RESPONSABILITÉ DE L’ÉLÈVE/STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY :
Il est de la responsabilité de l’élève de respecter les consignes reçues du moniteur et de respecter en tout temps le Code de conduite en montagne;
The student has the responsibility to follow and apply the teachings of the instructor and to respect the Mountain Code of Conduct.
RESPONSABILITÉ DE L’ACCOMPAGNATEUR ou PARTICIPANT/ PERSON RESPONSIBLE OR PARTICIPANT’S RESPONSIBILITY :
Le port du casque est recommandé par Ski Bromont;
Le responsable ou le participant à la responsabilité de divulguer à l’école et au moniteur toute condition médicale préexistante de l’élève susceptible d’avoir
un impact sur la pratique du ski/télémark/planche à neige;
Ski Bromont recommends that the student wear a protective helmet;
The person responsible or participant has the responsibility to disclose to the school and to the instructor any pre-existing medical condition of the student
that may have an impact on the skiing/telemarking/snowboarding practice;
SUPERVISION /SUPERVISION :
Je reconnais que le ski/télémark/planche à neige se pratique sur une grande superficie ce qui implique que le moniteur n’est pas à proximité de son/ses
élève(s) à tout moment, ni ne peut intervenir directement en tout temps;
Dans le cadre d’un cours de groupe, l’attention du moniteur est divisée entre les élèves et le moniteur ne peut porter son attention sur un élève en particulier à
tout moment. L’élève pourrait être amené à emprunter les remontées mécaniques sans la présence de son moniteur dans la même chaise (coordination à
l’embarquement);
I acknowledge that ski, telemark and snowboard activities take place over a large area, which means that the instructor is not close to his student(s) and
cannot directly intervene at all times;
During a group lesson, the instructor’s attention is divided among the students and he cannot supervise a particular student at all times. The student may
have to use ski lifts without the presence of his instructor on the same chair (coordination when loading);
COURS DE GROUPE/GROUP LESSONS :
Le nombre d’élève par groupe est approximatif;
L’élève est responsable d’avoir un billet de remontée ou une passe valide pour la durée du cours;
The number of students per group is approximate;
The student must have a lift ticket or a valid season pass during the lesson;
LOCATION D’ÉQUIPEMENT /EQUIPMENT RENTAL :
Je m’engage à ne pas toucher l’ajustement de tension des fixations;
Le système de chaussures/fixations n’est pas une garantie de protection contre les blessures que pourrait subir l’utilisateur;
En cas de vol, de perte ou de bris, je m’engage à payer le prix de détail de l’équipement et j’en assume l’entière responsabilité;
I agree not to touch the binding adjustments;
The boots / binding system is not a guarantee that the user will not be injured;
In case of thefts, loss and breaking of equipment, I agree to pay the retail price and I assume full responsibility;
RECONNAISSANCE DES RISQUES ET ACCEPTATION /ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS :
Je reconnais que la pratique du ski/télémark/planche à neige et l’utilisation des remontées mécaniques comportent des risques et dangers inhérents peu
importe le niveau de supervision du moniteur et le niveau d’habileté de l’élève.
I acknowledge there are inherent risks and dangers associated with skiing/telemarking/snowboarding and the use of ski lifts notwithstanding the level of
supervision of the instructor and the skill level of the student.
