COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Final Project
¡  15%: Create your own food demo (in French) while preparing
a French dish of your choice at Maxcy test kitchen. Use an
herb grown by the class from our class garden!
ATTENDANCE POLICY
¡  Trip abroad is required component for successful completion
of course
¡  To be eligible to travel, students may not miss more than 10%
of the regular class meetings during first 2 weeks
¡  It is the responsibility of the student to find out what material
was missed in the event of an absence.
