Ohler ® Packaging Systems ist ein Unternehmensbereich der Firma Novelis,
weltweit führend bei Aluminiumwalzprodukten und Recycling. Novelis

Technischer Kundenservice, Produktentwicklung und Beratung
Für die optimale Auswahl des Verpackungsmaterials, der Schalengröße
und des Verpackungssystems können Verpackungstests und -prüfungen
im Werk oder vor Ort beim Kunden durchgeführt werden. Hierzu bietet
der technische Kundenservice von Ohler ® Packaging Systems kompetente Unterstützung, technische Hilfe und kreative Ideen.

Catering, Fachgroßhandel und Lebensmitteleinzelhandel ein.
Ohler ® Packaging Systems entwickelt laufend den Markttrends entsprechende, zukunftsorientierte Verpackungskonzepte. Dies können
grundlegend neue Ansätze aus dem eigenen Entwicklungsbereich sein,
aber auch oft Projekte, die von Kunden initiiert worden sind und wo eine

Schalen und ergänzende Systemkomponenten
Ohler ® Packaging Systems bietet ein breites Sortiment an Schalen aus
Aluminium und Kunststoff an. Alle Schalen sind für die manuelle und automatische Verpackung von Lebensmitteln entwickelt und in vielfältigen
Abmessungen und unterschiedlichen Materialdicken verfügbar. Ebenso
können die Schalen lackiert und/oder bedruckt werden.
Service
Ein störungsfreier Verpackungsprozess kann nur durch präventive
Maschinenwartung und schnellste Reaktionszeit erreicht werden. Das flächendeckend arbeitende Service-Team von Ohler ® Packaging Systems
steht den Kunden 365 Tage im Jahr zur Verfügung. Vorbeugende
Wartungen, ein großes Ersatzteillager und versierte Mitarbeiter sind ein
wesentlicher Grund für die hohe Leistungsfähigkeit der Ohler ® Packaging
Systems.
Ergänzt wird das Schalenprogramm durch ein breites Sortiment an passenden Aluminiumdeckeln, Verschließfolien, Siegelfolien, beschichteten
Kartondeckeln, Kunststoff-Schnappdeckeln, Isolier- und Transportbehältern
sowie Verschließmaschinen.
Recycling von Aluminium
Unsere Aluminiumverpackungen lassen sich mit geringer Energie nahezu
verlustfrei recyceln und können somit neuen Verwendungen zugeführt
werden.

Trays and complementary system components
Ohler ® Packaging Systems offers a wide range of aluminium foil trays and
plastic trays. All materials have been developed to be filled manually as
well as automatically. They are available in different sizes and material
thicknesses. The trays can even be lacquered and/or printed.
Our range of containers is complemented by a wide variety of aluminium
lids, closing foil, sealing foil, coated carton lids, plastic snap-on lids,
insulated transport boxes and closing machines.
Ohler ® Packaging Systems continuously develops packaging concepts
following the market trends and demands. These can either be new
ideas in general or projects initiated by the customers which will be
developed together.
Service
A smooth packaging process without any interruptions can only be
accomplished by preventive machinery service. The service team of
Ohler ® Packaging Systems is available upon request on 365 days a year.
Preventive service, a large amount of spare parts available from stock and
experienced service people are the major reason for the high level of
efficiency of the Ohler ® Packaging Systems.
Recycling
Our aluminium packaging can be recycled almost without any loss of
material and with little energy required, and then used for new applications.

Barquettes préfabriquées et composants complémentaires

type de barquette approprié, il est possible d’effectuer des tests de
conditionnement dans notre usine ou directement dans vos ateliers. À cet
effet le SAV technique de Ohler ® Packaging Systems vous offre un
support, un soutien logistique et des idées créatives.
Suivant les tendances du marché, Ohler ® Packaging Systems développe
continuellement des concepts d’emballage novateurs. Ceci contribue à
augmenter la gamme des standards de notre catalogue et permet des
créations de nouveaux produits en développement commun avec nos
clients.
Service
Le SAV global de Ohler ® Packaging Systems se tient à votre disposition
365 jours par an. Un entretien préventif, une importante réserve de
pièces de rechange, des collaborateurs expérimentés résument le service
apporté par Ohler® Packaging Systems.
Recyclage d’aluminium
Tous nos emballages en aluminium sont recyclables à l’infini et à faible
coût d’énergie.
La gamme des barquettes est complétée par une large gamme d’opercules
et de films thermoscellables, de couvercles en carton stratifié, de boîtes de
transport isothermes et de machines de conditionnement.

Alufolien-Verpackungen sind in der Mikrowelle bedenkenlos einsetzbar.

Freising kommt zu dem eindeutigen Ergebnis, dass AlufolienVerpackungen bedenkenlos in Mikrowellenöfen eingesetzt werden
können“.
