Technische Daten:
Der geprüfte D-Wert beträgt 16,1 kN. Dieser entspricht zum Beispiel einer Anhängelast von
3500 kg und einem zulässigen Gesamtgewicht des Kfz. von 3090 kg. Die geprüfte Stützlast
beträgt 100 kg.
Für den Fahrbetrieb sind die Angaben des Fahrzeugherstellers bzgl. Anhängelast und Stützlast
maßgebend, wobei die geprüften Werte des Anhängebockes nicht überschritten werden dürfen.
Hinweise:
Der Anhängebock ist ein Sicherheitsteil und darf nur von Fachpersonal montiert werden. Sofern
Ersatzteile erforderlich werden, dürfen auch diese nur von Fachpersonal am unbeschädigten
Originalteil verbaut werden.
Jegliche Änderungen bzw. Umbauten an dem Anhängebock sind unzulässig, sie führen
überdies zum Erlöschen der Betriebserlaubnis.
Bei Fahrt mit Anhänger sind die Fahrthinweise in der Betriebsanleitung des Fahrzeugherstellers
zu beachten.
Die Anhänger müssen mit einer entsprechenden Zugkugelkupplung ausgerüstet sein. Muß
durch den Anbau des Anhängebockes die Abschleppöse entfernt werden, dient der
Anhängebock als Ersatz hierfür, sofern die zulässige Anhängelast nicht überschritten wird und
der Abschleppvorgang auf verkehrsüblichen Straßen erfolgt.
Bei Montage einer Bolzenkupplung sind die Freiraummaße nach Anlage 1 der Unfallverhütungsvorschrift "Fahrzeuge" (VBG 12) einzuhalten.

Anhängebock
Die Kugel bzw. Kupplung ist sauber zu halten und zu fetten.
Achtung:
Bei Benutzung von Spurstabilisierungseinrichtungen, wie z.B. der Westfalia "SSK"
muß die Kupplungskugel fettfrei sein.
Die Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung beachten!
Hinweise:
Die vom Fahrzeughalter angegebenen, serienmäßig genehmigten Befestigungspunkte sind
eingehalten.
Die Anbaumaße und Freiraummaße nach Anhang VII, Abbildung 30 der Richtlinie 94/20/EG sind
gewährleistet. Der Anbau der mechanischen Verbindungseinrichtung ist entsprechend den
Festlegungen in Anhang I, Nr. 5.10. nach den Anforderungen des Anhangs VII der Richtlinie
94/20/EG zu prüfen.
Es ist zu beachten, daß die jeweils montierte KmH/Kugelplatte bzw. Bolzenkupplung oder das
Kupplungsschnellwechselsystem mit KmH / Kugelplatte oder selbsttätiger Bolzenkupplung im
Fahrzeugbrief und Fahrzeugschein eingetragen sein muß.
Diese Montageanleitung ist den Kfz. - Papieren beizufügen.
Allgemeine Montagehinweise :
Isoliermasse bzw. Unterbodenschutz am Kfz. - falls vorhanden - im Bereich der Anlagefläche des
Anhängebockes entfernen. Blanke Karosseriestellen mit Rostschutzfarbe bestreichen.
Elektrische Anlage 7-polig gemäß DINV 72570 montieren.
Elektrische Anlage 13-polig gemäß ISO 11446 montieren.
Sämtliche Befestigungsschrauben des Anhängebockes nach ca. 1000 Anhänger-km
nachziehen.
Dieser Anhängebock wiegt einschließlich aller Montageteile 32 kg. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie,
daß sich das Leergewicht Ihres Kfz. nach Montage des Anhängebockes um diesen Betrag
erhöht.
Achtung: In Verbindung mit diesem Anhängebock muß das beiliegende
Endrohr montiert werden. Die Bilder im hinteren Teil dieser Montage- und
Betriebsanleitung beschreiben die Montage.

