For this formula, particular case : Mont de Marsan (green-fee 18 holes + dish of the day or
cart) - Soustons/Pinsolle (2 x 9 holes the same day + 1 coffee, 1 bag and token included).

Golf Pass XXLandes: The 5 compulsory courses
1 x 18 holes in Hossegor, 1 x 18 holes in Moliets, 1 x 18 holes in Seignosse, 1 x 18 holes
in Mont de Marsan et 2 x 9 holes (the same day) in Soustons-Pinsolle.
B/ Where can you obtain the Golf Pass ?
Before your stay :
1- On line on http://www.landes-holidays.com/golf-pass-xlandes-in-les-landes
2 - In one of the 5 golf courses or in one of the partner hotels. Give your tee time requests
to the 1st golf course where you would like to play or the hotel in charge of bookings.
A summary and confirmation of your tee times will be sent to you.
When you get there : You can buy the Golf Pass XSLandes, the Golf Pass XLandes or
the Golf Pass XXLandes at one of the 5 golf courses. A personal booking with your chosen
golf course by telephone or e-mail will be made.
C/ Method of payment
You can pay on line by bank card with secure payment, by cheque, bank card or in cash
at the golf course where you play first. You will be able to pick up the book of Golf Passes
there. Your bookings and chosen package (2, 3 or 5 courses) will be noted in this.
D/ Method of use
1 - Use of the Golf Pass on different courses must be in accordance with the chosen package
(5 green-fees package on 5 different courses / 2 or 3 green-fees package on 2 or 3 different
courses).
2 - Golf pass is name specific and the use is personal.
3 - Each green-fee is valid for 18 holes. Particular case for Golf Pass 2 or 3 courses in Mont de
Marsan or Soustons/Pinsolle (see descriptive).
4 - For the Golf Pass purchased on site, tee times for each of the courses must be booked at
least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
5 - At the Hossegor golf course, a licence and minimum handicap of 36 are
required.
6 - Weather conditions may in no event give rise to a reimbursement, postponement may
be offered.
7 - The customer must present the book of Golf Passes. Each coupon must be detached by
the host Golf Course. Admittance is not possible if it has already been detached.
E/ Validity period
The Golf Pass is valid for the calendar year
• PERIOD 1 - LOW SEASON : from 1st January to 3rd April and from 31th October
to 31th December 2016
• P ERIOD 2 - MID SEASON : from 4th April to 3rd July and from 29th
August to 30th October 2016
• PERIOD 3 - HIGH SEASON : from 4th July to 28th August 2016
