L’idée de partager avec vous l’extraordinaire richesse
de la flore insulaire s’imposait pour nous, comme une évidence.
Les premières créations ont vu le jour avec les essences issues
du superbe potager de Cala Rossa, et les suivantes sont nées
d’une cueillette géante dans les paysages les plus sauvages
et préservés de notre île.
La rencontre avec la créatrice de la Société Provencale
d’Aromathérapie et de Phytothérapie « Les Gavots »
a transformé notre rêve en réalité.

in the heart of the Corsican maquis
The idea of sharing with you Corsica‘s exceptional wealth of flora
seemed obvious to us. The first creations were produced with
essences originating from Cala Rossa’s wonderful garden
and the next ones were the result of a giant wild plant collection
in the most preserved parts of the island.
Meeting the founder of the Provencal company for aromatherapy
and herbal medicine named “Les Gavots” made our dream
come true.

Ce soin traditionnel apporte fraîcheur
et raffermissement par la brumisation d’hydrolat
d’hélychrisum-aneth. Au cœur du soin, un traitement
à base de concentré fruits et fleurs : un cocktail
régénérant pour la peau, qui est visiblement liftée
grâce à l’action du masque tenseur au silicium
et oligo-éléments. Les marques de fatigue s’estompent,
la peau retrouve sa souplesse et son éclat.

This treatment is based on fruit and flowers
concentrates : a regenerating cocktail for the skin
which is visibly lifted with the action of the silicon

ces effets anti oxydants, anti rides, tonifiants
de la circulation sanguine. Son nom vient
du grec helios : soleil et chrysos :
doré, le nom l’immortelle est du à la longévité
de ses fleurs, même en bouquet sec.
JOJOBA : cire qui a une affinité remarquable
avec la peau, protège de la déshydratation,
lutte contre le vieillissement cutané,
maintient la souplesse et l’élasticité de la peau,
aide à lisser et raffermir la peau.
KARITE : anti inflammatoire et apaisant,
facilite la cicatrisation, prévient les allergies,
prolonge le bronzage, hydrate et nourrit
la peau, renforce l’élasticité.
LAVANDE- ASPIC : apaise les douleurs nerveuses,

HELYCHRYSUM – MURZA or MARELLA –
“IMMORTAL” : unquestionably Corsica’s iconic
essential oil. Its amazing properties really make
it essential on a day-to-day basis. Our NUCCA
by CALA ROSSA treatments use its antioxidant
and antiaging properties as well
as its anticoagulant benefits. Its name originates
from the Greek “helios” for “sun” and “chrysos”
for “golden”. Its name “Immortal” or “Everlasting”
is a tribute to the flower’s long life,
even when in a dry bouquet.
LEMON BALM : soothes, relieves and rebalances
the nervous system, very low distillation yield,
which makes it very valuable.
JOJOBA : a wax acting remarkably well on the skin,
protecting it from dehydration, fights its ageing
process, restores skin’s softness and elasticity.
Jojoba oil helps smooth and firm the skin.
SHEA BUTTER : anti-inflammatory and soothing,
aids the healing process, prevents allergies,
ensures a longer-lasting tan, hydrates and
nourishes, strengthen elasticity.
LAVENDER – ASPIC : calms nerve and joint pains.
LICHEN : a lichen is a fungus that arises from
algae. It grows in environments where no plants
can live, i.e. on mountain tops and sea rocks.