Anhängebock
An den Anhängebock darf eine Kupplungskugel mit Halterung/Kugelplatte oder selbsttätige
Bolzenkupplung montiert werden. Beides darf an dem Anhängebock auch mit dem Wechselplattensystem ALKO / MFK Typ 150 bzw. Typ 1500, Westfalia Ersatzteilnummer 342 032 600
001, kombiniert werden. Bei Montage einer Kupplungskugel mit Halterung/Kugelplatte ist folgender Kugelmittelpunktsbereich einzuhalten:
Hinweis: An dem Anhängebock ist werkseitig die Kugelplatte Typ 329 059 montiert. (Westfalia Ersatzteilnummer 329 059 600 001). Der Kuppelpunkt liegt im oben beschriebenen Kuppelraum.
Hinweis: In Verbindung mit einer selbsttätigen Bolzenkupplung dürfen nur Zentralachsanhänger
gezogen werden.
Bei Montage einer selbsttätigen Bolzenkupplung ist folgender Kuppelmittelpunktsbereich einzuhalten:

Anhängebock
Montageanleitung:
1.)
Die Stoßfängerseitenteile hinten demontieren, Auspufftopf demontieren.
2.)
Auspuffendrohr gemäß Montageblatt (am Ende dieser Montage- und Betriebsanleitung)
absägen und die mitgelieferte Blende montieren.
3.)
Die Abschleppöse vom Fahrzeug abschrauben. Sie wird nach Montage des Anhängebockes nicht mehr benötigt.
4.)
Die Winkel " A " ( links ) und " B " ( rechts ) in die Längsträger einführen und mit den
Befestigungspunkten zur Deckung bringen.
5.)
Den Anhängebock " C " von hinten unter das Fahrzeug an die Längsträger bringen und
bei " a1 " anhand der Skt.-Schrauben M 12 x 35 und Scheiben 30 x 12,5 x 3 mit dem
Winkel "A" lose verschrauben. Bei " a2 " das Distanzrohr und die 3 Distanzplatten unterlegen und den Anhängebock mittels der Skt.-Schrauben M12 x 65 und Scheiben
30 x 12,5 x 3 mit dem Winkel " B " lose verschrauben.
6.)
Von unten bei " b " den Anhängebock lose mit den Längsträgern anhand der Skt.-Schrauben M 12 x 35, Scheiben 30 x 12,5 x 3 und den Winkeln " A " und " B " verschrauben.
Auf der rechten Seite bei " b " werden die Unterlegscheiben 24 x 13 x 2,5 benötigt.
7.)
Bei " c " den Anhängebock mit den fahrzeugseitig vorhandenen Schweißmuttern im
linken Längsträger anhand der Skt.-Schrauben M 12 x 1,25 x 35 und Scheiben 30 x 12,5 x 3
lose verschrauben.
8.)
Die Lasche " D " in den rechten Längsträger einlegen, mit den Befestigungspunkten " d "
zur Deckung bringen und anhand der Skt.-Schrauben M12 x 1,25 x 35 und Scheiben
30 x 12,5 x 3 lose verschrauben.
9.)
Den Anhängebock ausrichten und zuerst bei " b ", " c " , " d " und anschließend bei " a1 "
und " a2 " alle Schrauben gleichmäßig fest anziehen.
Anzugsdrehmomente:
M 12 = 80 Nm + 10 %
M 12 x 1,25 = 90 Nm + 10 %
Es werden Schrauben der Festigkeitsklasse 8.8 und Muttern der Klasse 8 verwendet.
10.) Den Auspufftopf und die Stoßfängerseitenteile wieder montieren.

