Maurice Khawam is the Chairman and President of NTF-Capital, a principaldriven Private-Equity boutique created in 2003 and active in France and
the US in the clean energy, innovation and RE sectors. Maurice serves on

CHAUDRON Nicolas
Nicolas Chaudron joined Idinvest Partners, formerly AGF Private Equity and
an affiliate of Allianz, in 2001. Since 2006 he has been focusing on the
cleantech sector. In 2011, he launched Electranova Capital, a cleantech VC
fund managed by Idinvest Partners and sponsored by EDF. Nicolas led
investments in several companies including Nenuphar (vertical axis wind
turbines), Prudent Energy (stationary energy storage), Seatower
(foundations for offshore wind), Forsee Power (energy storage), Sunfire

Tom has served for over 15 years on the Board of Directors of the French-American Chamber
of Commerce in Chicago, and has a close working relationship with many Chambers of
Commerce located throughout France. He is the US lawyer recommended by the Fédération

summary of legal aspects of doing business in the US in one of France’s major international
trade publications, le MOCI. Tom is also featured in the 2014 Annuaire of the French Conseillers

For over 20 years, Ms. Vien held several positions as General Manager and
Sales Executive in the software and multimedia/internet technologies
industry both in the US and in Europe (Accenture, BroadVision, iMediation,
Twenga, Networth). Ms. Vien has also developed software for the World
Bank (Washington DC) and lived in the silicon valley where she co-founded
EZ Login, an aggregator for financial portals which has been acquired by a
Nasdaq company.
Ms Vien was one of the early executives who joined BroadVision, an eCommerce software
company based in the US, who went IPO in 1996.
With her unique ability to bridge cultures, functions & industries, Ms. Vien devotes her
International Business Development expertise to help start ups and new ventures.
Trained as an architect in Paris, Ms. Vien completed her education in 1985 with a MSc degree
at M.I.T. (Massachussets Institute of Technology). With her dual degree and career path, Ms.
Vien was also heading the International Department of Arte Charpentier, the architecture firm
who built the Grand Theatre of Shanghai and Pudong in China.
