Flachdachmontage ohne Dachdurchdringung
Heckert Solar ist für das innovative Flachdachsystem SCIROCCO® der Firma hb solar zertifiziert. Deren Flachdachsystem reduziert die
statische Belastung der Gebäudekonstruktion
nachweislich um bis zu 70 Prozent gegenüber
konventionellen Photovoltaikanlagen. Damit
erlaubt das System die Nutzung von Industriedachflächen, die bisher aufgrund statischer
Probleme nicht zur Gewinnung von Solarstrom
genutzt werden konnten.

Mit dem Photovoltaik-Indach-Montagesystem

Heckert Solar est certifié SCIROCCO®, le système de toiture plate innovateur de l’entreprise HB. Face à l’installation photovoltaïque
conventionnelle son système de toiture plate
réduit la charge statique de la construction
du bâtiment manifestement jusqu’à 70%.
Avec cela le système permet l’utilisation
des surfaces de toiture industrielles qui ne
pouvaient pas être utilisées jusqu’à présent
en raison des problèmes statiques à la production de l’énergie solaire. Sous l’exploitation des effets aérodynamiques, l’utilisation
de l’aluminium et acier inox garantit la plus
haute stabilité et résistance à la corrosion
avec une masse réduite sans toucher à la surface de toiture. Au moyen des programmes
de l’institut pour l’aérodynamique industrielle à l’école supérieure spécialisée d’Aixla-Chapelle (IFI) HB solar propose à ceci une
analyse qualitative de résistance au vent et,
sur demande, aussi une expertise de vent
correspondant.

De la même nous avons entamé une nouvelle coopération avec l’entreprise Schweizer pour les installations intégrées aux
toitures. Avec le système de montage photovoltaïque intégré au toit SOLRIF® les
tuiles solaires sont produites de nos laminés solaires (le module PXL 200 sans cadre
de Heckert Solar). Celles-ci sont qualifiées
pour presque toutes les variantes de toitures obliques et remplacent la couverture de
toit conventionnel.

SolRif® Roof Integration
SolRif® eignet sich für praktisch alle Schrägdachvarianten – im Alt- und im Neubau. Die
Heckert Solar Module mit vier speziell gefertigten, stranggepressten Aluminiumprofilen können zu «Solardachziegeln» verarbeitet werden,
welche die konventionelle Dachabdeckung
(Dachziegel, Schindeln usw.) ersetzen. SolRif® bietet dabei viel Gestaltungsfreiheit: Es
kann auch als vollflächiger Dachbelag verwendet werden und die Profile sind in silber oder
schwarz erhältlich.

Das Heckert Solar Modul wird sowohl am
Fuß- als auch am Firstprofil befestigt. Darüber
hinaus sorgen systemverbindende Aluminiumschienen für zusätzliche Stabilität und Sicherheit im Solarsystem. Scirocco® widersteht
im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Flachdachsystemen deutlich stärkeren Windlasten und
Verschiebekräften. Der Hersteller hb Solar gilt
aufgrund seines ballastarmen Flachdachsystems als Systemhaus für effektive Solarsysteme auf Flach- und Industriedächern.
The Heckert Solar module is attached both at
the foot profile and the apex profile. In addition, system-connecting aluminium bars ensure the added stability and safety of the solar
system. As compared to traditional flat roof
systems, the new flat roof system Scirocco®
can resist considerably higher wind loads and
displacing forces. Due to its low ballast flat
roof system Scirocco®, the producer hb solar is
regarded as a systems developer for effective
solar systems on flat and industrial roofs.
Bei der Weiterentwicklung des Scirocco® Systems konnte die Verbindungstechnik weiter
standardisiert werden, was zu einer noch kürzeren Montagezeit führt. Das neue Fußprofil
lässt verschiedene Einstellwinkel mit einem
Profil zu, was die Flexibilität deutlich erhöht.
Die Kabel werden im Profil verlegt und sind
somit geschützt, womit die Störanfälligkeit
der Anlage vermindert wird. Trotz der Materialeinsparung und der hiermit erzielten weiteren Ballastreduzierung konnte die Stabilität
verbessert werden.
The joint and connections in the Scirocco®
system have been standardized to cut installation times. The new base section allows a
range of different angels to be selected with
just one base. To improve overall system reliability cables are laid in the base to protect
them against noise and interference. The stability of the structure is improved while at the
same time reducing its weight and the overall
ballast requirements.
