure with plastic
clip. Follow the same procedure at the rear end
with the first skin strap – ready!
To remove the skins, open hook section at the tip,
remove skin strap only to the middle of the ski,
glue together, then remove rest of the skin and
glue this part together. Now open rear fixation and
remove this strap accordingly forming two slings.
For transport, close hook/loop attachment to avoid
confusing the skin straps.