De goedgekeurde D - waarde bedraagt 16,1 kN. Dit komt overeen met een getrokken gewicht
van 3500 kg en een totaal voertuig gewicht van 3090 kg. De goedgekeurde maximale kogeldruk
bedraagt 100 kg.
De specificaties van de voertuigfabrikant met betrekking tot het getrokken gewicht en maximale
kogeldruk zijn echter bindend. De goedgekeurde waarden mogen niet worden overschreden.
Opmerkingen:
De trekhaak is een veiligheidskritische component die uitsluitend door vakkundig personeel mag
worden gemonteerd. Indien vervanging van onderdelen daarvan vereist is, mogen ook deze
delen uitsluitend door vakkundig personeel aan onbeschadigde originele onderdelen
gemonteerd worden. Elke verandering resp. reconstructie aan de trekhaak is niet toegestaan.
Zij leidt bovendien tot het vervallen van de type goedkeuring.
Bij het rijden met aanhangwagen dient rekening te worden gehouden met de desbetreffende
aanwijzingen in het instructieboek van de voertuigfabrikant.
De aanhangwagens moeten van een passende trekhaakkoppeling voorzien zijn. Indien door de
montage van de trekhaak het sleepoog verwijderd moet worden, dient de trekhaak als vervanger
hiervan mits het toelaatbare getrokken gewicht niet overschreden wordt en het voertuig over de
openbare verkeersweg gesleept wordt.
Voor een veilige bediening van vangmuilkoppelingen moet er voldoende vrije ruimte tussen de
bedieningshefboom en andere voertuigdelen zijn.

Trekhaak
De kogel resp. koppeling moet schoongehouden en ingevet worden.
Let op:
Bij het gebruiken van spoorstabilisatoren, zoals bijvoorbeeld de Westfalia "SSK"
moet de koppelingskogel vetvrij zijn.
Let u op de opmerkingen in de gebruiksaanwijzing!
Opmerking:
De door de fabrikant van het voertuig aangegeven en door de Rijksdienst voor het Wegverkeer
goedgekeurde bevestigingspunten zijn aangehouden.
De montageafmetingen en speling zijn volgens annex VII, afbeelding 30 van de richtlijn 94/20/
EG gegarandeerd. De montage van de trekhaak moet overeenkomstig de bepalingen in annex
I, nr. 5.10. volgens de eisen in annex VII van de richtlijn 94/20/EG gecontroleerd worden.
Let op dat de gemonteerde trekhaak/kogelplaat of vangmuilkoppeling of het wisselplatensysteem
met trekhaak/kogelplaat of de automatische vangmuilkoppeling op het kentekenbewijs vermeld
moet zijn.
Deze montagehandleiding moet aan de voertuigdocumentatie worden toegevoegd.
Algemene opmerkingen voor de montage :
Verwijder het isolatiemateriaal resp. de roestwerende laag aan de onderzijde van de wagen indien aangebracht- op de plaatsen waar de trekhaak moet worden bevestigd. Blanke metalen
delen van het koetswerk behandelen met roestwerende verf voor montage.
De elektrische installatie 7 - polig overeenkomstig DINV 72570 monteren.
De elektrische installatie 13 - polig overeenkomstig ISO 11446 monteren.
Alle bevestigingsbouten van de trekhaak aantrekken na ca. 1000 km met aanhangwagen te
hebben gereden.
Deze trekhaak met inbegrip van de voor de montage geleverde onderdelen weegt 32 kg. Wilt u
er rekening mee houden, dat het eigen gewicht van het voertuig na het monteren van de trekhaak
met dit gewicht verhoogd is.
Let op! Bij montage van de trekhaak moet het meegeleverde uitlaat eindpijpje
gemonteerd worden. De afbeeldingen in het laatste gedeelte van deze
montagehandleiding verduidelijken de montage hiervan.
Alleen voor Nederland :
Bij voertuigen voorzien van grijs - kenteken dient men in verband met het aanbrengen van de
trekhaak deze montagehandleiding bij de keuring van het voertuig ten behoeve van de aanvulling/
wijziging van het kentekenbewijs aan de met onderzoek belaste ambtenaar van de " Rijksdienst
voor het Wegverkeer " terinzage te worden overhandigd.
Bij voertuigen voorzien van een geel - kenteken dient men het bij de trekhaak gevoegde formuller
in te vullen.

