Con l’ausilio di questa lista siamo certi che troverete il luogo e l’alloggio conforme
ai vostri desideri. I collaboratori del nostro Ente turistico restano volontieri a disposizione per ulteriori informazioni.
INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Prendete in considerazione i seguenti punti:
•Stipulate un contratto scritto.
•Tutte le questioni particolari relative alla locazione (animali domestici, ecc.) devono figurare nel contratto.
•Esigete una descrizione precisa dell’alloggio.
•Informatevi in merito alla ripartizione dei letti nelle diverse camere.
•Informatevi se nelle immediate vicinanze siano in corso delle costruzioni.
Vogliate osservare p.f.:
•che i proprietari hanno il diritto di esigere l’affitto pattuito nel caso di mancata
occupazione, di ritardo nella presa di possesso degli appartamenti prenotati o di
partenza anticipata (CO art. 257);
• di comunicare al locatore reclami o carenze entro 48 ore dalla consegna delle chiavi;
• che le indicazioni sono basate sulle dichiarazioni del locatore e che non possiamo
quindi garantirne l’esattezza.
L’Ente turistico declina ogni responsabilità concernente richieste di risarcimento
avanzate dalle parti contraenti nel caso di mancato rispetto del contratto;
• che per legge, ogni ospite soggiornante in Ticino è tenuto al versamento della tassa di soggiorno e che la notifica deve essere effettuata entro 24 ore dal suo arrivo;
• che i prezzi indicati nell’elenco degli appartamenti di vacanza sono esposti in
Franchi svizzeri ed Euro e includono l’imposta sul valore aggiunto (IVA).

Villa mit allem Komfort, vom typischen Tessinerhaus bis zur konfortablen Residenz
reicht.
In dieser Broschüre werden Sie eine Unterkunft finden, die Ihren Wünschen entspricht. Für weitere Auskünfte wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Mitarbeiterinnen,
die Sie gerne beraten werden.
ALLGEMEINE AUSKÜNFTE
Was Sie in Betracht ziehen sollten:
• Bestätigen Sie die Vermietung mittels eines Vertrages.
• Der Mietvertrag soll alle weiteren Einzelheiten (Haustieren usw.) regeln.
• Verlangen Sie eine genaue Beschreibung des Mietobjektes.
• Erkundigen Sie sich über die Bettenverteilung in den Zimmern.
• Erkundigen Sie sich ebenfalls, ob sich in nächster Umgebung Baustellen befinden.
Bitte beachten Sie:
•Der Mieter ist gegenüber dem Vermieter bei Nichtbezug, bei verspätetem Bezug
oder bei vorzeitiger Aufgabe reservierter Wohnungen entschädigungspflichtig
(OR Art. 257);
•Beschwerden oder Mängelrügen sind innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Schlüsselübergabe dem Vermieter mitzuteilen;
•Bei den vorliegenden Angaben stützen wir uns auf die Aussagen der Vermieter
und daher können wir für deren Richtigkeit nicht garantieren.
Für Schadenersatzforderungen der Vertragsparteien bei Nichterfüllung des Vertrages übernimmt der Verkehrsverein keine Haftung;

Cement itinerary
Nel 2012 il Parco delle gole della Breggia sarà ulteriormente
arricchito: la riqualifica dell’area del cementificio ex-Saceba,
nel cuore del Parco, offrirà al visitatore la possibilità di godere
di un vasto comparto finora industriale, ricco di contenuti naturalistici, storici, culturali, didattici in un quadro scenografico
straordinario.
Il percorso proporrà al visitatore di porsi centro di un processo
produttivo, seguendo la trasformazione della materia, dalla roccia calcarea prelevata nei cunicoli delle impressionanti gallerie,
ai frantoi e ai forni fino a raggiungere i sili. Un percorso estremamente accattivante per l’imponenza della scenografia naturale,
degli spazi nelle gallerie, dei resti degli stabilimenti industriali.
In 2012 the Park of the Breggia Gorge will be further enriched;
the upgrading of the area of the ex-Saceba cement factory in
the heart of the park will offer visitors the chance to enjoy a huge,
previously industrial, zone, which is full of naturalistic, historical,
cultural and didactic contents in extraordinary scenery.
The itinerary will suggest that visitors place themselves in the
centre of a productive process, following the transformation of
the raw material from the limestone rock taken from the impressive tunnel corridors via the grinders and kilns to reach the silos.
An extremely engaging route, given the impressiveness of the
natural setting, of the spaces in the tunnels and the remains of
the industrial plants.

Museo del Monte San Giorgio
Museum of Monte San Giorgio
Nel 2012 il nuovo Museo dei Fossili del Monte San Giorgio sarà
presentato al pubblico. Un’interessante ristrutturazione nel
centro del nucleo del paese di Meride, affrontata con grande
sensibilità dal noto architetto Mario Botta, ospiterà una ricca
collezione di fossili provenienti dagli scavi che, nel corso di oltre
100 anni, sono stati fatti dai ricercatori sul Monte San Giorgio.
Riconosciuto Patrimonio Mondiale dell’Umanità da UNESCO
nel 2003, grazie alla nuova, ampia struttura museale e ad un
interessante concetto espositivo, il Monte San Giorgio potrà
stupire i visitatori e svelare così l’unicità dei tesori che tanto
l’hanno reso famoso nel mondo.
In 2012 the new Fossil Museum on Monte San Giorgio will be
presented to the public. An interesting restructuring in the centre of the village of Meride, taken on with great sensitivity by the
famous architect Mario Botta, will host a rich collection of fossils
from the excavations which have been made by researchers on
Monte San Giorgio for more than 100 years.
