fiduciaire. Il intègre l’activité
cartes en 1998, puis devient
directeur des opérations l’année
suivante pour mener à bien
la fusion entre Oberthur Card
Systems et la division cartes
du groupe De La Rue, puis
l’introduction en bourse en
2000. Nommé directeur de la
division Card Systems en 2008,
il était jusqu’ici directeur général
adjoint du groupe Oberthur.

a débuté sa carrière en 1990
comme journaliste au magazine
économique L’Expansion.
En 2005, elle rejoint le MEDEF
(Mouvement des entreprises
de France) pour organiser
le programme de l’université
d’été pendant deux années
consécutives et piloter
la commission Dialogue
Économique. En 2006,
elle intègre l’Institut de
l’Entreprise pour diriger
jusqu’en 2011 l’Institut des
Hautes Études de l’Entreprise
(IHEE). She has replaced Philippe
Reclus as Delegate General of
the Fondation Croissance
Responsable. A graduate of the
Institut d’Études Politiques in
Paris and holder of a Master’s
and a DEA (postgraduate diploma)
in applied economics, Laurence
Ville-Gentile began her career
in 1990 as a journalist for the
economic magazine L’Expansion.
In 2005, she joined the MEDEF
to organise its summer school
programme over two consecutive
years and to pilot the Economic
Dialogue committee. In 2006,
she joined the Institut de l’Entre-

Il a été élu président de l’Office
du tourisme et des congrès de
Paris par le conseil d’administration. Il succède ainsi à
Jean-Claude Lesourd, président
de 2005 à 2011. Ancien élève
de l’École Nationale d’Administration (promotion Simone Weil),
Thierry Le Roy est conseiller
d’État (président adjoint de la
section de l’intérieur depuis 2009
après avoir été président de sous-

section au contentieux de 2003
à 2008) et a été chargé de mission
auprès du ministre de l’Intérieur
de 1997 à 2000. Il a par ailleurs
été directeur de cabinet du
ministre de la Culture, puis
directeur du patrimoine (19841986). En parallèle, il a été
président du comité consultatif
des programmes d’Arte et a
travaillé en tant que garant
de la concertation sur le projet de
rénovation des Halles à Paris
(2006-2010). He has been named
President of the Office du
Tourisme et des Congrès de Paris
(Paris Convention and Visitors
Bureau) by the Board of Directors.
He thus replaces Jean-Claude
Lesourd, President from 2005
to 2011. A former student of the
École Nationale d’Administration
(among the “Simone Weil”
year graduates), Thierry Le Roy
has acted as State Adviser (Deputy
President for the Interior section
since 2009 after being President
of the Litigation sub-section
from 2003 to 2008) and Project
Manager under the Minister
for the Interior from 1997 to 2000.
He was also Cabinet Manager for
the Minister of Culture, then
Heritage Manager (1984-1986).
At the same time, he was
President of the Consultative
Commission for Arte programmes
and worked as Consultation
Guarantor for the Les Halles
renovation project in Paris (20062010).