Trekhaak
Aan de trekhook mag een kogeltrekhaak met houder / kogelplaat of vangmuilkoppeling worden
gemonteerd.
Beide mogen ook in combinatie met het wisselplatensysteem Alko / MFK type 150 resp. type
1500 (Westfalia onderdeelnummer 342 032 600 001), worden gebruikt.
Bij de montage van een kogel/kogelplaat moet het volgende kogelmiddelpunt aangehouden
worden:
Opmerking: Aan de trekhook is in de fabriek de kogelplaat type 329 059 gemonteerd (Westfalia
onderdeelnummer 329 059 600 001). Het kogelmiddelpunt ligt binnen de boven
beschreven ruimte.
Opmerking: In combinatie met een automatische vangmuilkoppeling mogen alleen
aanhangwagens met een centrale as getrokken worden.
Bij de montage van een vangmuilkoppeling moet het volgende kogelmiddelpunt aangehouden
worden:

Trekhaak
Montagehandleiding :
1.)
De zijdelen van de achter bumper demonteren, de uitlaat demonteren.
2.)
De eindpijp van de uitlaatdemper volgens de montagetekening (aan het einde van deze
montage- en gebruikshandleiding) afzagen en het meegeleverde uitlaat eindpijpje
monteren.
3.)
Het sleepoog van het voertuig demonteren. Het sleepoog is na de montage van de trekbok
niet meer nodig..
4.)
De bevestigingshoeken " A " (links) en " B " (rechts) in de carrosseriebalken aanbrengen.
Ervoor zorgen dat de gaten ervan corresponderen met de bevestigingspunten.
5.)
De trekhook " C " vanaf de achterkant onder tegen de carrosseriebalken van het voertuig
houden en bij " a1 " met behulp van de zeskantbouten M 12 x 35 en onderlegringen 30 x
12,5 x 3 aan de bevestigingshoek " A " bevestigen (nog niet vastzetten). Bij " a2 " de
afstandbus en de 3 opvulplaten aanbrengen en de trekhook met behulp van de
zeskantbouten M12 x 65 en onderlegringen 30 x12,5 x 3 aan de bevestigingshoek " B "
bevestigen (nog niet vastzetten).
6.)
De trekhook vanaf de onderkant aan de carrosseriebalken bij " b " met behulp van de
zeskantbouten M 12 x 35, onderlegringen 30 x 12,5 x 3 en de bevestigingshoeken " A "
en " B " bevestigen (nog niet vastzetten). Aan de rechter kant bij " b " zijn de onderlegringen
24 x 13 x 2,5 nodig.
7.)
Bij " c " de trekhook met de reeds aanwezige puntlasmoeren in de linker carrosseriebalk
met behulp van de zeskantbouten M 12 x 1,25 x 35 en onderlegringen 30 x 12,5 x 3
bevestigen (nog niet vastzetten).
8.)
De strip " D " in de rechter carrosseriebalk leggen. Ervoor zorgen dat de gaten ervan met
de gaten " d " corresponderen en met behulp van de zeskantbouten M12 x 1,25 x 35 en
onderlegringen 30 x 12,5 x 3 bevestigen (nog niet vastzetten).
9.)
De trekhook uitrichten en eerst bij " b ", " c ", " d " en vervolgens bij " a1 " und " a2 " alle
bouten gelijkmatig vastzetten.
Aanhaalmomenten:
M 12
= 80 Nm + 10 %
M 12 x 1,25 = 90 Nm + 10 %
Er worden bouten van starkte klasse 8.8 en moeren van starkte klasse 8 gebruikt.
10.) Uitlaatdemper en de bumperzijdelen weer monteren.

Technical Data:
The tested D-value is 16,1 kN. This corresponds, for example, to a towed weight of 3500 kg and
a permissible total weight of 3090 kg. The tested trailer nose weight is 100 kg. For driving, the
data of the vehicle manufacturer with regard to the towed weight and trailer nose weight are
decisive, whereby the tested values of the towing bracket may not be exceeded.
Notes:
The towing bracket is a safety related product and may only be installed by authorized persons.
If spare parts are later required to replace damaged components, only an authorized person is
allowed to fit such parts. Not only are alterations to this towing hitch not allowed, such
modifications lead to an immediate cancellation of the official approval.
When towing take note of the information in the owners manual.
The towing bracket may only be used for the towing of trailers equipped with corresponding tow
ball couplings. If it is necessary to remove the towing eyelet to enable the towing bracket to be
fitted, the towing bracket serve to replace it, provided that the allowable towed load is not
exceeded and towing takes place on usual traffic roads.
When installing an automatic coupline, the clearance dimensions must be observed in accordance
with Annex 1 of the German "Vehicles" Accident Prevention Regulation (VBG 12).

Towing bracket
The ball and coupling must be kept clean and greased.
Important: When using track stabilising devices, e.g. the Westfalia "SSK", the coupling ball
must be grease-free.
Follow the instructions in the operating instructions.
Notes:
The approved mounting points indicated by the vehicle owner must be used.
The mounting and clearance dimensions as per Annex VII, Figure 30 of the Directive 94/20/EC
are provided. The attachment of the mechanical coupling device must be inspected in
accordance with the specifications in Annex I, No. 5.10. in accordance with the requirements of
Annex VII of the Directive 94/20/EC.
Please note that the respective tow ball with bracket/tow hook or automatic coupling, or the
quick change coupling system combined with tow ball and bracket/tow hook or automatic
coupling, must be entered in the vehicle registration papers.
The mounting instructions must be added to the vehicle papers.
General Installation Instructions:
If present, remove insulating compound and/or underseal in the area of the towing bracket
contact surfaces. Coat bare bodywork with anti-corrosion paint.
Mount 7-pin electrical system as per DINV 72570.
Mount 13-pin electrical system as per ISO 11446.
Retighten all mounting bolts of the towing bracket after approx. 1,000 towing km.
This towing bracket including all mounting parts weighs 32 kg. Please take into account that the
curb weight of your vehicle is increased by this amount after mounting the towing bracket.
Important: The tailpipe provided must be installed in conjunction with this
towing bracket. The illustrations at the back of these installation and
operating instructions describe the installation.

Towing bracket
A coupling ball with a bracket/ball plate or automatic coupling can be mounted on the towing
bracket. Both can also be combined on the towing bracket with the ALKO / MFK Type 150 or
Type 1500 interchangeable plate system, Westfalia P.N.: 342 032 600 001. When installing a
coupling ball with a bracket/ball plate, the following centre ball area must be maintained:
Note:
The ball plate (Type 329 059) is mounted on the towing bracket at the factory. (Westfalia P.N.: 329 059 600 001). The coupling point is in the coupling area described
above.
Note:
Only centre axle trailers may be towed with an automatic coupling.
When mounting an automatic coupling, the following centre coupling area must be kept as
shown:

Description:

Towing bracket
Installation Instructions:
1.)
Remove the rear bumper side pieces and remove the silencer from car.
2.)
Saw off the exhaust tailpipe as described in the installation sheet (at the end of these
installation and operating instructions) and mount the tail pipe provided.
3.)
Unscrew the towing eye from the vehicle. It is no longer required after installing the towing
bracket.
4.)
Guide the angle brackets " A " ( left) and " B " ( right ) into the longitudinal members and
align them with the securing points.
5.)
Hold the towing bracket " C " under the vehicle on the longitudinal member from behind
and loosely bolt to the angle bracket "A" at " a1 " with the hexagon bolts (M 12 x 35) and
washers (30 x 12.5 x 3). Lay the spacer tube and the 3 spacer plates under at " a2 " and
loosely bolt the towing bracket to the angle bracket " B " with the hexagon bolts (M 12 x 65)
and washers (30 x 12.5 x 3).
6.)
Loosely bolt the towing bracket to the longitudinal members at " b " from below with the
hexagon bolts (M 12 x 35), washers (30 x 12.5 x 3) and the brackets " A " and " B ". The
washers (24 x 13 x 2.5) are required on the right-hand side at "b".
7.)
Loosely bolt the towing bracket to the weld nuts provided on the vehicle in the left-hand
longitudinal member at " c " with the hexagon bolts (M 12 x 1.25 x 35) and washers (30 x
1.25 x 3).
8.)
Lay the plate " D " in the right-hand longitudinal member, align it with the mounting points
" d " and loosely bolt it in place with the hexagon bolts (M 12 x 1.25 x 35) and washers (30
x 1.25 x 3).
9.)
Align the towing bracket and firmly tighten all bolts evenly starting at " b ", " c " and " d ",
and then at " a1 " and " a2 ".
Tightening torques:
M 12 = 80 Nm + 10 %
M 12 x 1.25 = 90 Nm + 10 %
Bolts of the strength class 8.8 and nuts of the class 8 are used.
10.) Remount the silencer and the bumper side pieces again.

Caractéristiques techniques:
La valeur D contrôlée est de 16,1 kN. Celle-ci correspond par exemple à une charge remorquée
de 3500 kg et à un poids total admissible de 3090 kg. La charge d’appui contrôlée est de 100 kg.
Les indications du constructeur du véhicule concernant la charge remorquée et la charge d’appui
sont déterminantes pour la marche du véhicule; toutefois, il ne faut pas dépasser les valeurs
contrôlées.
Remarques:
L'attache remorque est un produit lié à la sécurité et qui ne peut être monté que par du personnel
qualifié. Si une pièce doit être remplacée ultérieurement, le remplacement ne peut être exécuté
que par un personnel qualifé. Toute altération / reconstruction de l'attache remorque entraînera
l'annulation immédiate de l'agrément officiel.
Lors du remorquage, tenir compte des informations mentionées dans le mode d'emploi du
véhicule.
L'attache remorque doit uniquement servir à tirer des remorques au moyen de l`attache à
boule. S`il faut démonter l`anneau de remorquage pour le montage de l'attache, celui - ci servirait
à remplacer l`anneau, à condition de ne pas excéder la charge de timon et d`effecteur le
remorquage sur les routes usuelles.
Si on monte un accouplement à tige, il faut respecter les côtés de dégagement suivant l'annexe
1 des prescriptions de la prévention des accidents "Véhicules" (VBG 12 en Allemagne).

Attache remorque
La boule ou l’attache doivent être maintenus propres et il faut les graisser.
Attention! Si on utilise des dispositifs de stabilisation de voie, p.ex.: le dispositif „SSK“ de
Westfalia, la boule d'attache doit être exempte de graisse.
Il faut respecter les indications du mode d’emploi.
Remarques:
Les points de fixation autorisés et indiqués par le constructeur du véhicule sont respectés.
Les côtés de montage et les côtés de dégagement conformément à l’annexe VII, illustration 30,
de la Directive 94/20/CE, sont assurées. Il faut contrôler le montage du dispositif de liaison
mécanique suivant les spécifications de l’annexe I, N° 5.10 suivant les prescriptions de l’annexe
VII de la Directive 94/20/CE.
Il est impératif d'inscrire sur la carte grise et dans les papiers du véhicule la nature du dispositif
d'attache monté (boule d'attache accouplement automatique ou système de serrage rapide
avec boule d'attache ou avec accouplement automatique).
Ces instructions de montage doivent être jointes aux documents du véhicule.
Indications générales de montage:
S’il y en a, enlever le mastic isolant et/ou la couche de protection du dessous de caisse sur le
véhicule, au voisinage de la surface d’appui du support d'attache. Badigeonner d’une couche
antirouille les surfaces nues de la carrosserie en utilisant de la peinture antirouille.
Monter l’installation électrique à 7 pôles suivant la norme DINV 72 570.
Monter l’installation électrique à 13 pôles suivant la norme ISO 11446.
Au bout d’environ 1.000 km de remorquage resserrer toutes les vis de fixation du support
d'attache.
Ce support d'attache, y compris toutes les pièces de montage, pèsent 32 kg. Veuillez donc tenir
compte que le poids à vide de votre véhicule, après le montage du support d'attache, augmente
de cette valeur.
Attention! Le tube final joint doit être monté en liaison avec ce support
d'attache. Les illustrations ci-incluses décrivent les opérations de montage.

Attache remorque
Une boule d'attache avec support ou plaque à boule ou accouplement à tige automatique
peuvent être montés sur le support d'attache. Tous les deux peuvent aussi être combinés sur le
support d'attache avec le système de plaques alternatif ALKO/MFK type 150 ou 1500, numéro
de pièce Westfalia 342 032 600 001. Quand on monte une boule d'attache avec support ou
plaque à boule, il faut respecter le secteur suivant du centre de la boule.
Remarque: la plaque à boule type 329 059 a été montée à l'usine sur le support d'attache
(numéro de pièce Westfalia 329 059 600 001). Le point d'attache se trouve dans
l'espace d'attache décrit ci-dessus.
Remarque: si l'accrochage est effectué avec un accouplement à tige automatique, il est autorisé
de tirer uniquement les remorques à timon d'attelage central.
Quand on monte un accouplement à tige automatique, il faut respecter le secteur suivant du
centre d'attelage:

Notice de montage:
1.)
Démonter, à l'arrière, les pièces latérales des amortisseurs de chocs; démonter le pot
d'échappement.
2.)
Scier l'extrémité du tuyau d'échappement de la manière représentée sur la feuille de
montage (à la fin de cette notice de montage et d'emploi) et monter le cache livré.
3.)
Dévisser l'anneau de remorquage fixé sur le véhicule. Il n'est plus nécessaire après avoir
monté le support d'attelage.
4.)
Introduire les équerres "A" (gauche) et "B" (droite) dans les longerons et les faire coïncider
avec les points de fixation.
5.)
Mettre le support d'attache "C" par derrière sous le véhicule contre les longerons et visser,
sans serrer, sur "a1" avec l'équerre en utilisant les vis à tête hexagonale M 12 x 35 et les
rondelles 30 x 12,5 x 3. Sur "a2", caler le tube d'écartement et les 3 plaques entretoises et
visser, sans serrer, le support d'attache sur l'équerre "B" en utilisant les vis à tête hexagonale M 12 x 65 et les rondelles 30 x 12,5 x 3.
6.)
Visser par en dessous sur "b" le support d'attache, sans serrer, sur les longerons en
utilisant les vis à tête hexagonale M 12 x 35 et les rondelles 30 x 12,5 x 3 et visser les
équerres "A" et "B". On a besoin des rondelles de calage 24 x 13 x 2,5 sur "b" du côté
droit.
7.)
Sur "c", visser sans serrer le support d'attache sur les écrous de soudage, situés du côté
du véhicule, dans le longeron gauche en utilisant les vis à tête hexagonale M 12 x 1,25 x
35 et les rondelles 30 x 12,5 x 3.
8.)
Placer l'éclisse "D" dans le longeron droit, la faire coïncider avec les points de fixation "d"
et visser, sans serrer, en utilisant les vis à tête hexagonale M 12 x 1,25 x 35 et les rondelles
30 x 12,5 x 3.
9.)
Aligner le support d'attache et bien serrer uniformément toutes les vis en commençant par
"b", "c" et "d", puis, finalement, "a1" et "a2".
Couples de serrage:
M 12 = 80 Nm + 10 %
M 12 x 1,25 = 90 Nm + 10 %
On utilise des vis de la classe de résistance mécanique 8.8 et des écrous de la classe de
résistance mécanique 8.
10.) Remonter de nouveau le pot d'échappement, remonter les pièces latérales de l'amortisseur
de chocs.
